Invincible Kungfu Healer

Chapter 920 - The Return

Chapter 920: The Return

The power of the Giant was unfathomable, yet there were over ten thousand such archaic creatures locked up in the Goddess’s World. Mo Wen felt his breathing become rapid.

“You know, the Nine Layer World which is connected to the Primeval World is the Nine Layer Prison built by the Sacred Heart Lady. During the Immemorial Age, flames of war were raging everywhere. The Sacred Heart Lady could not bear to kill the living, so she locked up countless archaic creatures in the Nine Layer Space. However, there were some who were so formidable that they could not even be suppressed by the ninth layer of the Nine Layer Space. They could only be locked up in the original primeval space and be suppressed by the power of the Heavenly Path and the Deep Ocean Pearl.”

Any strong practitioners who could not be suppressed by the Nine Layer Space had incredible power.

“There are tens of thousands of those terrifying creatures. Can’t they break through the Goddess’s World?” Mo Wen was astonished. He thought that it was already peculiar to have one or two life forms like the Giant. Who would have expected that there were over ten thousand of them?

“The Goddess’s World is a world built with the Deep Ocean Pearl as the foundation. Even the Sacred Heart Lady might not be able to forcefully break through. Moreover, all those suppressed were imprisoned in a region that was spread out in different parts of the Goddess’s World, so they have no chance to combine powers.”

Gong Biluo was very familiar with the Goddess’s World. The Sacred Heart Lady would not have been able to create such a perfectly formidable world without the power of the Deep Ocean Pearl.

“But your luck is not bad. Most of those terrifying creatures suppressed here had already resigned themselves to their fate, so it was rare for any of them to step out to oppose the Heavenly Path. Usually not even one would do so, even in a few million years. Devilshart had no more than ten such encounters even after living here for countless years. However, she learned many things from those strong practitioners every single time. That’s why she’s so formidable.”

When the terrifying creatures were opposing the Heavenly Path, it triggered the entire Goddess’s World to attack using the power of the Heavenly Path. Luckily, the bystanders had gained something from the Heavenly Path or had learned much from the strong practitioners.

In the following days, Mo Wen and Gong Biluo stayed together. They roamed around the mysterious world. They were outsiders right from the start, so they could go anywhere without any fear of danger. Gong Biluo was apparently quite familiar with the world, taking Mo Wen to many places full of Vital Qi. They even found the Nine-colored Vital Qi, but their cultivation was too low to absorb it. There was no harm looking at the power of that level, but they might be reduced to ashes if they were to touch it.

Outsiders were unable to gain any physical benefits in the Goddess’s World, but the abundance of Vital Qi in the heaven and earth was free for them to absorb, hence the cultivation of the duo was growing rapidly.

Another year passed, and Mo Wen’s cultivation had successfully broken through to the Martial Arts Grandmaster Third Realm. He did not intentionally practice Inner Qi, but he spent almost all his time understanding the nature and martial arts teachings realm. However, as his body was exposed to the Vital Qi for a long time, his Inner Qi was growing rapidly and uncontrollably even without practice. Unconsciously, he advanced to the Martial Arts Grandmaster Third Realm when the time was ripe.

During the year, Mo Wen had spent almost all his energy on the practice of attaining a Celestial Body. This way of practice was obtained from the Giant, so there was no need for more explanation about its formidability. Theoretically, Mo Wen would be able to achieve a body even more powerful than the Giant at the end of the practice.

Mo Wen had thought of passing down the Celestial Body to Gong Bilbao, but he realized that there was no way to do so because it was a technique that automatically evolved from him and was ultimately only suitable for him. Gong Biluo would also not be able to practice even if he had passed down the way of practice to her. Nonetheless, Gong Biluo had inherited from the Devilshart, and she could continue staying in the Primeval World, so she had no need for the Celestial Body.

“The three years limit is nearing. I will have to leave this world soon.”

At the peak of the snow mountain, Mo Wen sighed emotionally as he stood at the edge of the cliff and gazed at the snow scenery. Unknowingly, he had been in this world for almost three years. He had been through a lot here, but it might be only a few days outside of this world.

Anyone who entered the Goddess’s World with the Colored Divine Stone was only able to stay here for three years. Once three years were up, the person would be repelled by the Heavenly Path of this world. Mo Wen was reluctant to leave because the place stood aloof from the worldly strife, and he liked the environment for practice. If he could stay in this place longer, becoming an immortal was only a matter of time.

“You have yet to succeed in your practice of the Celestial Body. If you were to leave now, I’m afraid that it will be difficult for you to master this technique.” Gong Biluo appeared beside Mo Wen, wearing a white dress which made her look like a celestial maiden. Having lived with Mo Wen for more than a year, she had a good understanding of the status of his practice.

Mo Wen’s Celestial Body was indeed a supreme technique of refining the body. Even among all the conjoined secret techniques of the Demon God Devilshart, there was none which was on par with the Celestial Body. However, the requirements for practicing the Celestial Body were also very demanding. One needed to absorb Vital Qi before being able to practice. Any normal amount of energy or aura would not be able to satisfy the practice of the Celestial Body.

Practicing with Vital Qi was probably too extravagant even for the Grand Palace Lord of Huatian Palace. Once Mo Wen left the Goddess’s World, it would be hard to succeed in the practice of Celestial Body.

“That can’t be helped. I will have to think of ways to practice it in the future,” Mo Wen said calmly. He had practiced the Celestial Body for over a year but had achieved little success. As the common saying went: ‘Everything’s hard at the beginning.’ At first, the Celestial Body could only be practiced by absorbing Vital Qi. However, after a year of practice, his body had also undergone a complete transformation. Even though he had yet to master the Celestial Body, he was already very satisfied. One should not be too greedy. He had seen many unique treasures in the Goddess’s World but was unable to obtain them. As he got used to it, he also became calmer.

“I have an idea that can allow you to stay here longer, but if you stay here, I’m afraid it would delay the Martial Arts Circle Convention,” Gong Biluo said calmly, glancing at Mo Wen.

“I can continue to stay here? I bet you would have to pay a hefty price for it, right?” Mo Wen looked at Gong Biluo in shock. She had not mentioned this earlier, yet she revealed it at this moment. It must not be so easy.

“I’m willing to do anything for you. Moreover, it’s nothing too unbearable. I can stay here, so the impact on me is not much.” Gong Biluo smiled brightly like a flower.

“How long can I stay for? If it’s just one or two years, then forget it,” Mo Wen replied while shaking his head. Practicing the Celestial Body was not so easy. Even if he were to stay for one or two more years, he might still not be able to master it. As for the Vital Qi, all aspects of his cultivation had already reached the limit and remained stagnant. If he was unable to break through the stagnancy of the realm, it would be useless even if he were to absorb any more Vital Qi.

“I guess ten years should not be a problem. It should be enough with your talent,” Gong Biluo said softly. She would not have mentioned if it was something useless to Mo Wen.

“Ten years! It’s enough.” Mo Wen grabbed her hands and felt their warmth. If he had a choice, he would also not want to leave. For he knew that once he left, it would not be easy to see Gong Biluo again.

As the seasons changed, years passed. Ten years passed in the blink of an eye. Time flies when one lives peacefully away from worldly affairs. In the ten years, Gong Biluo stayed beside Mo Wen without practicing much, just like a normal housewife. She would have a lot of time to practice in the future, but not as much time to spend with Mo Wen.

As for Mo Wen, he had already mastered the Celestial Body five years ago. The moment he mastered Celestial Body, his own body also underwent a shocking transformation. As the Celestial Body absorbed Vital Qi during practice, the amount that Mo Wen had taken in throughout the ten years, was far more than what he had required during his self-practice.

After the Vital Qi was refined, it slowly turned into a source of strong vitality. The vitality spread within Mo Wen and unexpectedly caused the Celestial Scripture: Sun and Moon which he had practiced, to disappear completely. All the Inner Qi attained from practicing Celestial Scripture: Sun and Moon, turned into a source of vitality, while the Inner Qi cultivated from Nine Yin Divine Technique and Nine Yang Divine Technique integrated together, turning into a special form of Inner Qi.

In the past, the three types of Inner Qi within Mo Wen could also be integrated together, but that was only superficial. In reality, there were still three different types of Inner Qi. However, currently, he had only one type of Inner Qi in his body. What remained was an abundance of vitality.

Yin Yang Qi!

Mo Wen knew that the power in his body had turned into the legendary Yin Yang Qi, as recorded in the Jade Buddha statue left behind by the 34th generation Ming Cult Leader who had taken a long time before succeeding the practice of the Yin Yang Qi after becoming an immortal. It was a completely new realm in the martial arts teachings. At this moment, it was no longer about the Nine Yin Divine Technique and Nine Yang Divine Technique as Mo Wen had already broken through the limits of both techniques.

Many secret techniques were left in the Jade Buddha statue of Soul Nurturing Jade, but Mo Wen had no way to practice them as he had yet to succeed in the practice of Yin Yang Qi. Even as his cultivation level became higher, he had fewer chances to use the Yin and Yang Integration. The level of difficulty for using it increased when the cultivation level got higher. Previously, he was barely able to integrate the life aura which he obtained from the practice of Celestial Scripture: Sun and Moon, together with Tai Yin Qi and Tai Yang Qi. It was not a complete integration as there was interference from foreign objects.

Yin Yang Qi was different. It was a product formed by a complete integration of Yin and Yang. There were no longer three types of Inner Qi in Mo Wen, but just one. Tai Yin Qi and Tai Yang Qi no longer required any man-made integration because they had already merged into one forever.

According to the 34th Ming Cult Leader, Yin Yang Qi was a power that could only be attained after an ancient martial art practitioner turned into a celestial. Even among ancient martial art practitioners who had turned into immortals, Yin Yang Qi was considered a rather high-level power. Not many ancient martial art practitioners who turned into immortals practiced Yin Yang Qi, but all of them who did were quite formidable.

Mo Wen had not had much understanding of Yin Yang Qi in the past, but now that he possessed this power, he truly understood that the cult leader had not been lying. Yin Yang Qi could directly absorb an aura and grow. Essentially, its ability was above Spiritual Ghost Power.

If Mo Wen had not absorbed a huge amount of Vital Qi in the Goddess’s World and attained the Celestial Body as a catalyst, he would not have been able to succeed in the practice of Yin Yang Qi.

Mo Wen did not feel any sense of achievement because he knew that there was still a long road ahead of him. He had seen too many strong practitioners in the Goddess’s World, and his level was considered the lowest among all of them. Even Gong Biluo was way above his level. She had become an immortal long ago and was slowly progressing towards the Way of Immortals.

Nevertheless, Mo Wen was not disheartened. Everyone had their own fate. Even if he was behind others at some point, he could slowly catch up. He was never one to be too contented with things. Moreover, his aim in life was the Way of Immortals.

Finally, the time came for him to leave the Goddess’s World. Gong Biluo did not send him off. She had left one day earlier on her own, to wander the Goddess’s World and explore the Heavenly Path. Mo Wen knew that she did not wish to face the sorrow of parting with him.

A flash of white light descended from the sky. Mo Wen felt a strong force tugging him, and he was pulled into an infinite of emptiness in an instant…

“It has already been two weeks. Why hasn’t Mo Wen appear yet? Could something have happened to him?”

Under the stars, Mo Qingge and Mo Qingtian stood side by side, both frowning. Mo Wen had entered the primeval space two weeks ago. That was equivalent to over ten years in the space. Why had he not left yet? Normally, anyone could only enter the Goddess’s World for three days. Although there were some special cases where the strong practitioners could disrupt the detection by the Heavenly Path to stay for a longer period, Mo Wen did not have that kind of ability.

“Nothing could have happened to him as he has the Colored Divine Stone. No one should be able to hurt him in the primeval space.” Mo Qingge shook her head.

“Or could he have some strange encounters that allowed him to stay longer in the Goddess’s World or maybe even forever?” Mo Qingtian’s eyes sparkled. Anything could happen in the Goddess’s World, so no one could be sure that this would not happen to Mo Wen.

“Probably. Since he did not leave on time as expected, there must be some opportunities for him. However, I hope he can obtain the heritage from the Sacred Heart Lady, or even the legendary Deep Ocean Pearl.” Mo Qingge had a twinkle in her eyes. She had always felt that Mo Wen was no ordinary person and could achieve what seemed impossible to others.

“The heritage from the Sacred Heart Lady? How is that possible?”

Mo Qingtian rolled her eyes and said, “Sis, you think highly of Mo Wen, but you might have overestimated him. In order to obtain the heritage from the Sacred Heart Lady, one has to get the Deep Ocean Pearl, but the Deep Ocean Pearl is such a valuable treasure. Even if it appeared in front of Mo Wen, I’m afraid he would not be able to obtain it.”

“I was just saying. There’s no need to be so serious.” Mo Qingge was reluctant to comment any further.

“Not serious, I was just stating the truth.” Mo Qingtian was amused by his sister’s belief that such a thing could have happened to Mo Wen.

“The heritage from the Sacred Heart Lady? I’m not that lucky. I don’t even have any idea what the Deep Ocean Pearl looks like, but it was already a great blessing to be able to enter the Goddess’s World. There’s no need to be so greedy.”

Mo Wen’s voice sounded in the starry sky as his silhouette appeared from nowhere. Apparently, the Heavenly Path of the primeval space had sent him straight here. You returned to wherever you came from.
