Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme
Chapter 130: Appearance of Five other Progenitors
The massive projection of the eight-headed hydra faded completely from the sky above the ancient ritual grounds, leaving behind a silence so thick that even the wind seemed afraid to blow. The terrifying pressure that had momentarily crushed the souls of every astral creatures in the universe vanished, yet the psychological shock remained heavily etched on everyone present.
Suddenly, the space distorted and Cristofer appeared there with a serious face.
Victor composed himself and adjusted his robe. Stepping forward with a calm and respectful demeanor, he bowed deeply as soon as he saw his master, Cristofer, standing alongside his eight senior brothers and sisters.
"Master, he is just a Universal Emperor, one realm below me. Why are you bowing to him?"
Astrion’s deep, majestic voice echoed directly within Victor’s mind, carrying genuine confusion.
"He is my master. I am his ninth disciple," Victor replied through their mental link, his tone firm and without hesitation.
"Is that so? Then should I emerge with my full power or hide it?" Astrion asked, seeking further clarification from his new master.
"Show yourself here as a Galactic Overlord Realm being, which is the beginning realm of creatures from the eighth Astral Realm, correct? Let the universe know that I broke the record, but don’t make them treat me as a catastrophe."
"As you wish, Master," Astrion responded obediently.
Cristofer took a step forward, his sharp eyes locked onto Victor. The tension around him was palpable.
"Victor, which realm did you reach?" Cristofer asked curiously, his voice trembling slightly despite his effort to remain composed.
The other eight disciples also stared at Victor with intense anticipation, their eyes burning with curiosity and lingering dread.
"Cough! Don’t get too worked up," Victor said with a smug look, breaking the heavy tension for a brief moment. He cleared his throat before looking toward the surrounding crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please give me some room."
Everyone immediately took several steps back without hesitation. They could already tell from the lingering aura alone that the beast Victor had contracted was beyond extraordinary.
"Come out," Victor muttered softly.
Under normal circumstances, every summoned creature appeared within the shadow of its summoner. However, if the summoner and the summon were on equal terms, the summon could no longer fit inside the shadow.
Only a slave-and-master contract allowed a summon to reside seamlessly within the shadow space regardless of its size or strength.
Everyone held their breath, waiting for the moment of truth.
Meanwhile, far away in the deepest core of the universe, several ancient entities were shrouded in absolute darkness, their voices echoing through timeless space.
"We lost connection after he entered the eighth Astral Realm. What happened there?" an ancient voice asked, filled with shock and frustration.
"We will know soon enough," another voice replied coldly.
Back at the summoning ritual grounds, a loud boom shattered the silence.
A tremendous gush of raw, suffocating pressure erupted from Victor’s shadow. The ground cracked beneath the sheer weight of the aura as a massive dragon-like creature slowly emerged.
It was covered in pitch-black obsidian scales that seemed to absorb the surrounding light. Its glowing red eyes radiated absolute authority, and its majestic, overwhelming presence was enough to make even Cristofer Alehandro, the ancient progenitor of the Elven race, feel pressured.
The eight senior disciples nearly fell to the ground beneath the sudden wave of pressure, their knees buckling as cold sweat poured down their faces.
"Tone down your aura."
Victor’s calm command immediately took effect.
Astrion instantly reined in his terrifying presence, reducing it to a controlled level.
Even so, the eight disciples were drenched in sweat and breathing heavily. Cristofer himself stood in stunned silence, his eyes widened in disbelief.
It was the pressure of a Galactic Overlord.
The creatures born in the seventh Astral Realm were typically at the Black Hole Realm or Quasar Realm. Yet this creature had been born directly into the Galactic Overlord Realm, two full realms above the Quasar Realm.
Vladimir swallowed with great difficulty before looking at Victor as though he were staring at a monster.
"Junior Brother, which realm did you contract him from?" he asked in a shaky voice.
Everyone turned toward Victor, waiting eagerly for his answer.
"Eighth Astral Realm," Victor stated simply.
Boom!
The words struck everyone like a thunderbolt from a clear sky.
The entire area fell completely silent.
"This little punk just broke a record that has stood for billions of years, and look at him! He’s acting like nothing happened!"
Vladimir looked as though he were about to cough up blood from sheer envy and shock.
"Hahahahahahahaha!"
Suddenly, Cristofer’s booming laughter erupted across the ritual grounds.
The eight disciples turned toward their master with wide eyes, completely flabbergasted. They had never seen this stern, ancient man laugh so freely in their entire lives.
"Good! Good! Good!"
Cristofer’s voice shook the mountains.
"Maybe our Elven race will become a God Race someday!"
Everyone fell silent at those words.
A God Race.
That was the ultimate dream of every Supreme Race in the universe, a title representing absolute supremacy across existence.
"Master, what distinguishes a God Race from a Supreme Race?" Victor asked, genuinely curious.
"They have a Universal Supreme among them. When a Universal Supreme appears within a race, the entire racial bloodline automatically evolves to Grade Eight."
Cristofer paused for a moment before continuing.
"Even if that doesn’t happen, if a Universal Supreme chooses to back a race, that race can still become a God Race."
"Master, can you tell me the cultivation realms from the Black Hole Realm and above?" Victor asked next.
He needed to understand the higher hierarchy of power so he could properly gauge his current position.
Cristofer nodded approvingly.
"Above the Black Hole Realm is the Quasar Realm. Above that is the Galactic Realm, followed by the Galactic Overlord Realm."
He raised one finger after another as he continued.
"Beyond the Galactic Overlord Realm is the Universal Realm. Then comes the Universal Emperor Realm."
Cristofer’s expression became solemn.
"And finally, at the absolute peak, there is the Universal Supreme Realm."
Victor nodded thoughtfully.
Now he could finally relax a little.
The Heavenly Demon Race was a God Race, and he had previously believed that his family and his people were completely at their mercy.
But now, with Astrion’s contract and potential, that existential threat faded away.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Suddenly, five immense, sky-shattering pressures manifested directly above the entire Elven Empire.
The clouds parted, and space itself warped violently beneath the arrival of several massive cosmic powers.
Cristofer looked toward the sky. His excited expression gradually faded, replaced by a cool and calm stare.
"What do you old fogies want here?" he asked casually, his voice resonating across the heavens.
"Hahaha! We came here to share your joy, you old bastard!"
A loud, jovial voice echoed from the clouds.
The eight disciples immediately fell to their knees and bowed respectfully toward the sky.
Victor, however, remained standing.
He had bowed to Cristofer because Cristofer was his master. These newcomers were strangers, and in Victor’s mind, they had done nothing worthy of receiving his bow.
Five figures slowly descended from the sky, floating above the ground.
To Victor’s surprise, every one of them looked extremely young and radiant.
Then Victor noticed something even more astounding.
His master, who had previously looked like an eighty-year-old mortal man, suddenly began transforming right before his eyes.
The wrinkles on Cristofer’s face disappeared. His gray hair turned lustrous and golden, while his slightly bent back straightened instantly.
Within seconds, Cristofer looked like a thirty-year-old, impossibly handsome elven man, one who was somehow even more handsome than Vladimir.
Victor’s mouth twitched.
Was this some ridiculous flex in front of his old friends?
"Tsk! What a braggart," one of the visiting figures said mockingly, rolling his eyes at Cristofer’s sudden transformation.
The five figures landed firmly before Victor.
Their sharp, piercing gazes immediately locked onto him and Astrion, scrutinizing both master and summon with profound interest.
They quickly noticed how unbelievably calm Victor remained beneath their combined gazes.
More surprisingly, when they looked into Astrion’s crimson eyes, they could swear they saw a deep, ancient disdain hidden within them.
"Not bad."
A massive giant spoke first.
He towered over everyone else, radiating an aura that suggested he was none other than the ancient progenitor of the Giant Race.
"So this is a creature from the eighth Astral Realm, one that none of us have ever been able to set foot in."
He looked toward Victor.
"What is your name, young man?"
"I am Victor Walker. It is nice to meet you, Senior."
Victor introduced himself politely, maintaining an effortless and respectful posture.
"Not too arrogant, but not servile either."
The giant progenitor chuckled.
"So that old brat wasn’t lying to us. You really are extraordinary."
He then turned toward Cristofer.
"You’re lucky, old dog. How about you take half the entire wealth of our race and let me become his master instead?"
Bolan’s expression was completely serious.
Cristofer immediately snorted.
"Why don’t you put that huge finger of yours up your ass first, then stick it in your mouth so it can finally shut up?"
"Hahahahahahaha!"
The other four visitors immediately burst into boisterous laughter.
They clearly enjoyed watching the two ancient powerhouses insult each other.
"So, when are you going to hold your newest disciple’s coronation ceremony?" another progenitor asked, turning toward Cristofer.
"You’d better not be stingy with this one. We will all attend officially, along with our full armies and envoys."
"You don’t have to teach me how to handle my own disciple," Cristofer replied proudly, crossing his arms.
"The coronation ceremony will be held in ten days."
His eyes gleamed with excitement.
"It will be the grandest ceremony this universe has ever witnessed."
Cristofer’s voice echoed majestically across the heavens.
"Even the God Races will be left awestruck."
