"They will have definitely spread the news by now, and most certainly everyone will be on alert, including the Star Empire." Mav sighed.

Ritika nodded as well. "Nothing can be done about it now, can it? And anyway, this was an order from the Red Empress. The Emperor should most definitely be aware of it, no?"

So this must be his intention as well?" she thought fully added.

"I wonder as well," Mav sighed, saying this.

"Worries are useless, no, Mav?" Ritika, hearing this, said and continued.

"But precisely as you said, the shockwave created by us destroying two Tier 3 states will definitely have significant far-reaching effects, especially in the surrounding region and, even more so, on those who fell under the spheres of influence of these two states."

"They might be completely paralyzed with panic as we speak, just standing here." Ritika said this coldly, a satisfied smile appearing on her face.

"They might already be rushing to reinforce their homes, full of terror. And the Star Empire shouldn't be too far behind either.

Arrogant as they might be, their power is not something the Bright Moon Republic or even the Hegemony could be compared with. So the Imperial Commander facing some obstruction is a no-brainer." Ritika concluded.

Mav shook his head before shrugging his shoulders.

"You might be right, but you might be wrong as well. Though the chances are low…"

"But anyway, we can't know the thoughts of those two people, since it was them who ordered us to let a few escape, after all."

He paused before continuing. "Though it's a certainty that the whole galaxy might now be aware of the truth—that we destroyed the Bright Moon Republic and the Hegemony.

The two well-established and old Tier 3 powers were not only struck down one after another, but completely eradicated as well."

" Anyway we Better leave that behind and focus on the work at hand. High Admiral, you go and gather every high-ranking member. In half an hour, it's high time we began planning our next moves to ensure better efficiency, as well as secure our victory against Grand Admiral Yuki's fleet." Saying that, Mav turned around and walked out, leaving Ritika on her own.

She looked out at the starry space for a moment before leaving as well.

And just as both Mav and Ritika predicted, the news did travel far beyond them.

Not only did it travel—it actually detonated across the galaxy.

It was like a massive boulder being hurled into the dead center of a tranquil lake, causing ripples to spread outward and shatter the stillness of the entire lake.

The news was relayed and scattered across stellar regions, star clusters, star sectors, and the four Galactic Domains of the Milky Way.

(1 Stellar Region = 1,000–10,000 star systems.)

(1 Star Cluster = 100 Stellar Regions, or roughly 1 million star systems.)

(1 Star Sector = 200 Star Clusters.)

(1 Galactic Domain = 500 Star Sectors.)

There were seven Galactic Domains in the Milky Way, but only four fell under the control of different races. The remaining three were directly controlled by the Space Beast Clans and Outer Alien Races.

At first, these claims that suddenly emerged and spread simultaneously were met with a flat round of disbelief by netizens.

Some even took them as a prank orchestrated by the Seven Super States to distract them from another counterattack by the Outer Alien Races, sending many into a state of fear.

After all, the Bright Moon Republic and the Hegemony were not some minor peripheral states. Instead, they were powerful Tier 3 states, with few being comparable to them in strength.

Together, the two ruled over two entire Stellar Regions, wielding absolute authority within their territories.

So the concept of both states suffering total and simultaneous annihilation was simply too absurd to believe. Or at least, that was what the netizens initially believed.

And that hollow sense of absurdity only vanished when Pangu Horizon News, a prominent cross-sector broadcast conglomerate, swiped across the Galactic Net with its absolute authority and brought an exclusive broadcast.

Their guest was a member of the Illyarin Race—and, more importantly, a direct-line member of the Illyarin Race's Main Clan, which belonged to the Bright Moon Republic.

In the usual broadcast room, seated on the other side and facing the broadcaster, was exactly that Illyarin Race member—a person many netizens already knew about.

He was the direct son of the Illyarin Clan Head and the direct heir. Kelvin was his name.

Yet currently, all the radiance he usually projected, along with the absolute arrogance he displayed whenever he faced the cameras, was completely gone.

What remained was nothing but complete gloom. The sight left many netizens in a daze.

Some even began questioning whether this was really the young master of the Illyarin Main Clan, Kelvin.

"Yo, where did his arrogance go?"

"Why is he so gloomy? It's giving me creeps!"

"Is he even the same person, broadcaster?"

And so on.

Countless questions flooded the broadcast chat, but they were deliberately ignored by the broadcaster and her team.

Instead, she calmly asked: "Young Master Kelvin, please tell us what actually happened within the Bright Moon Republic. Are the rumors really true, or are they just another hoax?"

Kelvin's face twitched slightly upon hearing the question, but he didn't have the mind to think much about it anymore.

He spoke. "There was… no warning. Nor did they try to ask us to surrender."

Kelvin's voice cracked as he continued. "The Celestial Void Empire's Grand Fleet suddenly dropped out of warp space and began laying waste to our territory and forces."

"All of this happened despite our armada and the two of them outnumbering the Celestial Void Empire's fleet by a hundred to one, at the bare minimum."

"A hundred to one… And yet, against their powerful warships and even more powerful weapon systems, our forces were crushed and dissected."

His voice became increasingly hollow. "And then… their cruelty began. After they breached and destroyed our forces, they targeted our home worlds."

"They launched these… weird weapons that changed the atmosphere itself, killing our sons, daughters, families, and ordinary people within mere minutes. It didn't even leave behind bodies or bones.

They were completely gone under those… strange biological attacks…"" Kelvin's hands trembled slightly.

Kelvin paused, and he looked down for a brief moment before raising his head and looking directly into the camera, his eyes completely red and bloodshot.

"I don't understand why... Why did they have to do this? Why were they so ruthless, so cruel? Why did they turn our worlds upside down? Why did they kill trillions upon trillions of beings who lived there? Common, innocent people who had nothing to do with this?

Their targets were the government and the military, but why the common people? Why the unrelated people? What have they done to the Celestial Void Empire for them to take such a heinous action?"

Kelvin roared hoarsely, "These humans are monsters! They are merciless! They are true evil that will swallow all life if they are allowed to grow. Today, it was the Bright Moon Republic and Hegemony. Tomorrow, it could be everyone else!"

The broadcaster followed up, her voice filled with sympathy.

"I'm pained to hear this, what you and your people have gone through, Young Master Kelvin. It really shakes my heart. How can there be such a bloodthirsty race in our galaxy during this age?

"Wars are fought every day across the galaxy, but never has the other side gone on a rampage that wipes out an entire race and its people."

She looked directly into the camera, a faint anger visible on her face.

"Viewers, you tell me—how can such a force be left to its own devices, unsanctioned for its crimes? This isn't just a crime against the Bright Moon Republic and Hegemony and their people. It is a crime against the whole galaxy and every living being within it.

"Just look at what they have done. There is really no telling what they will do next, or what their ultimate end point is. This Celestial Void Empire is definitely a dark force. Maybe they are even backed by the Outer Alliance races."

The broadcaster added fuel to the flames, going so far as to insinuate that the Celestial Void Empire was an evil empire that had to be stopped. She even dared to suggest that they were partners of the Outer Races—a label that was taboo across the galaxy and even the wider universe.

And, as expected, within minutes after the broadcast ended, almost all hell broke loose across the Galactic Net.

On public forums across the four Galactic Domains, billions and trillions of people watched the broadcast in horror. Some even believed every word spoken during the broadcast, taking it as the absolute truth and beginning to flood the threads with their opinions.

"A hundred to one, and they still wiped out the Bright Moon Republic forces?
