Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 4140 Collective Ascendancy! II

Chapter 4140 Collective Ascendancy! II

The Kleos Concordat was meeting for the Living Paradoxes to discuss their inclusion in the weavings of Existence of all Folds mainly due to the enemies that were observed in the Transcendent Temporal Folds who were…impossibly hard to kill by other Living Existences!

But Paradoxes could damage them with much greater ease.

For there was a connection between the Sin of Paradox and the Sin of Dead Existences!

But now…after his second traversal into the Earliest Folds, Noah took the corpse of a creature nearing a quadrillion, brought it back, and chose to turn it into an undead.

He was then interrupted by a curse from The Earliest Folds, which he devoured and powered up the revitalization of an Ape that became…a Dead Existence!

A Dead Existential Inevitability at that.

"Hmm…" Noah hummed to himself as he thought of all the possibilities of how things could play out from here onwards.

The skeletal figure of Arch Lich Ra'Zan stood before him like a monument to endings given form, his obsidian-gold bones catching the light of the Early Veiled Shore in ways that made shadows themselves nervous.

The flames within his eye sockets burned with an intensity that transcended mere fire…they were the conceptual essence of cessation itself, given purpose and terrible focus!

"Master," Ra'Zan's voice echoed across the golden sands, each word carrying the weight of collapsed civilizations, of endings that had been carefully orchestrated across eons unknown.

"This servant has just returned, and I wish to know..." The pause stretched like a blade being slowly drawn from its sheath. "What can I kill for you?"

WAA!

The question buzzed in the air with the certainty of someone asking what they might prepare for dinner!

But there was nothing casual about the power that radiated from the Arch Lich's form, nothing simple about the implications contained within those five words.

"From the distinction of The Dead, I now know many methods of killing and collapsing existence itself," Ra'Zan continued, his skeletal hand rising to gesture at the infinite sky above them, fingers moving through patterns that suggested formulae for unmaking reality.

"The Living Paradoxes, Master... they believe themselves immune to true death because they exist between states, neither here nor there, always potentially something else."

The Arch Lich's jaw clicked as what might have been a smile crossed his skull. "But I can show them the paradox of non-existence. I can present them with a choice where both options lead to the same ending…cessation. Their very nature, that quantum uncertainty they wear like armor, becomes the blade that cuts through their continuity."

HUUM!

He turned slightly, the movement causing his robes…woven from what appeared to be the final breaths of dying Wheels- to ripple with colors that shouldn't exist.

"The Living Origins believe they are fundamental, that they represent beginnings too essential to ever truly end. But Master..." The flames in his sockets flared brighter. "I have learned to poison sources. To introduce entropy at the moment of genesis itself. Their origins become their endings, their births become their tombs."

Noah watched with fascinating stillness as Ra'Zan's monologue continued, each example more chilling than the last.

"Living Laws pride themselves on being the rules that govern existence," Ra'Zan's voice dropped to something that might have been reverence if it weren't so absolutely certain.

"But what is a law without enforcement? Without recognition? I can make existence forget they ever mattered, can write new laws that declare their laws never existed. They collapse not through violence but through irrelevance."

…!

The Arch Lich's fingers traced symbols in the air that left brief afterimages of absolute void. "The Elementals, those who embody the fundamental forces... fire, water, earth, air, and all their countless variations. They believe themselves safe because elements cannot die, only change form."

His skull tilted with predatory interest. "But I have learned the temperature at which fire itself freezes, the pressure at which earth becomes nothing, the frequency at which air screams itself into non-being. I can teach water to forget it was ever wet."

The litany continued, each type of Living Existence dissected with the methodical precision of someone who had spent unimaginable time studying exactly how to end things that believed themselves unending!

All of this knowledge seemed to stem from…Early Dead Existential Authority!

And the words of Ra'Zan were heavy.

Matter could be convinced it had never mattered. Spacetime could be folded until it occupied no space and existed in no time. Even concepts themselves could be made to doubt their own conceptual nature until they simply... weren't.

"So tell me, Master," Ra'Zan's voice rose with something that might have been eagerness if eagerness could kill with its intensity alone.

"Which ones do you wish for me to turn into Dead Existences? I will enact a Legion that will stand beside you for eons, never to be lost again."

As he spoke these final words, the obsidian-gold skull blazed with glory that made the Early Veiled Shore's sacred light seem dim by comparison!

The flames within those empty sockets burned not with mere power. They burned with something far more dangerous…absolute devotion.

This was not merely the loyalty of a servant to a master, not merely the dedication of a soldier to a general!

This was the kind of terrible bond that would unmake existence itself if it meant serving better, the kind of longing that transcended death because it had already conquered it.

For Ra'Zan would give Everything for the Master. Had given Everything. Would give it again and again across infinite iterations if asked!

Oh!

Noah's expression shifted through several complex emotions as he absorbed the weight of what stood before him. This wasn't merely an undead servant. This was a force that could reshape the very nature of conflict for his enemies!

"I will tell you of the enemies to kill soon enough," Noah said, his voice carrying the particular weight of someone filing away terrifying possibilities for future use. "Don't worry."

…!

Do not worry.

For there were many to kill!
