Infinite Mana: I Am The Absolute Supreme
Chapter 111: Yehan Arrived
The primordial blackness that erupted from Diana did not just block out the light. It consumed the very concept of illumination.
The surrounding air, already heavy from Kaelen’s oppressive presence, became absolutely freezing as the dark energy expanded. The ground beneath her feet dissolved into a bottomless mire of pure shadow, swallowing every rock and fragment of debris.
In an instant, the boundary separating her from the profound laws of the universe shattered completely.
She skipped the arduous centuries of cultivation that ordinary practitioners had to endure, transitioning instantly from an Elemental Lord to an Elemental Sovereign.
The fundamental Rule of Darkness, Abyssal Destruction, manifested around her as a swirling vortex of absolute negation.
It was a power that did not merely destroy matter. It erased the very structural foundation of anything it touched.
Kaelen looked at her, and for the first time in centuries, genuine terror bloomed inside his chest.
The indifference on his handsome face shattered, replaced by instinctive dread that bypassed rational thought entirely.
This fear did not originate from her sudden breakthrough to the Elemental Sovereign realm. To a Nebula Rank expert like himself, an Elemental Sovereign was still nothing more than a minor annoyance.
Instead, the terror came from the sheer quality of the bloodline radiating from her body.
It was a Grade Nine bloodline of the highest order.
The Heavenly Demon Bloodline was recognized as one of the ten strongest bloodlines in the entire universe, a lineage whose originators stood firmly among the gods.
The children of true gods carried a terrifying aura capable of suppressing lesser laws by default.
That overwhelming aura was now pressing directly upon Kaelen’s soul.
"No... what is this...?"
Kaelen stumbled backward as the space he had previously locked began to fracture beneath her presence.
"What are you...?
Who are you?"
Diana did not answer.
She looked at him coldly, her eyes transformed into twin pools of endless darkness that reflected no light.
Within her mind, countless ancestral memories and forbidden knowledge awakened alongside her pure bloodline.
Among the countless techniques engraved into her soul, one stood out immediately.
It was a forbidden art capable of sacrificing her own life force to temporarily advance her cultivation by five entire realms for thirty minutes below domain master entities.
The cost was astronomical.
When the technique ended, she would either become permanently crippled... or die.
Looking at the blood-soaked earth where Victor had just been obliterated, Diana did not hesitate for even a fraction of a second.
She silently began chanting the ancient syllables in her heart, igniting her own life essence.
At that exact moment, far beyond the boundaries of the Ethereum Solar System, a massive tear opened within the fabric of the mortal universe.
Unlike Kaelen’s violent spatial crack, this one parted smoothly and elegantly, as though the universe itself was respectfully opening a door for an honored guest.
From the void stepped a man dressed in seamless robes of midnight silk that seemed to absorb the surrounding starlight.
This was Yehan, the esteemed envoy of the Heavenly Demons.
"Oh?
So someone really awakened our bloodline down here?"
Yehan murmured to himself, his voice carrying an ethereal melody that resonated through space itself.
"Then why did it take so long after killing the apocalyptic beast?"
He looked genuinely confused as his divine senses swept across the vast mortal domain, tracking the sudden flare of the ancient bloodline.
Without making a single hand seal, his figure simply vanished.
The very next moment...
He was standing directly before Diana.
There was no explosive aura surrounding Yehan.
He did not release crushing pressure like Kaelen had.
Yet the instant he appeared, Kaelen’s breathing stopped completely.
His heart pounded so violently it felt ready to burst through his ribs.
The overwhelming suppression made Kaelen realize he was facing an existence that transcended the very laws of the mortal universe.
"Child, do not use the forbidden technique."
Yehan spoke gently, his warm voice resembling that of an elder comforting a younger relative.
"What happened here?"
He immediately recognized what Diana intended to do.
With nothing more than a casual wave of his hand, the burning life force inside her body was extinguished before it could damage her foundation.
Diana looked at him silently.
Her eyes remained lifeless and hollow, as though she had become nothing more than a walking corpse driven solely by grief.
Yehan frowned slightly.
Displeased by her catatonic state, he turned toward the only other living being nearby.
He found Kaelen trembling uncontrollably.
The once-proud supreme commander of the Demonic Dragon Empire had become a sweating wreck, barely able to remain standing.
"Worm."
Yehan’s voice turned ice cold.
"Did you trouble her enough to make her wish to use the forbidden technique?"
The temperature throughout the solar system plummeted instantly.
The coldness within his voice seemed capable of freezing time itself.
Even the drifting dust particles stopped moving.
The wind ceased to exist.
"M-My Lord...
Please forgive me..."
Kaelen’s knees buckled beneath the invisible pressure of Yehan’s gaze, crashing heavily onto the shattered earth.
"I did not know who she was.
I swear... I truly did not know."
"Oh?"
Yehan smiled faintly.
"So now you know who she is?"
His smile was warm but his eyes were utterly merciless.
Kaelen shook his head frantically.
"I do not. But I know you are from a God Race. Please spare my life. The Demonic Dragon Empire will compensate you for this offense."
"You are correct," Yehan replied softly, taking one slow step forward.
"And your reward...
...is death."
He casually pointed a single finger toward Kaelen.
There was no explosion.
No dazzling light.
No terrifying display of cosmic energy.
Kaelen simply exploded into a cloud of blood and crimson mist.
His body, soul, and Nebula Rank cultivation vanished from existence in a single instant.
"Child."
Yehan turned back toward Diana.
"I have already eliminated the threat."
His soothing voice entered her mind directly, calming the violent storm raging inside her soul.
"Relax. We have many things to discuss. You are completely safe now."
The overwhelming despair that had pushed her toward self-destruction slowly subsided.
The immediate danger had disappeared.
Yet the emptiness inside her chest remained unchanged.
Then...
She remembered Victor.
Diana rushed toward the place where he had been crushed.
She collapsed onto her knees beside the pool of blood staining the shattered ground.
She cried.
She screamed.
Her fingers clawed desperately into the earth as though she could drag him back from death through sheer determination.
Her agonized voice echoed throughout the silent valley.
Yehan slowly walked over.
Standing beside her, he lowered his gaze toward the blood.
His divine senses pierced beyond flesh, analyzing the underlying genetic and spiritual structure.
"A lesser Phoenix...?"
A trace of genuine surprise appeared on Yehan’s face.
"How did an ordinary human completely merge with such a pristine bloodline without burning to death?
Interesting...
He is remarkably special.
If she insists...
I suppose I shall bring him with us as well."
He sighed softly before looking at the weeping girl.
"Child, do not cry."
His voice carried unquestionable certainty.
"He is not dead. He possesses an extraordinary ability of resurrection. Give him some time. He will return exactly as he was before. The ashes of a phoenix always rise again."
He paused briefly.
"Now, tell me,
What is your name?"
Diana froze.
The instant those words reached her ears, she stopped crying.
Hope exploded within her tear-filled eyes.
She hurriedly stood, wiped away her tears, and bowed deeply.
"I am Diana Morningstar."
Her voice still trembled.
Yet it now carried unmistakable hope as one eye remained fixed upon Victor’s blood.
"I am Yehan, Envoy of the Heavenly Demons."
A reassuring smile appeared on his face.
"I know you have many questions. I shall answer all of them.
But first...
Give me a single drop of your blood.
I must determine which lineage within our race you belong to."
Without hesitation, Diana nodded.
She pricked the tip of her finger.
A single drop of dark, iridescent blood floated into the air before drifting toward Yehan.
The moment his fingertip touched the blood...
His calm composure vanished completely.
His eyes widened.
His entire face lit up with overwhelming excitement.
The blood had revealed its deepest secrets to his divine senses.
"Heavenly Dao Body?!
Good heavens!"
Yehan burst into loud, uncontrollable laughter.
"The Supreme Physique has appeared within this insignificant mortal realm...
And she actually belongs to our race?!
Hahahahaha!"
His joyful laughter echoed across the mountains, scattering the remaining clouds.
To the God Races, a Supreme Physique was far more than a body that cultivated faster or possessed greater strength.
These legendary physiques were manifestations of the universe’s supreme laws.
They carried immeasurable value for the prosperity of an entire race.
That was why the God Races constantly searched the infinite cosmos.
The instant a Supreme Physique appeared, its owner would immediately be elevated to Holy Son or Holy Daughter, even if they shared none of the race’s bloodline.
Yet Diana was different.
She not only possessed a Supreme Physique.
She also carried the Heavenly Demon Bloodline at absolute purity.
She was nothing short of a miracle.
"I must report this to Master immediately."
Yehan’s excitement reached its peak.
"The true Saintess of our race has finally appeared after countless eras."
Closing his eyes, he instantly transmitted the astonishing news across dimensions.
A moment later, Yehan reopened his eyes.
The wild excitement had vanished.
Only reverence remained.
"As you command, Master."
He spoke respectfully into the void. Then he turned toward Diana.
His gaze held the same profound respect he reserved only for his own master.
Slowly...
He knelt upon one knee before her.
"Saintess. Please come with me. My Master will answer every question you possess. The entire Heavenly Demon Race awaits your arrival to claim your rightful place."
Diana immediately shook her head.
Her eyes shifted toward Victor’s pool of blood.
A faint golden glow had already begun radiating beneath the shattered earth.
"Until Victor returns to life, I will not go anywhere."
Her voice was firm and absolute.
"That is an incredibly simple matter, my Lady."
Yehan smiled brightly as he rose to his feet.
"We do not need to remain in this primitive wilderness. I shall simply relocate your entire planet into the safety of the God Realm.
There, you may watch over him for as long as you desire."
He smiled gently.
"I only require your permission to move the planet."
