Initially, Nangong Xiao wasn’t part of this group of kids. After all, Nangong Xiao was the oldest among them and had the highest rank in the family, so she didn’t stay with them.

“Xiaoxiao?” Li Hui turned her head and raised her eyebrows, “Xiaoxiao is upstairs studying. She said she wants to study seriously and asked us not to disturb her.”

Nangong Ran’s interaction with Qinan and Wuhen made everyone can’t help but laugh.

Qinan and Wuhen didn’t quite understand what Nangong Ran meant, they just knew they got hit by their mama because Nangong Xiao was studying. The two little ones covered their heads and went to find Di Mingchen to complain.

Everyone continued to happily grill BBQ, listening to pleasant music, and having lively conversations.

Only Di Yimo seemed to glance intentionally or unintentionally at the upstairs of Nangong Family’s house, then lowered his gaze and furrowed his brows.

Beside him, Di Wushuang gave him a glance and hummed, “Hung up on her?”

Di Yimo turned his gaze and rolled his eyes at Di Wushuang, “Not at all.”

Then he threw the skewer in his hand to Di Wushuang, stood up coolly, and put his hands in his pants pockets, walking away.

“Where are you going?” Di Wushuang couldn’t help but ask.

“Bathroom.” Di Yimo replied, waved his hand to them, and left.

Di Wushuang blinked, bathroom?

He would only believe him if there was a ghost!

Di Yimo went to the bathroom, but after coming out, he didn’t head back to the backyard, instead, he headed directly upstairs to Nangong Family’s house.

He knew where Nangong Xiao’s room was, so he casually pushed open the door to Nangong Xiao’s room with no psychological pressure at all.

Nangong Xiao was sitting at the desk, seemingly seriously writing something. The graceful figure of her back looked pleasing to the eye.

Di Yimo’s sharp eyebrows slowly furrowed.

Then he nonchalantly pushed open Nangong Xiao’s door without saying anything, but Nangong Xiao didn’t notice someone had come in and continued writing seriously.
