"Of course. Robots can get injured too," the doctor replied very seriously, not looking like she was joking.

The doctor took a cable directly from her medical kit and connected it to Jin Lou.

"Grant me access to your permissions."

"Understood." Jin Lou was very cooperative.

The doctor plugged the cable into her own electronic screen and began rapidly operating it.

All sorts of jumbled data scrolled across the electronic screen, and the doctor’s brow furrowed.

"You have two primary control programs?"

"Yes."

"You’re on the backup program right now, correct? Do you need me to restore your main one?"

"Not for now. I still have things to take care of."

The doctor nodded. "Alright, then I’ll just clear the cached data in your memory files, is that okay? Is this data still useful?"

"It’s useless. You can clear it," Jin Lou confirmed with a nod. That was all memory data Jin Lou had previously read on Hell Island.

"Okay." The doctor operated the screen for a while longer before her brow slowly unfurrowed.

She then carefully inspected every part of Jin Lou’s body before putting her electronic screen away.

"Everything looks fine. You’ll probably need a new paint job, though. Black doesn’t really suit this island."

After she finished, she looked at Si Yang.

"Paradise Island doesn’t have the technology to examine other species. If you need a check-up, you’ll have to go to a larger island base. Do you need me to contact one for you?"

"No, thank you," Si Yang politely declined the doctor’s help.

After reminding Li Luo to come back for regular check-ups, the doctor left in a hurry.

"She can actually repair robots," Li Luo couldn’t help but exclaim as she watched the doctor’s retreating figure.

"Identity is just a concept bestowed by Paradise Island. How one interprets it is up to the individual," Si Yang explained.

Just then, a gust of wind swept in, blowing the feathers on the ground up into the air and obscuring Li Luo’s vision.

She had to shield her eyes with her hand to prevent the feathers from getting into them.

When the gust of wind died down, the feathers slowly drifted back to the ground.

Once all the feathers had settled, Li Luo looked for the shadow of light again, only to find it had vanished.

But just then, Li Luo felt a warmth beside her. She immediately looked over and saw the shadow of light standing right next to her, looking up at her.

Within its dim glow, patterns of light flickered like feathers.
