Chapter 61 — The Eye of Hell

Gyro’s True Power

The forest had become completely silent.

Veyron stood facing Gyro, his telekinetic energy spreading throughout the surrounding area. He knew that stopping Gyro would not be easy, but he had already decided to give Juyew as much time as possible.

Gyro suddenly started laughing.

"Veyron! Did you really think you could stop me?"

Veyron calmly replied, "No. But I can buy some time for my master."

"Interesting answer."

Veyron raised both hands.

"TELEKINETIC FORCE!"

A massive invisible force spread through the forest. Within seconds, enormous trees were pulled out of the ground and thrown into the air. Rocks, branches, and everything nearby began flying toward Gyro.

Aaru stepped backward in surprise.

But Gyro didn’t even flinch.

He stood in the middle of the destruction with a small smile on his face.

"All right, then. I suppose I’ll have to defeat you."

Suddenly, his body began releasing a brilliant golden aura.

The golden energy spread around him, illuminating the entire forest. It started gathering in front of his body, slowly taking the shape of an enormous fist.

The fist continued growing.

Bigger.

And bigger.

Soon, its golden light covered the sky above the forest.

Veyron looked upward, unable to hide his shock.

"What the hell is this?!"

Gyro raised his walking stick slightly.

"GOLDEN PUNCH BARRAGE!"

The enormous golden fist suddenly separated into countless powerful punches. Each punch was formed from concentrated golden aura, and they rushed toward Veyron one after another.

The entire forest trembled.

Veyron immediately spread both hands.

"TELEKINETIC FORCE! STOP!"

A massive invisible barrier formed in front of him. He used every bit of his telekinetic power to hold back the incoming punches.

The first few attacks were stopped.

But the next wave was much stronger.

The barrier began shaking as the golden punches continued crashing against it. Veyron increased his power, desperately trying to maintain his defense.

His face tightened.

He was using so much energy that even his nose began bleeding.

"How... can one person have this much power?!"

The barrier finally shattered.

The remaining golden punches struck Veyron from every direction, sending him crashing through the forest. The ground beneath him broke apart, and he landed among the fallen trees.

He tried to move, but his body refused to respond.

Veyron had been defeated.

Gyro slowly lowered his hand. His golden aura began disappearing.

He looked toward Veyron.

"You’re strong, but not strong enough to stop me."

Gyro turned toward Aaru.

"And don’t misunderstand. That was only my warm-up. I wasn’t serious at all."

He rested his walking stick against his shoulder.

"That was just the beginning of my power."

Aaru stared at him in disbelief.

That was only his warm-up?

Gyro walked toward her and gently picked her up.

"All right, Aaru. Hold on tightly. I’m going to use my full speed now. It should take only a few minutes to reach Kil Ful."

Aaru nodded.

"Please hurry. I’m worried about him."

Gyro’s expression became serious.

"Don’t worry. We’re going to reach them."

He looked toward the distant battlefield.

"Just hold on, Kil Ful."

In the next instant, Gyro disappeared from the forest at incredible speed.

The Awakening of Kil Ful

Meanwhile, the abandoned village had almost completely vanished.

The enormous attacks from both sides had destroyed the surrounding buildings and transformed the battlefield into a vast area of broken ground and craters.

Juyew stood among the ruins.

He was injured, but he was still standing.

In front of him lay Kil Ful’s friends. Morry, Ravian, and Seema were all unconscious or too injured to continue fighting.

Juyew looked toward Morry.

"Let’s begin with him."

He started walking toward Morry, then glanced at Kil Ful.

"All right, little boy. I’ll kill him first."

Kil Ful’s eyes widened.

"NOOOOO!"

He tried to move, but his body remained completely motionless.

Juyew continued walking.

"There’s nothing you can do."

Suddenly...

Everything disappeared.

The battlefield vanished.

The broken ground, the destroyed buildings, and even Juyew were gone.

Kil Ful opened his eyes.

He was standing in a completely white space. There was no visible sky, no ground beneath him, and no other living presence.

He looked around in confusion.

"Where am I?"

Then he noticed something in the distance.

A massive throne stood in the middle of the white space.

Someone was sitting on it.

The person’s face was hidden in darkness, making it impossible for Kil Ful to recognize him.

Kil Ful slowly approached.

"Who are you?"

The mysterious figure remained seated.

Then a deep voice echoed throughout the white space.

"I am you."

Kil Ful stopped.

"What?"

"I am you from the future, Kil Ful."

Kil Ful stared at the mysterious figure.

"Why am I here?"

The figure leaned slightly forward.

"Because you have become weak."

Kil Ful clenched his fists.

"I’m not weak!"

The mysterious figure laughed quietly.

"Then why are you lying helplessly while your friends are about to be killed?"

Kil Ful lowered his head.

He remembered Morry falling after protecting Ravian. He remembered Seema fighting Juyew alone. He remembered Ravian using everything he had to attack their enemy.

And now all of them were defeated.

The mysterious voice continued.

"You’re strong, Kil Ful. Don’t be a coward. Stop holding yourself back."

Kil Ful slowly raised his head.

"Stop holding myself back?"

"Yes. There is a wall inside you. A wall that is blocking your true power. Break it."

The white space began shaking.

The throne started disappearing, and the mysterious figure’s voice echoed one final time.

"Break the wall, Kil Ful."

Everything turned completely white.

Then...

Kil Ful returned to the battlefield.

The Eye of Hell

Juyew was still standing in front of Morry.

But something had changed.

Kil Ful’s body suddenly began moving.

He slowly stood up.

Juyew stopped walking and turned around.

"What?"

Kil Ful stood completely still. His face showed no anger, no fear, and no emotion.

His left eye began glowing.

A strange flame appeared inside it.

The glow grew brighter until his entire left eye transformed into something resembling burning fire.

Juyew narrowed his eyes.

"What happened to your eye?"

Kil Ful looked directly at him.

"Leave Morry."

His voice was calm and cold.

"Or get killed."

Juyew stared at him for a moment before laughing.

"Are you threatening me again? After everything I’ve done to you?"

Kil Ful took one step forward.

"This is my first and last warning."

Juyew smiled.

"Then come and stop me."

Kil Ful suddenly moved closer.

His left eye released a powerful fiery glow. At the same time, white energy began spreading around his body.

But something else was happening.

Lava began covering his right hand.

The molten material glowed brightly, while White Aura surrounded it like a protective layer. The combination of the two powers created an entirely different energy.

Juyew’s smile slowly disappeared.

"What is that?"

Kil Ful raised his hand.

"WHITE LAVA BEAM!"

A massive beam of molten energy covered in White Aura exploded toward Juyew.

The attack travelled across the battlefield, melting everything caught in its path. The ground transformed under its heat, and the surrounding ruins disappeared beneath the enormous stream of lava.

Juyew immediately raised his left hand to defend himself.

But the attack was too powerful.

The White Lava Beam struck his defense, forcing him backward. The energy continued pressing against him, creating a small opening in his defense near his left hand.

"Wait!"

Juyew tried to respond, but Kil Ful was already preparing another attack.

He raised both hands.

"You’re not getting away."

The lava surrounding his hands began rising into the air.

"MOLTEN LAVA RAIN!"

Hundreds of lava droplets appeared above the battlefield. Each one was surrounded by White Aura, making them look like burning asteroids.

Then they began falling.

The entire area was covered by the attack.

Juyew tried to move away, but the falling lava droplets surrounded him from every direction. He raised his defenses, attempting to withstand the continuous assault.

The ground shook as the droplets struck one after another.

Kil Ful continued releasing the attack until the entire battlefield was covered in molten energy.

After several moments, the rain finally stopped.

The sound of destruction slowly faded.

Smoke and dust filled the air.

Kil Ful stood in the middle of the battlefield, his left eye still burning like a flame.

As the dust cleared, Juyew became visible.

He was lying on the ground, completely exhausted. His clothing was badly damaged, and several serious injuries covered his body. He could barely move after receiving the full force of Kil Ful’s new techniques.

For the first time, Juyew had been brought to the ground.

Kil Ful slowly lowered his hand.

He looked at his left eye and touched it carefully.

"So... my left eye has transformed into fire."

He paused for a moment.

"I’ll call it..."

His flaming eye glowed once again.

"EYE OF HELL."

The Arrival

Suddenly, a familiar voice came from behind.

"Kil Ful!"

Kil Ful turned around.

Gyro had finally arrived

Aaru was also with him

Aaru rushed toward Kil Ful as soon as she saw him standing.

"Kil Ful!"

She stopped in front of him, looking at his injured body and glowing left eye. Tears of relief filled her eyes.

"Are you okay? I was so worried about you!"

Before Kil Ful could answer, Aaru gently kissed him on the lips. Kil Ful was surprised for a moment, but then he returned her kiss.

After they separated, Kil Ful pulled Aaru into a warm hug.

"Don’t worry, Aaru. I’m here now."

Aaru held him tightly.

"Please don’t scare me like that again."

Kil Ful gently placed his hand on her head.

"I promise I’ll do my best."

He looked toward Morry, Ravian, and Seema, who were lying injured nearby.

Then he looked back at Aaru and said firmly,

"I will protect everyone. I won’t let anyone hurt the people I care about again."

Gyro watched them with a small smile.

"Well, well... Looks like someone has become quite popular."

Kil Ful glanced at Gyro.

"Sensei, not now!"

Aaru smiled, and Kil Ful finally smiled back.
