Chapter 42 — THE NEW TRAINING

Kil Ful stood in front of the old man, still confused about how he knew his name. The silence between them lasted for a few seconds before Kil Ful finally asked, "Who are you?"

The old man looked at him calmly.

"I am Kael’s sensei."

Kil Ful’s eyes widened.

"Kael’s sensei?"

The old man nodded.

Kil Ful immediately became curious.

"What is your name?"

The old man slowly turned toward him.

"My name is Gyro."

Kil Ful nodded.

"Ohh... Gyro."

Before Kil Ful could say anything else, footsteps came from behind him.

Kael appeared on the street.

Kil Ful turned around.

"Kael?"

Kael looked at Gyro and then at Kil Ful.

"Sensei, can you train him?"

Gyro looked at Kil Ful for a few seconds.

Then he smiled.

"Yes."

Kil Ful looked surprised.

"Really?"

Gyro nodded.

"I can see a fire for revenge burning inside your eyes."

Kil Ful’s expression became serious.

"I will take revenge for Lira."

Gyro stared at him.

"Revenge can give you strength, but it can also destroy you if you allow it to control you."

Kil Ful clenched his fist.

"I don’t care. I want to become strong enough to face Juyew again."

Gyro remained silent for a moment.

"Then come tomorrow at 6 AM."

Kil Ful nodded.

"Okay."

Gyro turned around and slowly walked away into the darkness.

Kael looked at Kil Ful.

"Your training will be different from what you’ve experienced before."

Kil Ful looked at him.

"I’m ready."

The next morning arrived.

The sun had barely risen when Kil Ful prepared himself.

Before leaving, he found Morry outside.

"Morry, I’m going somewhere."

Morry looked at him.

"Where?"

Kil Ful paused.

"I don’t know."

Morry raised an eyebrow.

"But I’ll be back soon."

Before Morry could ask anything else, Kael arrived.

Kael looked at Morry.

"Morry, you will train with me."

Morry nodded.

"Understood."

Kil Ful looked toward the entrance gate.

His next journey had already begun.

He walked away from Aurelia Kingdom and headed toward the place where Gyro was waiting.

Far away from Aurelia Kingdom stood another powerful kingdom known as Valtara Kingdom.

This was the kingdom where Maddy and Rony lived.

After a long journey, Maddy and Rony finally arrived at the kingdom.

Neither of them wasted any time.

They immediately went to meet Birol.

Inside the conference room, Birol looked at them.

"You two are back."

Maddy nodded.

"We need to tell you everything."

Maddy and Rony explained everything that had happened in the abandoned village.

They told Birol about Juyew.

They told him about the battle.

They told him about Kael’s fight.

And finally, they told him about Lira.

Birol remained silent after hearing everything.

He looked at Maddy carefully.

"So Lira gave her power to you."

Maddy looked at his hand.

"Yes."

Birol nodded slowly.

"You two need training."

Rony stepped forward.

"Can you train us?"

Birol shook his head.

"I am busy with other matters right now."

Maddy looked disappointed.

"But I know someone who can train you."

Birol pointed toward the door.

"Go to the blacksmith shop near the conference room."

Rony looked confused.

"A blacksmith?"

Birol nodded.

"My friend will be there."

Maddy and Rony looked at each other.

Birol continued.

"Tell him that I sent you."

Maddy nodded.

"Okay."

The two of them left the conference room and began walking toward the blacksmith shop.

They had no idea what kind of person was waiting for them.

And somewhere far away, Kil Ful had already begun his journey toward Gyro.

Three warriors.

Two different kingdoms.

Two different paths.

But the same goal.

To become strong enough to face Juyew.
