Though he had no response, the mutant plants in the forest began to stir. Everything in the underground forest twisted like a dragon out of its lair. As they intertwined, the mutant plants on the ground sank heavily, rising like endless waves of vines. "This is a disaster!" Yan Jiayu pushed her speed to the limit as she navigated through the gaps of the tree dragons, descending nearly a hundred meters before finally catching up to Xu Huo. Just in time before he got caught by two vines, she used a web to pull him in.

"Fire of the Prairie!" Yan Ping raised a torch-like prop and blew towards the ground, releasing fierce flames that instantly surged hundreds of meters ahead, directly piercing through the recently risen wave of vines!

After the fire burned through, he rescued the two companions, scattered some specially made Potion around, avoiding the smell so that some plants circled away from them. But it only bought a few seconds, as the smell quickly dissipated with the movement of the mutant plants.

The mutant plants returned in force, raising waves over a hundred meters high, once again forcing them into the underground forest. Just then, the swarms of insects drew near, dense enough to cling to everyone, trailing them as they descended.

Regaining sight, she swung three Swords in succession, cutting a pathway several hundred meters long above, avoiding the falling debris and plants. She quickly opened multiple spatial portals, teleporting Xu Huo and the others back to the surface.

This time they didn’t linger but used Teleportation Prop to flee continuously. Only after escaping the forest waves did they switch to Spatial Teleportation, then transition to Characteristics, finally slowing down to a halt.

No casualties, but lost four Mechanical Suit Sets.

The group entered a new prop area to rest.

Other than Pu Yu and her three, Yan Ping’s group felt somewhat discontent. The situation earlier was obvious; Xu Huo couldn’t control Space Power at all, nearly dragging everyone down. It took nearly three hours of escape; if it happened again, neither their numbers nor their equipment would suffice.

"The portable detector has been lost," Yan Ping looked at Pu Yu, "We don’t have another one."

The implication was for Pu Yu to buy a new one.

The detector used for super high-energy partitioning wasn’t cheap, but Pu Yu readily took out another set, along with new Mechanical Suit Sets, somewhat calming Yan Ping’s group.

This sort of Spatial Barrier-like entity emanated from Xu Huo’s body, covering him and trembling rapidly like boiling water, and within seconds, pulled away like bubbles from his body, half floating, half attached to one side of him.

At this point, Pu Yu and Yan Ping’s group, who had been resting nearby, had already retreated to the entrance of the prop area. They couldn’t perceive Superdimensional Space Power, but the Water Cube Barrier was so apparent they had to be aware—this severely injured and unconscious person right now was like a timed bomb!
