The orange sections on the Wild Boar Armor were actually a somewhat dark shade of crimson-orange. It was not particularly conspicuous at night, so it would not immediately draw attention.

The reason Henry did not use an all-black paint scheme was that, for some reason, dressing up like a "black superhero" always made it difficult for him to bring himself to kill.

It was not difficult to give an opponent a complimentary package of broken bones, leaving all four limbs shattered. But when it came to twisting their neck, it felt as though there was always one final barrier he could not bring himself to cross.

Henry had no choice but to make a slight adjustment to the armor’s color scheme. He had originally considered making it bright red, but red had a festive connotation and was also rather conspicuous at night. After comparing several options, the dark crimson-orange he had settled on was actually closer to what he had in mind.

By the time they found Norman Osborn’s whereabouts, it was already close to the middle of the night, with dawn approaching. So Henry did not act rashly. Instead, he dispatched both groups of Sparrow spy drones to the location and kept a close watch on the lunatic.

Henry could kill the Green Goblin, regardless of who was underneath the mask, but he could not lay a finger on Norman Osborn.

Different targets would provoke completely different reactions. The Green Goblin was a criminal, whereas Norman Osborn was a wealthy man who commanded respect in society.

Henry did not stay at Catherine Hepburn’s home during the day. Instead, he deliberately drove out in a rather conspicuous manner. He headed toward the outskirts of the city, driving in the direction of New Jersey, and checked into a roadside motel.

In reality, he simply used his superhuman speed and flight capabilities to return to the eleventh floor of the secret base in Tribeca, where he kept a close watch on Norman Osborn’s movements.

If Norman dared to change into the Green Goblin and head out to harass that elderly man enjoying his retirement on East Forty-Ninth Street, Henry would dare to put on the Wild Boar Armor and intercept him!

In fact, Henry did not even need to wait for him to show any intention of heading toward East Forty-Ninth Street. The moment Norman changed into the Green Goblin and left the house, Henry would send him on his way.

One could not spend a thousand days playing the thief, but neither could one spend a thousand days guarding against one.

The surveillance provided by the two groups of Sparrow spy drones was still insufficient. Henry also redirected the focus of his private satellite over the East Coast toward the Osborn mansion. At the same time, he began attempting to infiltrate the systems of the Osborn family and Osborn Industries, while controlling one group of spy drones to enter the mansion itself.

After all, the complete set of research materials for the Alzheimer’s drug that he had given them back then had contained a Trojan program hidden inside.

Over the years, Henry had established extensive networks across the Internet, but unless necessary, he tried his best not to violate other people’s privacy or steal the secrets of other companies.

The only things he indiscriminately snooped on were probably the unpublished papers of various universities.

And while operating under the identity of the "Tinkerer," he had also used some illegal means to access the research and patents of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in order to collect and study medical knowledge.

Some cautious large corporations maintained internal networks physically isolated from the Internet. As long as there was no physical network connection, even if a Trojan virus ran rampant, there was nothing Henry could do from outside the intranet.

Judging from the contents of Osborn Industries’ databases that were connected to the Internet, they indeed seemed to have an internal network.

The reason was that the information Henry could find did not contain any of Osborn Industries’ undisclosed projects, such as the Green Goblin armor, the flight glider, the Alzheimer’s drug, and so on.

Therefore, one of the objectives of the spy drone that had ventured into the Osborn mansion was to search for a possible interface to the internal network. If it could not find one, then once the Osborn mansion had been fully scanned and modeled, the next step would be to infiltrate the Osborn Industries headquarters.

Since his ultimate goal was to get rid of the Green Goblin, Henry no longer cared whether his actions were legal or morally acceptable.

However, before he could make any further moves, Norman Osborn acted first. He drove out in his own luxury car, so Henry had the other group of spy drones that had been monitoring and scanning the mansion outside follow him.

The Sparrow spy drones were not particularly fast, but keeping up with a car within the city was still no problem.

Norman Osborn did not head toward Osborn Industries. Nor did he go north through Manhattan toward Turtle Bay on East Forty-Ninth Street. Instead, he crossed the Brooklyn Bridge, then headed north through Brooklyn and entered Queens.

The luxury car eventually stopped in front of an apartment building, and Norman Osborn took the stairs up to the top floor.

The Sparrow spy drone monitored the interior through a window and confirmed that this was the apartment Harry Osborn and Peter Parker had rented together after leaving their respective family homes.

Norman Osborn looked perfectly normal as he expressed, as always, his concern for his son and his fondness for the young genius Peter Parker. In fact, he seemed even slightly more concerned about Peter than his own son, which made Harry a little jealous.

This was the first time Henry had gotten a close look at the faces of Harry Osborn and Peter Parker, so he specially marked this segment of the spy drone footage.

That way, if he needed it in the future, he could search directly for the marker instead of having to remember the exact year, month, day, and time.

The conversation itself consisted of nothing more than ordinary family chatter and Norman attempting to recruit Peter Parker, hoping that Peter would agree to work for Osborn Industries after graduating from university.

It was almost as though, as long as Peter was willing, Norman Osborn would give him authority to lead an entire project.

For a college freshman, receiving a job offer personally extended by a billionaire like Norman Osborn was practically like having money rain down from the heavens. It was an opportunity anyone would dream of getting.

However, the young Spider-Man merely responded with a few bashful words of flattery. He neither accepted outright nor rejected the offer.

He looked nothing like the Spider-Man who became a nonstop wisecracker after putting on his mask.

Could this be a case of Spider-Man suffering from some kind of split personality, with his personality changing drastically after putting on his costume and mask?

The thought suddenly occurred to Henry, and he began recording Norman Osborn’s tone of voice, heartbeat, and other physiological signs, attempting to analyze his current mental state.

However, the idea had only just occurred to him, and he lacked sufficient samples and theoretical foundations. For now, he could only record the data; he had no way of using a program to analyze Norman Osborn’s condition.

Unless Henry could meet the billionaire face-to-face, he would have no way to diagnose the man’s mental state through his microexpressions, various behavioral details, and the content of his speech.

But now that he was observing through a surveillance screen, with so much information distorted or lost, Henry found it difficult to make an accurate judgment.

There was, however, one thing that could probably be confirmed: the Green Goblin and Spider-Man had yet to discover each other’s true identities. Therefore, the two people having this conversation were simply Norman Osborn and Peter Parker.

After Norman Osborn left, Henry once again took control of the Sparrow spy drone and had it follow him. Those two young men were not the focus of his attention yet.

The Rolls-Royce luxury car did not return to Manhattan. Instead, it turned into the riverside area near the Francis Buono Memorial Bridge. The Bowery Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant was located here.

Norman Osborn, meanwhile, entered an unmarked sheet-metal factory that was under extremely tight security.

Henry quickly hacked into New York City Hall and searched the property registration records. Sure enough, the property was registered under Osborn Industries, with its stated purpose listed as a warehouse.

He continuously switched the spy drone between several different surveillance modes while investigating the various expenses associated with the site. Judging from its electricity consumption, this place certainly did not look like an ordinary "warehouse"—unless there was a massive ultra-low-temperature cold-storage facility inside.

So this was the Green Goblin’s secret base?

Henry carefully controlled the Sparrow spy drone and approached the sheet-metal factory.
