Li Xinghai and the disciples were all dumbfounded. They understood the meaning of the phrase “the strong are supreme,” but they had never seen the outside world and could not process it for a moment.

Ye Liuyun gave them an example. “Take the feral beast you kill. In the eyes of the beast races, you’re even more brutal than demons. You kill them, eat them, and then dismantle their bodies to sell them. Isn’t that more brutal than demons?”

“How can that be the same? We’re human, while they’re beasts!” one disciple blurted out.
