A red blur shot toward Elias, and before he could even guess what was happening, a woman with hair the same color as his threw herself against him and embraced him like a koala hugging a tree, although unlike a koala, her legs were not wrapped around his waist.

"Husband!" Stella said brightly, her crimson eyes shining with excitement as a wide smile spread across her face. "I missed you a lot."

Seeing that beautiful smile, Elias felt the worries that had been occupying his mind disappear almost instantly, and before he realized what he was doing, his hand had already moved to her head and begun gently patting her hair.

"Eh?" Stella raised her brows slightly, but instead of complaining, she closed her eyes and sincerely accepted the pats.

Elias smiled at her reaction and mumbled, "Let’s go. We have to eat."

Stella reluctantly released him, and the two of them walked toward the dining table, which had already been prepared for breakfast. Elias took his usual seat, Stella sat beside him, and Natasha settled into the chair across from them.

Benjamin, Sara, and Lena weren’t present in the room because he had commanded them not to come here unless asked to.

Even though he felt responsible as their master, his wives were far more important to him. However, his relationship with Benjamin had deepened a little after last night’s lesson.

He picked up his spoon and took a spoonful of the gravy and brought it closer to his mouth, but before he could put it in his mouth, Stella suddenly leaned toward him and opened her mouth while letting out a sound, "Ahh."

Elias looked at her for a moment and blinked in confusion.

’What is this now?’

"Do you want me to feed you?" he asked.

She nodded immediately.

"Yes!"

A baffled chuckle escaped Elias as he shook his head and fed her a spoonful of the puréed food. Stella happily accepted it, and when he offered another spoonful, she opened her mouth without hesitation.

Across the table, Natasha watched the two of them, and seeing how relaxed Elias appeared, a faint smile appeared on her face.

After he finished feeding Stella, Elias glanced around the dining room and made sure none of the maids were there.

Since he wanted to keep the discussion private, he leaned toward Stella and called her name in a low voice.

"Stella."

Stella immediately looked at him with an excited expression and lowered her voice as well.

"Husband."

Elias snickered humorously at the seriousness in her voice before continuing in a whisper, "What do you think about leaving the city?"

Stella’s eyes widened, and she looked around the dining room before glancing toward Natasha. She then placed one hand over her lips and asked in an exaggerated whisper, "Are you asking me to run away with you?"

"What?" Elias furrowed his brows. "No."

Stella’s lips immediately curved downward in slight annoyance, then she crossed her arms and asked, "Are all of us leaving, then?"

"Yes."

"Fine," she said after thinking for a moment, and a smile soon returned to her face. "I always wanted to travel around the world."

"Is that so?" Elias mumbled.

She nodded proudly, seemingly pleased that her answer had satisfied him.

Elias looked toward Natasha and sent her a Mental Whisper.

[Keep an eye on Stella. Please.]

Natasha glanced at him, then at Stella, before giving him a small nod.

Elias stood from his chair and looked at Stella.

"You can play with Natasha now."

"Okay!" Stella said cheerfully, grinning as she turned toward Natasha.

Elias stepped away from the table and added, "We are done."

The next moment, Benjamin and the two maids entered the dining room carrying the usual pureed soup and poison antidote.

Elias accepted the antidote from one of the maids and placed it into his mouth. There was no reason to stop pretending that he still needed it, especially when maintaining the appearance would prevent unnecessary questions.

After swallowing it, he nodded toward Benjamin and walked toward the stairs.

He climbed to the upper floor and followed the corridor toward Monica’s room. The previous night, he had left the door unlocked after leaving, so he simply pushed it open and stepped inside.

To his surprise and fortune, Monica was still awake.

"You are still awake?" he questioned.

Monica looked at him and narrowed her eyes in amusement.

"Why?" she asked. "What were you thinking of doing to me if I were not?"

"Nothing," Elias immediately denied, already knowing what kind of strange conclusion she was trying to reach.

"Wow..." Monica mumbled with a disappointed expression. "So you are such a heartless man that you would not even feed or bathe your unconscious, paralyzed wife? Tch. What did I expect from a bastard?"

’This little...’

Elias bit his lower lip to calm himself before saying, "That was not what you were trying to get at."

Monica frowned, or at least acted as though she did, before asking, "What did you think I meant?"

Her eyes widened almost instantly afterward, and she suspiciously questioned, "You were not thinking of something sexual, right?"

Elias did not answer.

Instead, he simply moved toward the chair beside her head and sat down. Monica stared at him, clearly waiting for a response, but before she could press him again, Elias picked up the spoon and placed a mouthful of pureed soup into her mouth.

"Eat first, Lady Monica," he said with a smile.

Monica glared at him, but Elias did not allow her to speak. As soon as she finished swallowing, he calmly placed another spoonful into her mouth, and he continued feeding her until the entire bowl was empty.

When he finally lowered the empty bowl, Monica stared at him as though she were looking at an enemy who had just committed some unforgivable crime.

Elias gave her an awkward smile before his expression gradually became serious.

"What do you think about leaving the west?" he asked.
