The Fletcher Family Courtyard.
Andrew Fletcher was about to set off when he suddenly heard the news, that Prince Valeric’s fleet lead by Damien have suffered heavy losses at the hands of the Dutch envoy. The fleeing people and disorderly soldiers described the battle scene as hell.
With a faint sigh, Andrew urged the carriage to move out quickly. Just as his father had feared, Prince Valeric’s fleet was nothing in front of the Dutch warships who had experience.
The journey from the Fletcher Family to Brambleford took seven days of driving, at long last he finally appeared at the wonderful City of Brambleford. After seven consecutive days.

The Dock.
Magnus already received the news of his brother heading towards Brambleford. At this time, Magnus was waiting for him at the city dock.
"Brother!" Magnus called out energetically as he received his brother with open arms. Then he asked, shock writing all over his face. "Where is father? Did something bad happen back at home?"
"Naaa, you don’t have to worry about father, he’s fine. As a matter of fact, my coming to this great city was at my father’s order. But first, before we do anything, take me to see Prince Simon. I have something of importance to tell him." Andrew said.
He is the legitimate son of the Fletcher family, and his status in the family is much higher than that of Magnus.
Magnus nodded and immediately led Andrew to Prince Simon Castle. After the announcement of their arrival, they waited for Prince Simon’s reception.
Inside the castle, Simon was explaining the knowledge in the book to Elin. These days, Elin was completely immersed in the books he gave her. If there was anything she didn’t understand, she would ask Simon from time to time.
"Greetings My Lord, Andrew Fletcher and Magnus Fletcher the legitimate sons of Desmond Fletcher of the Fletcher Family, would like to have an audience with My Lord." The castle guard said.
Prince Simon has a sour expression. It was the first time Andrew Fletcher of the Fletcher Family would be in Brambleford so it was a bit troublesome. After a moment of thoughts he said. "Let them through."
"My Lord, I will leave now," Elin said. Every time Simon receives a guest, Elin usually stays away.
Prince Simon gave her a slight approving nod. These days, he and Elin have become closer and closer. And they get along very well.
The moment Elin left, the guard escorted two men over, one happen to be Magnus Fletcher and the other Andrew Fletcher. The eldest son.
"Greetings to His Royal Highness, The Great One Of Brambleford Prince Simon." Magnus Fletcher and Andrew Fletcher bowed at the same time as they greeted.
Prince Simon waved a hand at them, before staring at Andrew Fletcher. "Magnus said that you are weak and sick. For a long time, you have stayed indoors and out of reach. So why do you have to risk it out, by taking a long and tiring journey all the way to Brambleford?"
Upon hearing this, Andrew Fletcher felt like a heavy burden was lifted off his shoulders. With a much more relaxed tone, he spoke.
"As a matter of fact, my father, Desmond Fletcher sent me to deliver a message to His Royal Highness."
Simon raised an eyebrow at this.
See his reaction Andrew Fletcher continued.
"Few day ago, Prince Valeric received an Envoy from the Dutch and we believe it didn’t end well..." He paused for a dramatic effect but when he wasn’t getting any he continued. "Prince Valeric’s harbor was attacked when the envoy left, and this made him angry, and he decided to fight back. So he sent his son, Damien out. But to his surprise, he was defeated in one big blow and lost several ships."
Prince Simon smiled and said. "But this matter has nothing to do with me."
Andrew Fletcher was surprised for a while. Then he said loudly. "His Highness may not know this. But now, there is a newly appointed Earl on Split Rock. His name is Grey. Since he took over, he has banned other merchant ships from operating in the sea business. Prince Valeric refused to bow to the new Earl and decided to show his power but was shamefully defeated. My father thinks only you can rival the Dutch fleet, and bring the Dutch warships to their knees and regain control over the trade rights of the Reef state."
After hearing this, Prince Simon had a disgusting expression and he spoke through gritted teeth. "Didn’t Prince Valeric monopolize the trading rights of that region? Even Prince Gerad is still asking for his head, well I have nothing to do with sea trade rights."
"What a shame, and here I thought His Highness was interested. What a waste. Brambleford would have become even richer in a few years if His Highness had been interested." Andrew said lazily.
Prince Simon narrowed his eyes dangerously, as he glanced at Andrew. "If you have something interesting to say just say it already. I don’t like to be toyed with. Your father didn’t just send you to deliver random messages."
"Hmm, Your Highness is really impressive. As a matter of fact, My Father, Desmond Fletcher, sent me here to form a business alliance with His Highness. As you may know, there are many shipyards in the southern part of the Bison River, but our Fletcher Family has thirteen shipyards under its wings. Now if His Highness is willing, the Fletcher Family can move all it ship stationed in Ashenford to Brambleford to assist His Highness." Andrew said.
Simon glanced from Andrew to Magnus then back to Andrew.
"So what do your Fletcher Family want in return?" Simon asked.
Andrew chuckled lightly.
"Only a small token is enough for our Fletcher Family. Once His Highness gets back the trading rights in the future, please allow the Fletcher Family merchant ships to participate in free trading."
This was his real purpose of coming out. The defeat of Prince Valeric was just an excuse.
The Fletcher Family believes in Prince Simon. And naturally know about his deeds.
Because of this, the Fletcher Family decided to place all their stake on Prince Simon.
"Hahaha..."Simon laughed, "The Fletcher Family is indeed rich in financial resources. Now the large grassland in Oakridge belongs to your family, and the banks in these six cities also belong to you. Now you have to participate in the trade rights. Are you sure you wouldn’t buy my Domain now?"
Although Simon smiled, Andrew felt cold all over. He suddenly realized something and said cautiously. "Your Highness, our Fletcher Family is just a businessman. It is also to preserve the foundation of the Fletcher Family. And right now Prince Valeric is sharpening his sword against our family. We are just trying to survive. Your Highness, please rest assured. Since we have entered Brambleford, the Fletcher Family would make sure Brambleford succeeds."
Andrew said cautiously. "Our Fletcher Family is willing to help His Highness build a shipyard. As for the future, we will only obey His Highness’s orders."
"That’s pretty much it." Simon regained his smile.
"If you can help me build a shipyard, I will naturally repay you in the future. Remember, you can take what I give you, but you can’t have any ideas about what I don’t give you." Simon reminded.
Andrew and Magnus nodded.
