And so, the dungeon marathon continued. At Allen and Elena’s signal, Radian and Vector called out in unison and they were off again.

Just like on the twenty-first floor, Joule and Feat floated the monsters midair and defeated them. This time, when they turned into loot, Radian and Vector—held by Allen and Elena—caught them.
"Vector is small now, so I understand why Elena can hold him, but I’m amazed Allen can carry Radian..."
(Radian’s gotten pretty big lately.)
(But Radian’s hind legs—or his rear—is still resting on Joule’s back! Allen is just helping him keep upright! That makes it doable!)

Since becoming one of ours, Radian has grown a lot. He used to be smaller than Allen and Elena, but now he's about their size. So yeah, lifting him up completely would be tough.

Joule and Feat charged their magic enthusiastically toward the incoming alligators.
Maybe it’s because they usually let the others go first, but today they were both quite aggressive.

There were as many alligators as when we stopped to fight earlier. But this time, they didn’t stop. Well, they did slow down a bit. They took out the monsters while still far off, sending them flying in our direction. As they became loot midair, the kids caught them while running past.

(I don’t think Joule and Feat would ever fail to finish them, but yes, it’d be frightening if one survived.)

"Then once we reach the twenty-third floor, let’s stop for lunch."
We entered the dungeon in the morning, though not super early, and already we’d cleared two floors.

That said, Allen and Elena weren’t running as usual today, so they probably aren’t all that tired.
