Barry stood up from the sofa immediately, his face completely angry and frustrated. The sudden pounding on the door had broken the entire atmosphere of the room in less than a second.

Suzy sat up quickly beside him, her face completely red. She did not say a single word as she pulled her shirt together and adjusted her hair, trying to look normal. The close warmth that had been building between them vanished instantly. Barry walked over to the door and pulled it open with a hard jerk.

A palace guard was standing outside in the hallway, panting heavily. The man looked completely terrified when he saw the cold glare coming from Barry’s face.

"What is so important that you have to break down the door?" Barry asked.

The guard swallowed hard and immediately held out a envelope made of expensive parchment paper. The front of the envelope was sealed with a large, golden wax stamp.

"Master Barry, an elite courier from the northern border just delivered this!" the guard explained quickly, his hands shaking slightly. "It is not a report about King Malakor’s army. It is an official directive sent directly from the Manesi Capital!"

Hearing the name of the continent’s absolute center, Suzy stood up from the sofa and walked over to the door, her expression turning serious. "The Manesi Capital? They never send direct mail to the outer territories unless a continental crisis is happening."

Barry took the envelope from the guard’s hand. "Go back to your post."

"Yes, sir!" the guard said, bowing quickly before running down the corridor. Barry closed the door and walked back to the central desk. He broke the golden wax seal and pulled out a sheet of glowing paper. The text on the page was written in a clean, authoritative ink style that radiated a faint amount of ancient spiritual energy.

He read the lines silently.

[Continental Announcement: The Gate of Dimensions is opening.]

[Description: An ancient planetary alignment has reached its final peak. In exactly three months, the Great Gate of the Other Dimensions continent will unlock, allowing foreign realms and ancient trials to connect with our world.]

[Directive: All Kings, Queens, and Grand Faction Leaders across every single sector of the continent are hereby invited to the Manesi Capital for the Supreme Summit. Attendance is mandatory. Those who fail to register their domain within thirty days will have their territories permanently liquidated by the central alliance.]

Suzy leaned over his shoulder to read the text. When her eyes finished scanning the final lines, her jaw dropped in absolute shock. "The Gate of Dimensions... my father used to read legends about it and said when that happens every single expert and the hidden clans will gather in one place to fight them."

Barry placed the letter on the desk, a calm expression showing on his face as his mind analyzed the situation.

’This is very important i think,’ Barry thought, ’If the gates open, the amount of premium treasures and high-tier techniques will increase by ten times. But it also means the competition is going to get incredibly brutal.’

He turned to look at Suzy, . "The local border disputes with Malakor and Brandon don’t matter anymore. If the central alliance liquidates any territory that doesn’t show up, those two kings will have to pack their bags and head to the summit too."

"You are right," Suzy nodded, her business mind fully returning as she looked at the letter. "The entire power structure of the continent is resetting. We need to prepare our resources immediately."

The document lay on the desk under the lamp light. The golden seal from the Manesi Capital had stopped glowing, but the message written inside the paper had changed our entire schedule completely. There was no more time for quiet rest in the palace now.

Barry walked over to the tall windows, looking out at the streets of the capital city. "If the central alliance is forcing every single ruler to register at the summit within thirty days, we need to leave for the central province immediately."

Suzy stood right next to the desk, her fingers tracing the bottom lines of the directive. Her shirt was fully buttoned now, and her expression had returned to its usual. "The journey to the central continent takes at least two weeks by carriage. If we want to survive the meetings with the upper clan leaders, we cannot go there with our current power limitations."

Barry pulled up his internal tracking screen, checking the numbers hidden from her sight.

[Current Transformation Panel Progress: 92%]

[Requirement for Next Breakthrough: 80,000 Gold Coins or 30 days of high-density Spiritual Qi cultivation.]

"I am only eight percent away from the next breakthrough," Barry thought, his teeth clenching slightly. "Going to the central capital at ninety-two percent is a bad business plan. I need to hit the next stage before we cross the border line."

He turned back to look at Suzy. "We are going to divide our tasks for the next three weeks. I am going down to the lower factory vault to do intensive cultivation training to force my next breakthrough step. You stay here and organize the guild funds so we can travel with a full wallet."

"Understood,I will call Victor and Toby inside right now to handle the management contracts while we are away."

Ten minutes later, the office doors open. Victor walked inside first, Behind him came Toby.

"Report, sir," Victor said, "The five hundred perimeter guards have been briefed on the northern border movements. What are your instructions?"

Barry sat down behind the central desk, his tone calm "Victor, Toby, sit down. The situation has changed. Suzy and I are leaving for the Manesi Capital summit in three weeks."

Toby’s jaw dropped in absolute surprise, his small pointer stick almost slipping from his fingers. "The central capital?! Are you going to see the great structural designs?"

"We are going there to secure our market share, brat," Barry smiled, "But while we are gone, you and Victor are going to run this entire territory. I have drawn up a local management contract for both of you."

Barry pulled out two sheets of parchment from his desk drawer and slid them across the wood.

"Victor, you are in charge of the total security parameters for the city walls and the outer Oakhaven branch," Barry ordered "If King Malakor or King Brandon people tries to launch a sneak attack while we are traveling, you have the legal right to liquidate their frontline units completely. Do not accept any cheap peace offers."

"The defense line will hold, sir," Victor gave a bow, his voice sounding incredibly firm. "No enemy unit will cross the river tracking line while I am there ."

"Toby," Barry turned to look at the twelve-year-old. "You are the primary infrastructure supervisor now. You will oversee the completion of the second row of houses in the village and manage the stone distribution at the marketplace. Can your math handle that load?"

Toby puffed out his small chest, looking incredibly proud as he grabbed the paper. "Of course it can! Those old builders can’t do anything right without my calculations anyway. I’ll make sure the entire valley is fully built by the time you get back, Barry!"

"The contracts are signed," Suzy said, stamping the seal onto the bottom lines of the documents. "The administration is secure."

"Good," Barry stood up, adjusting his coat as Victor and Toby left the room to execute their new duties. He looked at Suzy one last time before heading down. "I am starting my cultivation session tonight, partner. Get your luggage packed. In three weeks, we show the central continent our new management style."
