Master and Slaves
Chapter 259: Words of Encouragement, and a Confrontation with an Old Acquaintance (2)
Probably no momentum because she had forced the trajectory change, but Regina forced the swing through and blew away Sara’s two broadswords together.
"Kuh!"
No, Sara seemed to have jumped behind herself.
While leaning forward she braked hard with both feet, and at the stopped place set the right hand still holding the sword on the ground.
She stood at once and took the same counter stance as before.
Regina faced Sara’s direction leisurely, and this time took a high stance.
When both of Regina’s shoulders rose, the nipples were pulled and the breasts distorted.
"..."
"..."
"..."
Sara and Regina seemed to be talking something, but the voices did not reach here.
Were they talking old times?
But Regina’s expression gradually grew stern, so it was probably not a good talk.
"I will not lose to you!!"
Maybe the talk ended. At the same time Regina shouted she closed the distance in an instant and swung down the greatsword.
Sara, maybe judging she could not flow it, crossed both broadswords and received Regina’s sword.
To flow Regina’s strength Sara tilted the crossed broadswords left, but Regina, maybe having read that, changed the direction of strength and forced Sara into a strength comparison.
During that too Regina’s mouth moved, and Sara talked something too.
When Regina glanced at me once and wore a mocking smile, she pushed Sara.
The strength comparison that had looked evenly matched, Regina seemed to have shown room.
Sara, being pushed, stepped back bit by bit.
She swung the sword right and left and tried to divert Regina’s strength, but it did not seem to go well.
Conversely she was pressed down from above by Regina.
Sara gradually leaned backward.
There, when Sara’s body fell to the ground, she put the sole of her foot on Regina’s belly and flew her toward the head.
Regina, who had been putting strength as if pressing Sara down, had that strength used, rotated once in the air, and was slammed to the ground from the back.
She rose at once, changed both broadswords to reverse grip, and tried to thrust, but Regina, even while coughing, had the disadvantageous posture flowed by the greatsword, set one hand on the ground, and stood as is.
Sara, who had both flowed and was about to fall, hurriedly raised her body, flew behind, and took distance.
"..."
"..."
They seemed to be talking something again.
Even so, in speed Sara was above, but in strength Regina was stronger.
Wearing the heavy armor was disadvantageous for Sara too.
Chest and crotch were protected by protection magic as usual, so the head without a helmet, the underarms, or the insides of the limbs would be effective.
But Regina’s greatsword, even if it hit armor, had the possibility of injury.
Maybe it would become a fatal wound, so she would have to evade or flow.
How to increase the number of Sara’s attacks without being hit by Regina’s sword, and hit the weak points.
I thought if she continued attacking using speed the chance of victory would appear.
But Sara chose defense.
To see Regina’s strength, maybe?
Even if so, I felt it better to turn to attack soon.
When I tilted my head, I saw Ivano shout something from the opposite side of the arena.
"..."
Regina, maybe having heard that, distorted her face for an instant, thrust the greatsword into the ground, and talked something for a word or two.
Then she drew something in the air with the index finger of her right hand.
That was... magic!
"Sophia!"
"Fine. That is enhancement magic."
I called Sophia thinking magic might fly this way, but it was not that sort of magic.
"Leg strength enhancement. A simple magic."
Sophia explained simply.
Which meant she could move fast?
"Haaaaaaaaaa!!!"
Regina, who finished chanting the magic, drew the greatsword and charged at Sara.
A speed incomparable to until now.
Sara tried to receive Regina, who mowed the greatsword held with both hands from the right diagonally up, with both broadswords in a hurry, but was easily repelled.
Regina raised both arms and stepped in one.
Sara, because her posture had collapsed, seemed unable to evade or flow, but the moment Regina tried to swing down the greatsword she kicked Regina’s belly, collapsed Regina’s posture, and took distance herself with that recoil.
But Regina braced with her left foot, kicked the ground as is like a spring releasing stored strength, and closed in on Sara.
Sara, who landed the moment Regina swung down the greatsword, immediately lowered her left foot and became half-body, and flowed the greatsword swung down with both broadswords so as not to oppose that strength.
In the middle Regina changed the trajectory by force.
She braced her right foot, tilted her body left, and swung the greatsword.
"Kyaa!"
Sara, who could not endure that strength, was blown backward.
Toward Sara, who fell to the ground from the right shoulder, Regina pursued.
Regina, who kicked the ground with her right foot and landed at Sara’s feet in one step, swung down the greatsword three times toward Sara, who still could not rise.
Was this bad?
I stood to enter and stop.
But from Sara, whose face I saw for the first time since the fight began, I saw a look of not having given up yet, so I decided to watch as is.
Sara rolled to the right and dodged Regina’s greatsword, and in that posture slammed the broadsword on Regina’s left foot.
"Guh!"
With the attack in an unreasonable posture and the metal greaves she could not inflict a wound, but even so Regina’s posture collapsed.
When Sara rotated her body nimbly and stood, she cut both broadswords at the neck of Regina, who had her left knee on the ground.
But that of Regina seemed a feint, and Regina tried to slam the greatsword at Sara’s left side.
The sword speed was faster for Regina, but the one who started moving was earlier for Sara.
At this rate a mutual hit was inevitable.
I ran to Sara and Regina, pressed the base of the guard of Regina’s greatsword with my left hand, and received Sara’s two broadswords with the gauntlet of my right hand.
What I wore was hard leather armor, so if I received normally even if not cut through a fracture or so would happen.
But if it was Sara, my Dule, she would stop, I thought.
As expected, it stopped at the degree of biting a little into the leather armor.
Sara and Regina both turned eyes opened wide in surprise this way.
"It is a draw."
