CHAPTER 250

He led her to her room and stopped by her door, waiting for her to go in. Once she unlocked the door and moved in, his face lit up again into another bright smile. "Guess this is good night, Asia."

"Oh. Okay."

"What? You want to say something? Speak, I am all ears."

"Well, I huh..." she closed her eyes briefly, bit down on her lower lip as she urged herself forward to do what she wanted to do without holding back. "Here goes nothing."

His brows kneaded at her. His confusion clearly visible. She smiled a bit and then moved closer to him. All he knew was that she placed her hands on his chest and the next thing, she pushed upward, planting a small kiss on his lips.

Just when she was about to pull back, he wrapped his hands on her waist and returned the kiss.

Ever since he had been holding in, preventing anything from overshadowing his mind and wanting to have her but with all his resistance, she was just making it harder for him to hold back.

Taking the next step, he kissed her deeply and before long, both of them forgot reason, pushing each other to their limit as they moved into her room, closed the door, all the while not breaking apart from each other.

"Hmm....aaahhh." She moaned into their kiss, when her back touched the wall and his palm landed expert,y on her breast, sending shivers into her body.

Their lips melted into each other's, tasting and enjoying the flavours of their mouth as though it was the first time kissing.

Her hands moved up into his hair. Unlike the others, his own hair was long and nice to the touch. The more she felt it, the more she enjoyed every bit of it.

After some time they parted, with their foreheads pressed against each other, panting for all they were worth.

"Damn it. You are making it hard for me to control myself," Aramis whispered to her.

"Ah..." She swallowed hard. "And so are you."

"Haha. You are such a tease. If we did not stop now, I would have taken you."

"Fiesty. I love that." Daring him, she pressed forward again, kissing him deeply as he parted his lips, opening his mouth to grant her access to his treasure.

Enjoying their kiss, they moaned into each other's mouth, pressing their bodies ion each other. She could feel how turned on he was done there and if his nose was as good as his eyes, he would be sure of how turned on he had made her too.

"As a friend or as my woman?" His voice was firm and shaky at the same time. She could see he was putting on a brave front but he too was scared.

"I know it is sudden and we do not know each other much but I am willing to give it a try. As a friend for now. I know we click so well and I love it when you kiss me and stuff but... Let us build friendship first if that is okay with you?"

"Sure. As I said, I would chase after you. Till I make you mine. I won't let you go, again."

She did not quite understand his last sentence, but then she was glad he was willing to give her a chance to be sure of what she wanted first.

She had her job there, she needed to put Jade first and now if she agreed to this, didn't it mean she was agreeing to a marriage with him in the future?

Would she be able to face her work, protect Jade while also raising her kids or she would have to resign, and leave Jade alone."

Whicherve one it was. She could not bring herself to agreeing with it because she loved both very much. The thought of raising a family was both scary and intriguing for her but leaving Jade's side and protecting her less... that was even more scarier.

While her mind was still pondering, he let out a deep breath and kissed her again. 

"I probably should stop doing that but until you give me a favorable answer, I probably won't be able to stop."

"I bet then it would be worse. I might as well just tell you no."

She saw the pain flash before his eyes again and he kissed her again. 

Somehow anytime she talked about mate or denying him,she always saw that side of him. She did not know if he was doing it intentionally but she knew there was more to it than what met the eye.

Aramis had been suffering silently for a long time.

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"
