“The Crowned Kings and Great Sages don’t have an opportunity to strike. What about the Godslaying Weapon?” Jiang Che asked.

“The Godslaying Weapon has eliminated its fourteenth Tier Four Abyssal Creature. Unit status is optimal. It can carry out the decapitation strike.”

“Have the Godslaying Weapon execute the decapitation strike.”

Jiang Che paused. “And if you get the chance… try to rescue Erin Elizabeth.”

At the same time, a volley of Alchemy Missiles shot out from behind the Godslaying Weapon, roaring toward the Purgatory Fire Demon.

“Interesting. No Soul… To think a mere construct of steel could possess such Power?” The Purgatory Fire Demon was momentarily stunned, but it soon broke into a wide, excited grin.

“In that case, let’s see just how strong this so-called pinnacle of human ingenuity really is!”

The Purgatory Fire Demon allowed the Alchemy Missiles to bombard its body. Facing the slash of the steel blade, it simply raised its right arm and clenched its fist—a direct, head-on clash!

The next moment, a ball of Chaos Fire ignited behind the Godslaying Weapon. The Purgatory Fire Demon’s figure swelled into view from within it and threw a vicious punch. But the fist hit nothing but empty air, leaving only a peal of thunder and a surge of wind.

Space rippled like the surface of a lake, and the Godslaying Weapon emerged in the distance. In its hand, it condensed pure Essence Energy into a Blazing Light Sword that radiated a pulse so menacing even the Purgatory Fire Demon’s heart skipped a beat.

The next second, the Godslaying Weapon executed another spatial jump, taking the offensive and appearing right before the Purgatory Fire Demon. It raised the Sun Sword high and brought it down with savage force.

But the Godslaying Weapon gave it no quarter. The engines on its back flared to life, propelling it forward like a cannonball. The incandescent blade chopped down as countless crimson missiles shot out from behind it.

Even the missiles were imbued with the Power of the Sun, and they blasted the Purgatory Fire Demon’s flesh from its bones. It let out a guttural howl as black Chaos Fire erupted over its entire body. Its severed hand regenerated, and with a sudden flash, it lunged toward the Godslaying Weapon with another punch.

CRACK!

The punch landed squarely on an Energy Shield that had materialized out of thin air, unleashing a terrifying shockwave. The Godslaying Weapon was sent flying backward like a meteor, crashing through several commercial buildings in a row. The Purgatory Fire Demon’s own arm, however, was bent at a bizarre angle. Broken bones pierced through its flesh, and blood gushed out.
