"That’s basically it. We can take a trip while we’re at it."

Orion Cross told Skye the address Tony had given him.

"Travel? What’s that?"

Diana looked at Skye in confusion.

"It means that after you’ve gotten tired from working, you go somewhere with beautiful scenery and an environment different from what you’re used to, relax, and have some fun."

After explaining, Skye handed her phone to Diana. The screen displayed the beach photos Orion Cross had just sent her.

Diana carefully held the phone and slowly flipped through the pictures.

"If you want to come with us, you can."

Skye secretly glanced at Orion Cross before speaking to Diana.

"I’m not going."

Diana returned the phone to Skye and shook her head.

"Huh?"

Skye had not expected Diana to refuse so decisively.

"She used to live in a place called Themyscira. The beaches and oceans there are more beautiful than anywhere else on Earth."

Orion Cross smiled as he explained.

Going somewhere else for a vacation was one thing, but going to a beach to see the ocean? A private island?

The environment and scenery there were nowhere near as beautiful as Themyscira, where Diana had lived.

"This?"

Skye nodded slightly, then noticed Orion Cross taking a camera from his pocket and holding it out to her.

"Photos and short videos of Themyscira. I took some while I was there."

Orion Cross replied with a smile.

Whenever he traveled to another universe, he would record some of the scenes that were worth remembering.

The scenery of Themyscira might not compare to the battle against Ares, but it was still quite distinctive.

Every one of the photos looked as though it had been painted. Any single one could have been used as a wallpaper.

"I really want to go there sometime."

After comparing the photos of the two beaches and oceans, Skye immediately felt that their original destination had become rather uninteresting.

"You’re going there this time to awaken and become a powerful warrior, right?"

Hearing Skye say that, Diana glanced at Orion Cross and asked.

"That’s right..."

Skye felt that Diana’s wording was somewhat strange, but she still nodded.

A powerful warrior? What kind of medieval antique expression was that?

"The Amazons welcome powerful and beautiful female warriors. If you have the opportunity, you might even become an honorary resident of Themyscira."

Diana proudly spoke to Skye.

"Powerful female warriors?"

Skye muttered to herself and looked at Orion Cross in confusion.

"Themyscira is inhabited entirely by women. They call themselves the Amazons."

Orion Cross explained.

"Entirely women?"

Skye’s first reaction was to cautiously glance at Orion Cross’s expression.

Thud.

Orion Cross helplessly knocked Skye on the head.

"Stop thinking about such strange things all the time."

"What was she thinking?"

Seeing Skye inexplicably get smacked, Diana was once again completely confused.

"If you want to know, then focus on learning this from her."

Orion Cross pointed at the laptop in front of Skye.

"I understand. I’ll definitely learn how to use the human knowledge storage device!"

Diana patted her chest confidently.

Human knowledge storage device...

Orion Cross silently repeated the strange term in his mind, mentally giving Diana’s random name for a computer a thumbs-down.

"Um... do you usually do that?"

Skye poked Diana, who was looking extremely confident, and imitated her chest-patting gesture.

"What’s wrong? This is perfectly normal."

Diana asked in confusion.

"It’s better if you don’t do that in the future."

Skye awkwardly glanced at Orion Cross.

Previously, Diana had always worn armor. Even if she patted her chest, there would only be the sound of metal and nothing else.

But now Diana was wearing ordinary cloth clothing, so when she patted her chest...

The result was rather subtle.

Even more awkwardly, when Skye had imitated Diana’s movement just now, the motion seemed to have been even more pronounced than Diana’s.

And Orion Cross had happened to look over at that exact moment.

"All right. From now on, your superhero alias will be Quake."

Looking at the sight that even made Diana feel inferior, Orion Cross could not help clicking his tongue and making the declaration.

Skye’s face gradually turned red. She grabbed Orion Cross and pushed him out of the room.

"I’m going to teach her now. Don’t bother me!"

"Sigh. Why does everyone have to wear yellow-tinted glasses?"

Standing outside and looking at the tightly closed door of Skye’s bedroom, Orion Cross sighed.

What was wrong with calling her Quake?

Wasn’t that her original codename?

Even if Orion Cross had deliberately used the Chinese wording to create a double entendre, it was nothing more than a coincidence.

Yes.

A coincidence.

"You’re teasing that young girl again."

Raven leaned against the side and laughed as she watched Orion Cross muttering to himself.

"Skye isn’t that young."

Orion Cross turned around and spoke helplessly.

"Yes, she isn’t. In every sense."

Raven chuckled as she walked up to Orion Cross.

"You know, the way you keep flirting without ever pursuing anyone is dangerous."

"How dangerous?"

Orion Cross looked at Raven as she gradually moved closer and frowned slightly.

"You could easily end up becoming the passive one."

Raven pushed a hand against Orion Cross’s chest, pressing him against the door of Skye’s bedroom. She raised her slender left leg and wrapped it around Orion Cross’s waist.

Bang!

Before Raven could make her next move, the bedroom door behind Orion Cross suddenly shook from a heavy knock.

"All right, enough fooling around. Your ’Quake’ is angry."

Raven smiled and released Orion Cross, taking two steps back as she casually brushed her golden hair aside.

"Psylocke went outside to find your other little ninja. Want to go take a look?"

"Why did she go looking for Akali? To fight? Compare ninja techniques?"

Orion Cross frowned slightly and asked.

"Who knows? Maybe she just went to buy some bread."

Raven shrugged lightly.

"Get all of them a phone."

Orion Cross was about to pick up his phone and ask someone about it when he suddenly remembered that he had apparently forgotten to prepare one for Akali.

"If you want to call her, I have the number for her convenience store."

Raven took out her phone, dialed a number, and handed it to Orion Cross.

Ten seconds passed, but nobody answered.

Orion Cross lowered the phone from his ear, entered a command, and activated forced connection mode.

Sure enough, the sound of blades clashing came from the other end of the call.

"I hope that little ninja understands how much she’ll have to pay if she damages the house."

Raven shook her head with a faint smile, silently mourning for Akali.

Akali was already going to need at least several decades of working for Orion Cross to repay her debts. If this fight got any more intense and they ended up bringing the house down...

She really would be paying it off for the rest of her life.
