“How dare you insult us? Just who do you think you are?!” One of the women who was gossiping about Lu Xinyi and Shen Yi exclaimed.

“What a snowflake. Now, you are offended because I pointed out your bullshit while earlier you kept ranting about a woman who has done nothing wrong against you?” Xia Yuhan scoffed and crossed her arms in front of her.

“Is that Xia Yuhan? Talk about coincidence.” Xiao Lan held Lu Xinyi’s arm. Why was Xia Yuhan defending Lu Xinyi’s reputation? Did she get a change of heart or something?

“I don’t know. I’m also surprised that she’s here.” Lu Xinyi whispered back.

“Shut up! Leave! Someone like you shouldn’t be here. Call the manager, quick!” The woman pushed her companion to call the salesperson and shop manager.

Lu Xinyi tried her best not to roll her eyes but she couldn’t let Xia Yuhan get in trouble by defending her. _-.

“You’re making a mistake here, girl.” Xia Yuhan leaned on the wall near the changing rooms and checked her manicured nails. Her calm demeanor angered the woman further.

“You think highly of yourself.”

“Aww, you’re so fake just like your boobs. Barbie must be jealous of you.” Xia Yuhan taunted.

Lu Xinyi and Xiao Lan watched with an amused smile on their lips. Ah, they shouldn’t be enjoying it but Xia Yuhan’s comebacks were gold.

The other two gossip mongers gave Xia Yuhan a dirty look. They were impatient to throw her out the store.

“This store was popular with celebrities and socialites. I wonder why they’re now opening their store to commoners and poor women. The quality of their services is getting worse. ” One of the took a glance in Lu Xinyi’s direction.

What? Lu Xinyi’s face went poker face. Was she referring to her? Staring down on her plain blue shirt and old jeans, she can’t blame them for thinking she didn’t have the capability to pay for their purchases.

Xia Yuhan followed the woman’s gaze and landed to Lu Xinyi. Her eyes slightly widened in surprise. She made her way to Lu Xinyi, her expression dulled.

“What are you doing here?” she asked.

“Uh… isn’t it obvious? We’re here to buy new clothes.” Lu Xinyi shrugged her shoulders.

The woman behind Xia Yuhan scoffed after hearing Lu Xinyi’s words.

“As if you can pay for those clothes.” she rolled her eyes, while her friends laughed at her remarks. They both look at Lu Xinyi like she was a beggar and broke. Well, she was. It was her husband who got the money anyway.

The clerk came back with the manager behind her.

“Is there something wrong, Miss?” The manager asked the women.

“This woman!” The woman Xia Yuhan insulted earlier pointed a finger on her direction.”She insulted us. I want her out! And as for those two…” she was referring to Xiao Lan and Lu Xinyi. “I thought Flair Apparel is a luxury brand and yet you’re serving this kind of people with us?”

“Stupid.” Xia Yuhan muttered.

“What did you say?”

“Big Boss, I didn’t know you were paying a visit.” the manager greeted Xia Yuhan. The three women were dumbfounded. So the manager knew this rude woman?

“Y…you”

“Ah, I see. The fuck up fairy visited my store again.” Xia Yuhan sat down at the other couch and yawned. “As you can see, I’m the owner of Flair Apparel. I should be the one calling the security now to drag your asses out of my place.”

Lu Xinyi laughed silently beside Xiao Lan, taking the manager’s attention. She bounced up and smiled happily to the manager before she could say anything.

“Miss Manager, is it alright if my friend wear this outfit out? She really likes it and I wouldn’t mind paying for her purchases.”

Lu Xinyi shot a smug look at the three women before pulling out her ‘legendary black card’ to use. She reached to her handbag and handed her black card to the manager. Damn it all to hell, the amount of those clothes wouldn’t leave a dent on her husband’s account anyway. If he ever complains, she will tell him to consider it as a gift to Xiao Lan and her baby.

“Do you need to see some identification cards or is my name on the card enough to use it?”

The manager quickly snatched the card from Lu Xinyi’s hand and stared at it. This card was one of the limited editions released by the Central Bank and only the Big 5 families had it. With the amount of the purchases Lu Xinyi and Xiao Lan trying to make with them, the manager concluded that Miss Lu surely came from a wealthy family.

“No need for identification cards, Miss Lu.” The manager turned to her staff and said, “Quick, take those clothes and help Miss Lu with her items.” With that, the manager completely ignored the other women, no doubt eager to close and complete the sale of all Xiao Lan’s clothes.

Xia Yuhan cupped her chin and smirked to the gossip mongers who were left speechless after seeing Lu Xinyi’s black card. They didn’t have an idea who they just offended.

“What? Y’all still here? With all the makeup on your faces, you look wonderful. Too bad it couldn’t make you beautiful inside.” she snorted.
