Leveling Endlessly with the Strongest System!

360 One-sided bashing in the Ashen Mountain!

Beasts were extremely active at night hence why the villagers don’t dare to go up the mountain to forage at this time of the day.

Three figures rushed through the mist and entered the inner area of Ashen Mountain. Not long after, they encountered a pack of horned boars. They could be seen sniffing the air in search of food. The pleasant scents belonging to humans were impossible for them to miss. The hiding position of the two people and one demon dog was compromised.

Dozens of beasts turned their scarlet eyes toward them as they sighed and stepped out from behind a thick tree.

“Their noses are quite sharp. They could sniff us out from a meter away. Amazing!” Shadowless exclaimed. It was quite weird to see a burly and tall dog talking.

There were about 50 of them. This many of them could trample a village. The last time 500 of them came down the mountain to pillage the village, they were smacked away by the Water Celestial. Their chief, that had gained sentient, was killed in that assault. Ever since then, no beast above level 15 had emerged from this tribe of boar.

Fifty of them was an impressive number.

At the sight of them, Trainees and weapon masters could only tuck their tails between their legs and run.

Only a Feudal Lord might stand a chance against them.

“How is he still in the mood to say that?”

Delilah was shaken by their bloodthirsty stare. She looked at the man beside her and saw that he was terrifyingly calm. She then noticed him stepping toward the horde.

Step by step, he got faster.

Finally, the scene of one man running towards 50 horned boars played.

The eyes of the horned boars gleamed sharply. His action seems to provoke them.

“Groawwwrrr!!!!!”

All of them bellowed with rage simultaneously, kicking up dust as they charged forward. Their roar was full of ferocity, slapping Delilah’s ears like a wave of lightning and thundering in her mind.

She instinctively let go of the demon dog and clutched her ears as her life-preserving instinct kicked in, telling her to teleport away. But she held it in, curiously watching what the handsome teenager was up to.

Boom!

He clashed with the pack, throwing them back with one punch. He was like an unbreakable wall that they couldn’t hope to cross.

They saw him showing a smile. His smile made them feel that something inauspicious was going to happen to them.

“Beasts are best when they are roasted,” said Roy as sharp glints flashed in his eyes. The sharpness in his eyes died down, yet something else, something more ferocious and intense, replaced it.

Whoosh!

His enchanting black eyes burned with ferocity as his fists shot forward, flashing in the direction of the pack. A stream of fire broke out from each of his knuckles, blasting apart the mist and smashing on the pack and the ground like heaven’s blight.

It was like a dragon’s breath, setting everything in its way on fire.

She saw the fiery stream opening its maw of death and swallowing dozens of beasts in an instant.

Some of the beasts backed away as that happened.

The system’s notification rang in Roy’s mind, and his lips hooked up.

『Ding! Congratulation. You have killed 17 level 10 Horned Boars. You get 1700 EXP.』

『Ding! Congratulation. You have killed 13 level 15 Horned Boars. You get 1950 EXP』

『Ding! Congratulation. You have killed two level 14 Horned Boars. You get 280 EXP』

The boars that came in direct contact with it immediately met their end. Nothing was left of them. Even their bones melted into ashes.

The ones that survived realized that they had met a devil. He, with his actions, had proved that he was more fearsome and ferocious than them. They turned around and ran in a direction opposite to him.

Seeing this, he felt mischievous but merciless. He never thought it was unethical to kill unintelligent beasts that ate humans for dinner, and he didn’t mind killing beasts with intelligence that had offended him.

Roy’s eyes narrowed, and his smile widened. Seeing this, Delilah shivered subconsciously.

“You started this. But this will end on my terms.”

He didn’t roar like the beasts, and he spoke as he liked, but his words ripped across the air like thunder and slapped them like the palm of Budha.

Instantly, they were rendered motionless.

At this sight, Delilah’s jaw dropped, and her eyes widened to the size of saucers.

“He has already reached the level of suppressing an army with his gaze! He is as terrifying as a grandmaster,” she said.

Roy raised his head and stared them down. The boars whined like pigs that were about to be butchered.

Actually, before he encountered them, he had spotted them from afar. He didn’t want to waste any of his time fighting mobs like them. The EXP they provided was almost negligible.

Thus, he hid behind a tall and thick tree with his companion, wanting for them to pass by.

But they just had to sniff them out and court death.

Roy raised his hand, and the fire stream moved, dancing according to his will. It spiraled forward and burst apart into hundreds of fire swords. These swords were like the scythe of a reaper as they fell on the horned boars, cutting the horns they were known for, utterly disregarding the defense of their sturdy iron scales and cleaving them in two.

Delilah wasn’t awestruck. When you see someone doing something heaven-defying, you will be shocked. But if you keep on seeing them defying common sense, you will get used to it and no longer feel shocked. She had reached that state.

With just one move, he destroyed the strongest pack of horned beasts in Ashen Mountain, and thus, a few thousand points were added to Roy’s EXP pool.

‘Experience points are useless to me for now, but they will become useful once I awaken. Maybe I will reach the peak of the Weapon Master Stage in one breath using the EXP I have gathered so far.’

This sweet thought made a pleasant smile blossom on his face.

“As expected of my creator.” Seeing how easily he had crushed them, Shadowless said, “These lowly creatures never posed a threat to you.”

His heart was moved by his praise.

Having a sidekick who would praise you at every turn really felt good!

“Let’s go,” Roy said.

Delilah nodded.

They headed deeper into Ashen Mountain. Roy had an excellent memory. He remembered the path Damien took to arrive at the entrance of the Ancestral Land. He followed it and soon arrived next to the celestial stone. The demon dog and Delilah followed after him.

Delilah looked at his side profile and kept on looking. He was like free eye candy for a face con like her. It would be a waste to admire a beauty like him. She licked her tantalizing lips while poking holes in him.

Roy didn’t have eyes behind his head, but someone was looking at him too intensely and shamelessly admiring him. It was hard to miss it. He suddenly turned towards her, but she replaced her expression and lowered the intensity of her gaze before his eyes could rest on her.

But the time her face came into his view, her face was devoid of lust.

She looked at him with an innocent expression as she said, “If you want to return to the Ashen Land through this entrance, I advise you against it. Chances are that Voss has already stationed his minions there.”

Roy replied, “That happens to be precisely what I want to confirm.”, and turned to the stone.

The celestial stone couldn’t be lifted by pure physical force.

To interact with it, one needed to learn Force.

He had already learned a few different types of Force.

Using his Sword Force, he easily lifted it up, making it float twenty meters above the ground. Below the celestial stone was a one-way dark portal. It could be taken to enter the Ancestral Land but not exit it.

Whilst using the Sword Force to keep the stone afloat, Roy raised his hand. The bright red emerald fire spewing out of his palm could be seen pouring into the portal endlessly. The portal was connected to a corridor of the ancestral land, and a stream of fire invaded it, growing bigger with each second, soon flowing ahead like a wave and becoming a river, invading and reaching the knock and corners of the interconnected corridors.

『Ding! Congratulation. You have killed 500 Low-level Hexes!』

When this notification sounded in his mind, he confirmed his guess.

“I have confirmed it. It’s really as we expected.” Roy turned to his party members and said, “Voss has stationed a part of his army at the ancestral land!”
