Limited Time Marriage: Nice to Meet You Mr. Foster
Chapter 446 - 445: South Grant Is Different from Men
Chapter 446: Chapter 445: South Grant Is Different from Men
The content to be filmed tomorrow morning is a scene where the two leading male characters have a conflict during group training.
The two had a disagreement during training, which was discovered by their instructor, who punished them by making them run laps around the training field.
Until they could not run anymore, they lay on the ground, starting from a tone of mutual disdain to eventually sitting up and exchanging a smile.
When South Grant went out to rehearse, he left his phone in the tent.
The signal here is spotty.
At that moment, South Grant’s phone rang, and those sharing the tent with him saw it ring for a long time before they went out to check and saw that they were practicing far away.
So, after returning, they answered the phone: "Hello, South and Holt went out to rehearse, they aren’t here right now. Who are you, is there anything you want me to tell them? The signal here is often lost, so I don’t know if South can call you back later."
There was a brief silence on the other end, and they thought the signal was lost, so kept saying hello.
Just as they were about to hang up, they heard on the other end:
"Is she living with you all?"
"Yes, since tents are limited, South is in the same tent as us."
There was another moment of silence on the other end, then they asked: "Who did she go out to rehearse with?"
"With Ronan. Ronan couldn’t sleep, so South called him out."
"It’s okay, she doesn’t need to call back."
After saying this, the call was ended.
Listening to the call being disconnected, he shrugged while holding the phone.
After putting down South Grant’s phone, he went back to playing cards with the others.
South Grant and Caleb Holt finished rehearsing after an hour.
Caleb Holt had always been performing well on set, but he felt a bit uneasy when rehearsing with South Grant.
South Grant was guiding him on how to be at ease.
Caleb Holt thought that as a graduate from the University of Communications’ performing arts department, he shouldn’t be outdone by an eighteen-year-old.
After returning to the tent, South Grant said:
"Go over the scene we rehearsed today in your mind, maybe you’ll have different insights tomorrow, get some sleep and don’t pressure yourself."
How could Caleb Holt not feel pressured?
He didn’t expect South Grant’s acting to be even slightly better than Rosalind Sutton’s. When it comes to acting, the difference becomes clear when compared.
As Caleb Holt lay in bed, he kept thinking about South Grant’s words.
"When the camera is on you, you are him. You need to understand the character, immerse yourself in him, feel his joys and sorrows, then you won’t need to act intentionally; you’ll become him."
Caleb Holt gradually fell asleep.
In his sleep, Caleb Holt found himself in a dark, chaotic place.
At that moment, he saw a light and walked towards it.
Underneath the tall light, South Grant was leaning against the lamp post.
South Grant was tilting his head back, drinking from a water bottle.
South Grant’s neck was slender, unlike that of an ordinary man, something he hadn’t noticed during the day, but in the dream, he felt such a slender neck shouldn’t belong to a man.
Water dripped down, running along his neck and into South Grant’s collar, and after finishing the water, South Grant handed the bottle to Caleb Holt.
South Grant’s gaze was ordinary, yet for some reason, Caleb Holt felt his heart skip.
As he reached out to take the bottle, he suddenly awoke.
