Most of the eliminated hunters couldn’t hide their disappointment. Some approached Li Younan for a chat, but everyone looked very tired, dragging their heavy footsteps as they turned and left one after another.

After the eliminated hunters left, they moved on to the next significant stage.

The staff member stood straight again and raised his voice, saying: "Next, according to the rules, hunters ranked in the top four in the first round can choose the task points for the next game sequentially. You can choose for yourself or pick a point for others. However, if you choose for someone else, you will be assigned a point randomly."

Then he turned his gaze to Li Younan: "According to the ranking order of the first round, you will choose a point first. Tell me what your choice is?"

Li Younan glanced at Julian next to him, his mouth curling slightly upwards as he smiled and said, "Honestly, it doesn’t matter where I am. I will certainly win in the end because this ranch is much easier for hunting compared to the lakeside of Chilco Lake in Canada."

Though his words were boastful, the staff didn’t mind at all, nor did the other hunters find anything wrong with Li Younan’s remarks. They only felt he was very confident.

What can be done? He indeed has reasons to be confident.

Then Li Younan said seriously, "So I’ve decided to add a bit of fun to the game for myself. I choose to pick a spot for someone else. I want the only lady here, Julian, to go hunting in the Deadwood Canyon Area."

The staff confirmed, "Is this your final choice?"

Li Younan nodded his head decisively.

Julian laughed excitedly, being a fan really pays off.

Indeed, the canyon area is excellent for hunting.

Because Deadwood Canyon has three tributaries, steep cliffs, and wild boars often drink from the canyon streams. It’s very safe to ambush wild boars there.

The staff said, "You really are a gentlemanly hunter. Well, if that’s the case, you’ll randomly draw your own location."

Afterward, Mark also chose the canyon area.

According to the rules, each location can have only two groups of hunters.

When it was Rodris’s turn to choose a location, he gently pointed on the map, choosing the Mountain Meadow Area.

Of course, he has his own plan. There are only four locations: Mountain Meadow Area, Canyon Area, Indian Hill Ruins Sub-Region, and Cave Area.

In comparison, the Cave Area and Indian Hill Ruins Sub-Region are both quite challenging, each with its own troubles.

And in the Mountain Meadow Area, he doesn’t need to endure tiring travel anymore, giving him more time to rest. Plus, the first round took place here, so he’s very familiar with the terrain, making hunting smoother.

When it was Julian’s turn, she didn’t qualify to choose because a higher-ranked hunter chose for her.

Then Li Younan and the other four hunters were randomly assigned, and Li Younan ended up in the Indian Hill Ruins Sub-Region.

Naturally, Li Younan didn’t care at all, casually shrugging it off.

Julian felt a bit guilty and said, "You’ve been assigned to almost the most challenging location."

Li Younan shook his head, saying, "Don’t say that; I think this location is great, sounds very interesting."

The staff continued, "Okay, everyone has now been assigned their respective locations. Next, you will get a map and head to your task locations."

"The specific rule is, once you arrive, you need to pick up the first task in your respective areas, which will guide you to eliminate the opponents in the same area."

"After eliminating your opponents, you will receive a task for the third round."

"So good luck to all of you then."

Upon hearing this, Li Younan immediately turned his gaze toward the group of hunters assigned to the same area as him.

They were two young-looking hunters, squatting on the ground packing their bags.

They instantly noticed Li Younan’s gaze, feeling like they were being eyed by a big villain, halting their movements unconsciously.

They didn’t even dare to meet Li Younan’s eyes. The two exchanged glances, their expressions a bit complicated.

Undoubtedly, upon learning about Li Younan’s identity as a wilderness survival master, they weren’t as confident as Mark and were now a bit fearful.

Yet, since they were already here, they had no choice but to face it head-on.

But for now, both needed to sleep for a while, given they hadn’t slept at all last night. If they embarked on a long journey, they might collapse.

Afterward, they saw Li Younan smoothly pack his things and effortlessly mount the little white horse, their feelings growing even more complex.

The two had also heard the conversation between Li Younan and Julian. This weirdo had a full night’s sleep last night, allowing him to be full of energy and the first to head to his task location today.

Without a doubt, the first to arrive would have more advantage.

Yet there was nothing they could do about it.

Li Younan mounted the horse, lightly tugging the reins.

Julian waved at him, saying, "Good luck, Li Younan. Hope we meet in the final showdown."

Li Younan chuckled, turning the horse’s head, guiding the little white horse with light steps toward the direction of Indian Hill Ruins, involuntarily humming that folk song again as his figure gradually faded into the distance.
