Chapter 24: Choose a Technique

Enzo began changing his clothes. Just because he had a Storage Ring didn’t mean he could change his clothes as effortlessly as Miya.

Even Spiritual Warriors still had to go through the process normally.

He chose to wear a pair of flexible pants and a plain black T-shirt that fit his body fairly tightly.

No matter how expensive wedding clothes were, ordinary clothes were still more comfortable.

When he came out again, Mr. Joe was already gone.

He unconsciously let out a sigh before walking downstairs, where he found Miya already sitting on the sofa with a laptop resting on her lap.

Enzo had no idea what she was doing.

She looked toward him as soon as he appeared and smiled faintly.

"You don’t have to be so stiff here, and you don’t have to keep accompanying me all the time. You can walk around and look at the place," she said.

Hearing that, Enzo chuckled softly.

That was exactly what he had been worried about. If Miya wanted them to stay together all the time, wouldn’t he be unable to do anything he wanted?

"I’ll go to the library and take a look," Enzo said.

Enzo knitted his brows.

He didn’t say anything in response and simply walked toward the library.

It was still closed and guarded by numerous security personnel.

Interestingly, the door opened from the inside when Enzo arrived.

And he saw an old man whose skin seemed to be made of tree bark.

"Welcome to the library, Master... I am the guardian of this library. If you need anything, you can ask me. You may call me Old Tree," the old man said.

Naturally, Enzo was quite surprised. Eva was equally stunned.

"You’re not human?" Enzo asked.

"That’s right. I am not human. I am an enlightened tree, a Spirit Tree. I’ve lived here for quite some time, since the previous Family Head was still young," the old man replied.

"That long? How long can you live?" Enzo asked in amazement.

"Spirit Trees like me have extremely long lifespans compared to humans because our bodies are inherently unique. We possess tremendous vitality hidden within us. Of course, every advantage comes with a disadvantage. At the same level, we are much slower and aren’t very good at attacking."

"Ohhh..." Enzo nodded.

"Please come in, Master," the old tree man said.

Enzo stepped inside.

The library consisted of one enormous room filled with numerous bookshelves.

There weren’t as many books as Enzo had imagined. Some shelves contained only two or three books.

But from a cultivation perspective, this was still an enormous collection. After all, where else could someone find so many cultivation books?

Eva naturally looked astonished as well.

Compared to this, her family’s foundation was far inferior.

"Master, there are three Highest-Level Tier 2 Techniques here," Old Tree explained.

Enzo naturally understood what he meant.

Tier 2 Techniques were techniques that led toward the Lord of Earth Realm.

Bryan’s Crescent Moon Slash Technique was also a Tier 2 Technique.

However, even Tier 2 Techniques had different levels.

For the highest-level ones, the First Stage of the technique could already reach the Lord of Earth Realm. The Second and Third Stages represented even higher levels within the Lord of Earth Realm.

Of course, they could still be learned by low-level Spiritual Warriors.

Basically, even a small amount of mastery would be enough to push them to Level 4 and beyond.

Enzo touched the red book, which immediately emitted a red light that spread toward his hand.
