Chapter 1939: A Hand Through Time And Space

At first, the noise could still be differentiated.

He could hear laughter, he could hear cries, screams and so on and so forth.

The noise could be understood.

But as the route become more clear by the moment, the noises blends together that all he could hear was his own heartbeats and the crackling of the Speed Source in the form an electric arcs around him

Even though it looks like an electric arcs, that is not what it is

It is like every split of the electric arcs is time and space materializing into a solid and tangible things

And as his memories about Earth appears more and more in his mind, the faster he became and the closer he is to Earth. And then he felt it

“I’m on Earth” even though he is not seeing Earth, he is not outside of the outer space overlooking that big ball of blue, Azief knows he has reached Earth

He knows he had reached Earth. But this Earth is not his Earth.

Or to be more accurate this Earth is not the Earth from whence he came

The location was right, but the time is not.

So, he ran again.

And as he rans, time and space ran with him and his memories and his feelings guided him once again.

“It is fading away” Azief thought to himself.

The thing that is fading is none other than the powerful Speed Source.

Samara gives a lot to him.

But it has its limit.

Azief could not replenish himself like other Speedsters could replenish their Speed Source

He must reach home.

In that moment, when he is running he could feel the passing of time that Earth is experiencing.

And as he is running, he is seeing glimpses of these past.

The same like the one he saw with Odin, the rise and falls of kingdoms and empires during the time before the Flood.

And then time rushes forward and he rushes forward. It is like he is on a treadmill and this treadmill is moving with each of his kick.

And then, he found it

“Here it is” the node of where he had just left. But then he shakes his head

“I could not return immediately at that moment” Azief also understood certain rules.

He could not just inserted himself into different timelines even more so when it is in a world he lives in.

The moment he even thought about putting himself in a certain timeline, there is this invisible pressure that suddenly would pressure him.

He knows this feeling.

Time and space is rejecting him. The laws and rules of that world is also rejecting him. It is like he is an invader that needs to be expelled as quickly as possible

Now, he understand why it is so hard for people to travel through time and space and even harder to go to the past

Azief however did not have enough energy to investigate all of these matters. This is not the time and place for him to investigate all of this

Because he could feel the energy of Samara is dwindling. It is like a candle that is about to burn itself off.

“A few more steps. Just a few more steps” He thought to himself.

The location is already locked on and all that is left is the time. He could not come a few second after he left.

“My presence creates such a ripple that I could not really appear there at that moment” Azief saw himself about to teleport himself out of Earth.

And then he saw himself disappears from Earth, going to Will side with Samara

But he could not appear right there and then

“The place itself is not conducive” the top of that plain is filled with mysterious energy.

He could not even descend there even if he wanted to.

The moment he tries, all the space time power that he has right now would be stripped even before he could finish to descend on this particular time.

The space and time power is referring to the energy of the Speed Source that he got from Wargod

So, he takes a step and time changes.

But he miscalculated and time goes backward.

It is not quite right to say time is forward or backward.

Time in the Time Space tunnel is not like a continuous linear flow.

It is very different than what most people think of

It is scattered.

And those who could see true its true form, if it is someone who did not have high attainment in time and space law, they could go crazy just by looking at it.

It is just that he simply terms the back as the past and the froward as the present and future for ease to his own mind

Words…..is not enough to explain these concepts.

Words that he could have used to describe this are limiting understanding.

When one reached this high of a level, words that used to be the way to convey understanding actually become limiting because words creates meaning and meanings actually constrained the mind to think outside of that defined meanings

Words actually is to simplify certain things and to communicate certain ideas and understanding.

But in the most simplest way possible.

But when one reach his realm, when one is in his position, experiencing some of the most mystical sight and mystical experience, Azief knows that words alone is not enough to convey these meanings and these ideas

One thing he knows now he is suddenly on the Middle Ages era.

In some parts of the world, in this medieval age is full of chaos, while in some parts of the world some live in peace and some suffers.

But even though it is interesting, this is not his time.

He takes a step forward again, gently and he is back at the time where he had just left

But he did not yet descend down to Earth. He is looking at the place he had just left and shakes his head

“I need to go someplace else” he move his feet slightly and the scenery that he is seeing in his eyes changes right now.

He is now standing on the tunnel, time and space beneath his feet, around him is the scenery of worlds encircling him

Not only the sceneries of world but timelines of these worlds. The up and below is timelines, the left and right is full of the sceneries of different world

Azief traverse the seven seas of Earth and he look at different places. There is many places he could land

“A few hours after me ascending would be a good time” Azief had decided when and where he would appear.

And he was about to descend when suddenly his eyes opens wide

“what the hell!”

BAM!

It was something unexpected.

Azief never expected it. Because he could not even think of it. It did not seem possible even when the fact is in front of his eyes

Azief is now running through space and time. The Samara speed source is already at the verge of disappearing.

“Shit!” Azief cursed under his breath

Behind him there is a hand that is trying to grab him. This hand is not some kind of normal hand.

Well, the fact that it is as gigantic as tens of thousands of mountains is a dead giveaway.

And….There is not many beings could do what this hand is doing.

This hand broke through the time and space, broke through the time and space continuum tunnel like it was nothing

The storms of time and space that could shredded anything in existence could not even move this hand away.

Right now, all around Azief, the time and space become disordered and is crumbling

Who is plotting against him?

What is the intention of this hand?

Azief don’t know why and how?

All he knows he feel that if he is caught by that hand, the ending would not be pretty. It is a hand that seems to freeze all laws.

It did not destroy but freeze

The only thing it could not freeze was him.

Even the time and space beneath his feet is frozen. If not for him running and urging the time and space, the time and space would remain stagnant

As he keeps running, he notices something. The Speed Source is no longer expended. Instead, there is another energy that is being used

“what is this?” even though Azief is now running, this foreign energy that suddenly is helping him is something even he in his current situation notices.

there is a different kind of energy around him that is shrouding him and helping him.

This energy seems to replace the Sped Source enabling him to run even faster inside this frozen time and space continuum tunnel

The energy that he uses to run is now dependent on the energy that is now shrouding him

It seems this energy is an all-purpose energy.

He could use it to mobilize time and space, and even could use this energy to attack

But from the very moment he saw that hand Azief never even think of attacking.
