Chapter 76: The Primordial Eidolon (2) [Bonus]

His golden, ethereal aura, pulsated like flames around his perfectly chiseled face. Ash looked young, with short, neatly kept, white hair, signifying a unique excellence rather than age. He gave Amanda a kind smile, his passionate, golden eyes burned like a continuous, living flame. This was the primordial mythological Eidolon.

They stood in amazement as he swiftly walked and hugged her.

"It would be an honor to walk such an amazing, beautiful young woman down the aisle."

Amanda cried in his chest. There were no words, just pure joy and relief. She wouldn’t have to be the only woman to walk down the aisle alone and would be walking with Tyler’s greatest friend, the small little phoenix who cured her illness in the hospital.

"Dude, you’re ALMOST as hot as Tyler." Kass laughed.

"He looks like a god." Nyxara rubbed her eyes again to make sure she wasn’t dreaming.

"That was such a kind thing to do..." Sophie’s eyes watered with empathy and love.

"Gods, goddesses, whoever the hell is watching I think it’s safe to say you can lift his curse now? Ya? You hear me up there?" Tyler looked up to the sky.

They were watching and it certainly was a step in the right direction.

"Well, I’m hungry. Who wants fish?" Ash belted out a giant laugh.

"I’ll order it so we can eat in?" Tyler smirked.

They talked, laughed and enjoyed an amazing late night dinner. They enjoyed seeing Ash in his Eidolon human form. It was certainly unique and the resemblance to Bahamut and Asura’s most comfortable appearance became increasingly clear the longer they spent together. Sophie didn’t care that she was supposed to be alone having sex with Tyler anymore, although she was going to after they were done. It was still her night after all.

"Thank you everyone. That was great. I’m going to go take a nap. I look forward to the 21st. Please make sure you don’t make Tyler look too ugly compared to you gorgeous women. He is going to be a prince after all," Ash couldn’t help but poke one low blow at Tyler.

"You told me I was the beauty and you were the brains. No more fish!" Tyler teased sarcastically.

"Can’t a familiar just compliment his beautiful wives and make fun of you at the same time? Why so sensitive champ?"

They all laughed. Ash turned into a white orb while waving and smirking, floating peacefully back into Tyler’s chest.

"Thank you Ash. You’re right. I am going to look terrible next to them."

"Nah, you’ll look good, kid. I just had to give you some shit."

"You’ve already given me plenty of that, pun intended."

"Wait, did he really shit all over you?" Rex burst out in laughter.

"Twice!" Tyler laughed.

"He’s talking to them again isn’t he?" Nyx smiled.

"Yeah, it’s so cute how his eyes start moving around and you can tell he’s thinking and sometimes he’ll even move his hands slightly like he’s talking to one of us. We have an insane husband, ladies..." Kass chuckled.

"Hey!" Tyler laughed. "Insanely in love with all of you."

"Aw..." Kass smiled. "Go back with Sophie, we’re going to sleep. We have to go meet the King and Nyx’s family and all that tomorrow."

"Thank you so much Ash and Tyler. You have amazing familiars and I’m glad you treat them like family," Amanda smiled, no longer sad.

"I really do. Love you all and I’ll see you in the morning. Nyx, I look forward to meeting your extended family and getting to know your father outside of school again. He’s a completely different person but exactly the same in some paradoxical way."

Nyx giggled. "Yes, he’s a teddy bear. Just don’t tell him I told you that."

"My lips are sealed. Alright Soph, my love." Tyler grabbed her hand and Sophie blew a kiss to the ladies. "Good night ladies, love you all."

"Love you too!"

Tyler and Sophie had sex and cuddled up peacefully. They talked about everything, from their first day, the lounge, meeting Sophie’s parents, how they were treating her so much better and how happy she was to be getting married. They laughed, kissed, had sex again before showering and lying back in bed. Everyone fell asleep feeling relaxed knowing Nyxara’s family would host the wedding.

Ash woke up and noticed everyone peacefully sleeping. He decided to slip out to see his parents.

"Hello Seraphim. That was very kind of you," Bahamut said kindly.

"Thanks Father. How are you Mom? Still overworking yourself, I’m sure..." he frowned.

"Well, overworking landed you that one in a million chance and the system somehow gave you Tyler. Thank your Father for giving him the blessing of reincarnation. Without him speaking up, he simply would have slipped through the cracks like so many other good souls do."

"I know, it’s getting harder and harder not to tell Tyler about him doing that. They can’t hear us right now, the other gods, right?" Ash’s eyes scanned the room to ensure no unwanted attention appeared as he did.

"No. This chamber is sealed now. I must warn you. It is likely they are going to attack Vexarra. Let Tyler and his beautiful ladies have their lovely wedding. It will not be long after that."

Ash sighed. "I feel like I can’t breathe and I’m always waiting for an exhale with this stuff. I finally have a host who can help free me and the poor kid seems cursed like I am."

"That has crossed my mind." Bahamut sighed. "But, if that were true, I do not believe he would have landed on Vexarra. Maybe they finally wanted to save a planet. They could have easily manipulated the system with no one knowing to allow him to become a summoner. They don’t exist anymore, we all know this."

"So he’s not cursed by the gods? Good. That would be a nightmare." Ash finally exhaled. He relaxed and switched to his phoenix form.

"So when are they planning on coming? Have you been able to catch any hints?"

"They are currently orbiting between Vexarra and Enigmatica with their main fleet stationary. They have used half of their power reserves. One for their top leadership and one for their general army."

"Shit. Enigmatica isn’t that powerful of a planet. They could easily take it over quickly and come to us right after."

"Indeed but I don’t think with two reserves they’re after a quick small power gain. Vexarra is the strongest planet in this galaxy. This is going to be the fate of this Universe my son." Asura smiled kindly without any hints of stress or worry.

"How are you always so calm Mom? Even dad looks like he wants to rip the Necrams’ Commander’s head off himself."

"Because I have faith in our kind, you and your host’s new family. Having the vampire’s on their side is a big win. Tyler needs more familiars."

"Understood. Love you!" Ash said as he slid back into Tyler’s chest.

’Guess I should start recruiting for Tyler. I have just the Mythological in mind.’

"I can hear you, bird brain." Tyler yawned. "What’s up?"
