Jackson Zane watched as South Grant got out of the car and walked towards the nanny van.

Once the door opened, a wheelchair was pushed out.

Sitting in the wheelchair was an elderly woman in her seventies.

Her eyes were somewhat cloudy, her head leaned on the back of the wheelchair, and her limbs were a bit unresponsive.

South Grant walked up and held onto the wheelchair, tears glistening in his eyes.

"Grandma."

The elderly woman looked at South Grant, her thin hand gripping his.

She was Claire Ellison, the original wife of Jared Grant.

In the year Ian Grant graduated from college, she was in a car accident that injured her head, and the doctors declared her in a vegetative state, lying in the hospital ever since.

She was unaware of these outside matters, but Ian Grant had paid the hospital enough money, so when he was gone, they continued to take care of her.

South Grant snapped back to reality, looked at Claire Ellison, and then said:

"Grandma, today I’ll push you down the red carpet."

Nathan Foster was sitting in the car as South Grant turned back, smiling as he looked at Nathan Foster, "Wait for me to come back."

"Wishing you a triumphant return." Nathan Foster also smiled.

South Grant was warmed by his smile.

South Grant spoke and then turned to push the wheelchair inside, where the hotel security stopped him.

"Invitation, please."

South Grant had an invitation; after handing it over to security, she smoothly entered the venue.

This kind of soiree, with its dazzling lights and vibrant outfits.

Handsome men and beautiful women, wealthy businessmen and tycoons, all looking glamorous.

When South Grant wheeled Claire Ellison inside, she attracted all eyes.

Some recognized South Grant, some didn’t.

At this point, whispers arose, questioning who was in the wheelchair and who South Grant was.

South Grant pushed the wheelchair forward, and the crowd instinctively parted to make way.
