Besides the two of them, Alex and the members of his gang had also arrived, including Liam Stanley.

Why had they come?

Enzo wasn’t entirely sure. Perhaps they were simply too curious.

Of course, he was still smiling, but it wasn’t a smile of joy. It was merely a polite greeting.

"Looks like I kept everyone waiting," he said.

"Hmph, Enzo, don’t deny your good fortune." Alex suddenly snorted coldly.

The members of his gang seemed unwilling to start another conflict with Enzo, but Alex continued anyway.

Enzo had to hold back his laughter when he heard his words.

It made absolutely no sense.

"I’m not sure what you mean. Have I denied my good fortune?" Enzo replied.

"Why don’t you just admit it?" Alex shot back.

"Of course. I’m indeed lucky to have become Liam’s uncle, which has significantly changed my fate," Enzo replied.

"Hahaha..."

The others who had come to watch nearly burst out laughing when they heard that.

Even Eva, who had maintained her cold expression, showed a slight change in her expression.

He could have simply said he was Lady Stanley’s husband. Yet instead, he had brought Liam into the conversation.

There was no need to guess. Liam’s expression immediately turned ugly.

Unlike Alex, however, he could only suppress his anger.

"Is that all? Aren’t you going to mention what you relied on to get a score of three in the Light Sphere Challenge?" Alex asked. "Or do you want to brag that you relied on your own strength?"

"What if that’s exactly what happened?" Enzo smiled strangely.

What else could he say when that was the truth?

That was genuinely his strength right now.

Who would have thought that the figure inside the Light Sphere only had a soul equivalent to a Normal Human Soul?

But apparently, Alex wasn’t the only one who didn’t believe him. Everyone looked skeptical.

Even Eva, who seemed to be a competent assistant, didn’t seem convinced.

"Hahahahaha..." Alex burst into loud laughter.

"Did you all hear that?" he said loudly.

"Alright, stop making a commotion here and disperse immediately. Enzo is finished with his cultivation!" Instructor Neal said.

He had already allowed them to stay quiet for quite some time. Besides, the Spiritual Smoke Room was the academy’s most important training facility. If a fight suddenly broke out and caused damage, the losses would be enough to make the dean cry.

"Enzo, do you dare to fight me? If you’re really that strong, you should be able to defeat me easily!" Alex suddenly challenged him.

"If you have the guts, let’s fight in the courtyard!"

After saying that, he turned toward the elevator and immediately closed the doors.

Since there was only one elevator, everyone else had no choice but to wait their turn. They looked at Enzo, curious about his response.

However, Enzo simply remained silent and waited for his turn to enter the elevator.

He didn’t try to cut the line since he was the farthest back.

Only after everyone else had left did it become his and Eva’s turn. Instructor Neal also joined them.

"Master, are you going to fight him?" Eva asked.

She might have appeared calm, but she was curious as well. However, her curiosity was about Enzo’s strength.

"This is worth trying..." Enzo nodded, causing Eva’s eyes to change.

"You can accept his challenge, but you don’t need to push yourself too hard," she advised.

"Push myself? So you mean I’m weaker than Alex?" Enzo asked.

"No, of course not..." Eva realized her mistake, but she was also surprised by the fact that Enzo had become angry over it.

In her opinion, there was nothing wrong with saying that as an assistant who was merely giving her master some advice.

However, Enzo seemed to have developed quite a strong ego now.

Little did she know that Enzo was angry because her assumption was simply incorrect.

Enzo immediately stepped forward when the elevator doors opened.

People were waiting outside, while Alex and his gang seemed to have already gone to the courtyard.

Seeing Enzo heading toward the courtyard, the people became suspicious that he was going to accept the challenge.

It had to be the case.

If he didn’t intend to accept the challenge, he should have chosen to avoid it and gone somewhere else, whether to class or the cafeteria.

The people followed behind him.

The news seemed to have already spread, because many people were waiting in the courtyard.

Alex stood in the middle of the vast grass field, holding a hammer large enough to smash someone’s head apart.

"Hahaha, you came..." He laughed.

"Are you accepting my challenge, or did you ask someone else to fight me?" he asked.

"As far as I remember, I’ve always beaten you. Why would I need to ask someone else for help?" Enzo replied.

That was simply a fact.

Before everyone possessed Spiritual Energy, he had always been the one who won.

No one could defeat him back then.

However, there was a rule prohibiting fights between those who possessed Spiritual Energy and those who didn’t. Because of that, ever since his classmates awakened their Spiritual Energy, there had been no more fights between them.

Alex’s chubby cheeks twitched when he heard that.

However, he suppressed his anger.

"Do you dare to make a bet?" he asked.

"What are we betting?" Enzo asked.

"Your reward from inside the Light Sphere," Alex answered casually.

Several instructors who had come to watch nearly coughed when they heard that.

What kind of ridiculous request was that?

If taking it from Enzo were easy, they would have done it themselves first.

A bet might be an acceptable way to obtain it, but the question was whether Alex had anything comparable or valuable enough to wager.

"You insolent brat! Who gave you such courage?" Suddenly, a thunderous shout rang out, filled with boundless fury.

The roar created a shockwave that sent leaves flying through the air.

Several thinner people seemed as though they might even be blown away by the force.

BANG!

Alex’s head suddenly slammed into the ground with tremendous force, burying it into the earth.

It happened incredibly fast.

Only a moment later did everyone realize that a fat, middle-aged man had appeared directly behind Alex.

He hadn’t appeared out of nowhere. He had simply moved so quickly that he was almost impossible to see.

To everyone’s surprise, he looked panicked and was breathing heavily.

"Brat..."

The middle-aged man pulled Alex back up.

"Father..." Alex stared at his father in disbelief.

"Quickly, quickly apologize to Mr. Muller. Otherwise, I’ll crush your bones until there’s nothing left of them."

BANG!

Alex was thrown forward and landed right in front of Enzo.

However, the middle-aged man seemed to suddenly feel that simply ordering Alex to apologize wasn’t enough.

He approached Enzo and knelt down.

"Mr. Muller, please forgive this ignorant brat... I, Leo Ferguson, sincerely apologize for failing to educate him properly. Just tell me what you want, and I will do it so that you can forgive our Ferguson Family," he said.
