Mage Manual
Chapter 1837 - 1354: Conquering the World (Part 4)
Let’s set aside Ash’s inability to compete, even if Ash can dominate the seventh layer of the Void Realm, in the tier of Supreme of Magic, the mage battles are battles of the Void Wings. As long as Dazzling Star maintains the huge advantage of dual supreme Void Wings, it is enough to smooth out these negligible gaps—
At this moment, Dazzling Star noticed a change in Ash’s Void Wings and his pupils contracted suddenly. A thought of disbelief sprung up in his mind.
...
...
Kingdom of Stars, Star Bridge Hall.
This ever-busy transportation hub of the six nations was empty at this moment, as Blood Moon and Gospel applied to book the venue for an hour simultaneously, clearing personnel from all countries. Although other nations found it odd, they did not look into it further, assuming the two countries were trading high-risk items, and obediently left Star Bridge Hall.
As magical ripples oscillated, the corner of the hexagram where no Space Gate was placed suddenly dropped a curtain that reflected the Illusion Realm of Wind, Flower, Snow, and Moon.
Six restless female mages looked over simultaneously, each breathing a sigh of relief.
Zzzzzz——
First, a soft-featured, blond-haired mage stepped out of the curtain, followed closely by a curly-haired dark-skinned mage. A piercing, manic tearing sound echoed in Star Bridge Hall, causing ripples across the other Space Gates and making the demigods who had just entered tense up.
After two demigods traversed consecutively, the fantasy curtain instantly collapsed and ceased to exist. Igula and Harvey looked around, nodding first to Hanna and Tamasi. They showed thoughtful expressions upon seeing Dedarose and Felix, and finally turned their gaze to Blood Moon duo Siflin and Freyja.
"We can catch up later when we have time," Hanna said decisively. "Those two Space Gates lead to Earth Abyss and Paradise; distribute yourselves accordingly."
"They really gave us the hardest bones to chew..." Swindler sighed. "Can’t they let us go to a place we’re familiar with?"
Shadow Queen Rose caressed her earring and cast a half-smile glance at them: "Are you trying to compete with us locals in familiarity? What about the ’Marks’?"
Igula just casually complained, taking out six boxes from the Space Ring. As soon as the boxes left Igula’s hand, they automatically flew to their respective owners, already bound to them in advance.
Freyja was the only one who received a ring, wearing it joyfully on her ring finger, unable to stop herself from giggling. An illusion of blooming flowers surrounded her;
Siflin received a pair of bracelets, which automatically cuffed together when both hands were joined. She watched this scene and fell into contemplation;
Hanna received an earring. She immediately removed her genuine Purple Crystal Stone earring, leaving only the cheap gift from Ash and this new earring;
Tamasi got anklets with bells. Clearly, she was puzzled as to why Ash would customize such potentially compromising accessories for her, but she obediently put them on, even foregoing her long boots;
Felix received a necklace. After considering briefly, she took off the Star Diamond necklace she had been wearing and replaced it with Ash’s necklace;
Finally, Dedarose received a pair of diamond-embedded white gloves, the only custom mark that’s not an accessory. She seemed indifferent to her difference from the others and put them on with an unchanged expression.
Delivering the marks to them fulfilled half of Igula’s task, so he waved and headed toward the Space Gate with Harvey. Just then, Freyja suddenly called to them, stammering her question: "Two, two sirs, may I ask, what kind of marks did Ash give you?"
Everyone curiously looked over too, Hanna scrutinized them for a moment, her expression changed: "No accessories...did Ash give you intimate innerwear?"
"What?" The female mages looked at them in shock, Freyja clenched her fists with envy: "Damn, I want some too—"
Siflin smacked Meiwa on the back of her head, annoyed: "Don’t covet everything, it will only harm you!"
"You could just ask him directly; I’m sure he’d be happy to give them to you," Igula opened a paper umbrella. "But please do not sully my innocence."
"Mine’s a coffin, Igula’s a rain umbrella." Harvey summoned the coffin and slung it across his back, complaining non-stop: "Honestly, Ash’s taste is so-so. He chose cypress wood, which is far too rigid and went out of fashion decades ago, clearly, paulownia and toon wood are more stylish choices..."
Everyone was stunned, coffin wood has fashion trends?
Igula tapped Harvey’s head to signal him to stop. Harvey then glanced back at them, curious, and asked: "’Marks’ were only given to us by Ash yesterday, but you all seem to know...have you met Ash recently?"
About to leave, the female mages exchanged glances with diverse expressions, Hanna touched her earring, crossed her arms, and said nonchalantly: "Last night...met him."
Last night? But wasn’t Ash supposed to not leave the Seven Heavens? Or is it possible for earth to meet with the Seven Heavens now?
The necromancer was puzzled. However, the female mages were already splitting into three groups to head to Blood Moon, Dazzling Star, and Gospel Kingdoms, plus Igula and Harvey about to venture to Earth Abyss and Paradise. They were about to simultaneously set foot in the five most powerful nations on earth.
Before entering the Space Gate, Igula grabbed the necromancer and said solemnly: "To prevent you from indulging in corpse parties, Harvey, repeat our task."
"First, always maintain synchronization with the ’Bond Marks’ from Ash;"
"Second, act in the capacity of an envoy of the Master of Void Realm;"
"Third," Harvey took out his pocket watch and looked at it. It was 7 PM, and the cobalt night was gradually dissolving the last defenses of the daytime outside, aligning precisely with the plan’s timing.
"Overnight, conquer the world."
