Investing in the Three Villainesses Gives Me Infinite Returns
Chapter 198: They Are Similar
Monica stared at his stiff dick with an almost entranced look on her face and mumbled, "Why is it like this?"
A mischievous glint appeared in Elias’s eyes, and he leaned onto her, poking her abdomen.
"Who else do you see in this room?"
Her eyes trembled, and she mumbled, "It-It is like that because of me?"
Her face had already turned bright red like a tomato, and he found that quite amusing.
"Indeed," he whispered near her ear and held the side of her face with a hand, gliding his thumb across her lips.
His dick throbbed at Monica’s abdomen, and seeing its veins move, she gulped and mumbled, "Strip me too."
He nodded and straightened himself before he pulled the blanket off her, and his hands moved to her skirt.
She couldn’t feel it, but she could still see how he slowly and gently removed her skirt.
Her expression became embarrassed as he made her sit up and removed her top, allowing her perky breasts to be seen in all their glory.
His hands moved across her pale abdomen, and he breathed near her neck as his hands finally reached the strings of her underwear and he rolled it down her thighs and feet before placing it aside together with her set of clothes.
"You are gorgeous," he said with a playful smile on his face.
Monica lay on the bed, her face as red as a tomato while her entire bare body was visible.
[Perfect Role]
[The most suitable role for Monica Ragnar has been realized!]
[Does the host want to act like a dominating lover?]
He blinked a few times before he smirked and answered inwardly, ’Yes.’
[Ding!]
[Perfect Role is in effect!]
[Current Role: Dominating lover.]
"How are you feeling?" He asked as he climbed the bed like a beast crouching toward its prey.
"G-Good? I d-do not know," she mumbled as she saw him climb over her, his dick still standing hard.
"You will know soon," he said as he allowed his body to fall onto hers and pressed his nose between her neck and shoulder.
Monica’s eyes began to spin, and he took a deep breath while his left hand moved over to her left breast and grabbed the whole of it.
Elias caressed her nipple with his fingers while using Masterful Hands, prompting Monica to moan under him.
"Angh!"
His hot dick pressed against her thighs as he whispered in her ears, her voice low, "So? What did you find?"
She looked at her husband from the corner of her eye, and he suddenly licked her neck.
"Eek!"
"Stop looking around and answer me."
She took a few deep breaths as she purred, "Aura and Mana are much more similar to ea–angg!–ch other than we know... haah... Both of th–Argh! S-Stop!"
He lifted his head from her shoulder and smiled down at her.
"Nope," he said as he held her face in his right hand and planted a kiss on her lips, then on her nose, cheeks, and lastly on her forehead.
"Continue," he blew in her ear and licked the tip of her ear before lifting his head.
She gave him a shaky nod and said, "Both Aura and Mana are based on wil–haah... will..."
Elias’s hand stopped. "What?"
Monica took a deep breath and nodded. "It may sound absurd, but if we think of Mana as being made of the World’s will, it makes all the sense. It will explain why Mana can be used to perform phenomena and how it allows us to understand the world. We are literally assimilating ourselves into it."
A thoughtful look appeared on his face, and she continued, "And if we somehow strip Aura of its sword understanding and individuality, we are left with raw will that can be shaped into anything."
"...Are you saying that that is what Auracle is doing? Why is something that is to store Aura... so complicated and advanced?"
Monica shook her head and mumbled, "I do not know. It sounds like too much for something so simple."
He nodded. "I think the same."
A smile appeared on his lips, and he caressed her face as he asked, "So? How much time would it take you to come up with a way to create a Manacle?"
Monica thought for a few moments and then answered, "I first need to find the formation that gives Aura the capabilities of Mana, and then with its help I will be able to decipher every other formation and create ones that will work on Mana itself. All of that would take me about two weeks or a month."
"A month, huh," he mumbled. "All right."
He smiled warmly and pecked at her lips one more time before slipping beside her.
A beautiful smile appeared on her face as he turned her body toward him and made her place her arm around his waist.
He slid his throbbing dick between her thighs as he embraced her and pressed her face against his chest.
"Good night," he mumbled as he brushed her hair and activated Angel of Comfort.
A soothing warmth instantly wrapped around Monica’s body, and a peaceful smile appeared on her face as she drifted into sleep.
Elias also closed his eyes and his vision darkened, but suddenly he noticed that his eyes were still open.
He looked around him and found that everything was utterly dark, devoid of any light.
"What is..." The word died in his throat as he noticed that he was no longer lying on a bed.
"Did I fall asleep?" He mumbled in confusion. "Is this a dream?"
"It is," a familiar voice came from behind.
Elias furrowed his brows and turned around. "Monica?"
The voice was unmistakably Monica’s, but it held a maturity and calmness beyond hers.
He narrowed his eyes and saw a faint silhouette within the darkness. "Who are you?"
"I am a dreamwalker," the silhouette said. "I have been walking dreams for years... perhaps decades or centuries... or more in search of you."
"Is that a joke?" Elias mumbled, unable to accept something so ridiculous. Even Paragons themselves could only live for three hundred years, and the world no longer had any Transcendent.
"You are correct. The world will not have any Transcendent in the future," the silhouette said.
"Wait!" His eyes widened in understanding, and he asked, "You are from the past?"
"Somewhat correct but not entirely," she replied.
"What do you mean?" His confusion deepened.
"As I said, I am a dreamwalker. I live within dreams and walk from one to another, and unlike the other realms, dreams do not have time. They exist and end at the same point, all of them."
Elias furrowed his brows and asked, "Why am I here?"
The silhouette fell silent for a long while, prompting him to say, "Are you still here?"
"Seems like you are still trapped," she said, and suddenly the darkness around them vanished, revealing the walls of the cave they were standing inside.
Elias frowned and stared at the robed woman before him. "What are you talking about?"
She was tall and had long, deep blue hair falling down her hood. Her robe was blue with a silver border.
"You do not know who and what you are, do you?"
"I am Elias Crimson, a human walking the Path of the Sword."
"You really do not know..." she mumbled in a disappointed tone. "Did I find you too early?"
"Did you not just say this place has no time?"
"Yes, it does not, but the other realms do."
He moved closer to her and asked, "Can you tell me what is going on?"
She stared at him, her face hidden by the hood. "Let me ask you something..."
"What?"
Suddenly, she appeared behind him and whispered in his ear, "Have you ever had a dream?"
He fell silent and tried to think of any time he had a dream while sleeping, but he couldn’t because he had never seen a dream.
"I have not..."
"You are the correct being then," she mumbled.
"You are starting to annoy me," Elias mumbled in a tone full of annoyance.
"You were... are or will be a Oneiroi... a spirit of dreams, and I am in search of the first dream."
He shook his head. "I do not know what you are talking about."
"I see. It does not seem like you are lying." She nodded.
"Is that all? Is this why you pulled me to this strange place?" Elias asked while looking at the cave walls around him.
The woman frowned. "What are you talking about? I did not pull you here. You pulled me."
"Huh?"
"You seem surprised..."
Suddenly, the darkness from before returned and swallowed both of them within an instant.
The next moment, Elias found himself at the entrance of that very cave, and he mumbled, "I do not like this..."
The world behind him was completely dark, and the only way for him was forward, so he entered the cave.
’Status,’ he mumbled inwardly, but the familiar orange screen was nowhere to be seen.
He froze in his tracks, and his heart began beating faster and faster, almost as if it would burst the next moment.
"W-Why is it not appearing? What is this place?"
Suddenly, he felt a presence behind him, and he saw a shadow without anything to cast it slithering inside the cave.
"..." Elias was far too shocked to say anything.
The shadow continued and moved deeper into the cave. He simply followed behind it with a dark expression.
