Ice Age Apocalypse: I Hoard Billions of Supplies

Chapter 1593: Sweeping Aside the Ocean Fleet

Canero immediately notified Cadillus and the entire naval high command, and issued the highest-level alert order with his authority.

But that colossal monster had already arrived!

"BOOM!"

The seawater churned and surged, rising dozens of meters high, revealing the monster's massive figure from beneath the waves.

It was a blood-red beast, resembling a giant lizard, with a long dorsal fin running down its back, its razor-sharp spines like swords over ten meters long.

When it emerged from beneath the water, the soldiers stationed along the coastline wore expressions of sheer terror. They had never witnessed such a horrifying sight in their entire lives. Before that giant red sea monster, they truly were as insignificant as ants!

Even the largest aircraft carrier seemed dwarfed by comparison.

The crimson beast surfaced at the shoreline, gazing at the many human warships arrayed along the coast. It made only the simplest of movements, sweeping its thick, elongated neck across!

BOOM!

...

After absorbing the tremendous impacts, the warships were instantly blasted apart. A chain of explosions erupted along the coastline. Those world-class cutting-edge vessels were being ruthlessly destroyed like toys!

Canero clenched his massive sniper rifle tightly, wanting to strike. But the instinct of a top-tier sniper told him that if he fired now, he would surely die!

The enemy before him possessed power so overwhelming that it was beyond what he alone could contend with!

Screams rang out endlessly as naval soldiers died in droves, some killed outright by the mere shockwaves of the sea monster's attacks!

The naval base's alarm sirens immediately blared across the entire harbor as waves of troops mobilized!

But before the sea monster, they were far too insignificant. No matter how many humans there were, they couldn't even register in its eyes.

At the critical moment, the Ocean Fleet's strongest combatant, Cadillus, finally arrived!

He came flying in, stepping atop a massive missile.

"HAHAHA!"

Cadillus, as always, made his entrances incredibly flashy. In his view, a superhero should command everyone's attention.

The oversized Tomahawk ballistic missile beneath his feet shot straight toward the sea monster under his control!

At the same time, Canero pulled the trigger without the slightest hesitation!

[Piercing of All Things]!

The enhanced super-sized missile and Canero's attack struck the colossal sea monster simultaneously. After the violent explosions subsided, the giant beast's body didn't even budge.

Canero's ability allowed him to pierce through the monster's thick hide, causing a stream of thick, viscous green blood to flow out.

But compared to the sea monster's gargantuan frame, this wound was like pricking a person's skin with a needle.

Cadillus's expression turned serious.

"So this is the monster that escaped from Star Island?"

His previous encounter with the Gatekeeper of the Underworld was still fresh in his memory.

Proud by nature, he had long been looking for a chance to redeem himself!

Of course, that prerequisite was that he had to possess sufficiently powerful strength!

And after a long period of time, Cadillus's power had now broken through the threshold of Black Chariot.

As a human modified by technology, his ceiling should have been locked. However, as time passed after the apocalypse, more and more powerful and incredible ability users had emerged.

Right here in Colombia, there was a Transcendent with formidable abilities who had helped him break through his bottleneck.

Cadillus stood atop a mass of sticky, gelatinous substance, grinding his teeth with a cold, insincere smile, his gaze at the giant sea beast brimming with murderous intent.

"Coming to my territory to cause trouble, that's practically slapping me in the face! Since you're here today, don't even think about going back!"

His hands clenched in front of him as translucent, water droplet-shaped substances gradually formed between them, rapidly condensing into a massive sphere of water.

"Ultra-Primordial Water!"

Cadillus raised both hands high, and the water sphere shot toward the giant sea beast like a cannonball.

The crimson-skinned sea beast glanced sideways, noticing Cadillus's presence. It simply opened its mouth, and a black energy sphere rapidly took shape before firing forward, colliding head-on with the Ultra-Primordial Water!

A terrifying energy storm wreaked havoc across the naval fleet's harbor.

The residual energy wave swept toward Cadillus, causing his expression to change on the spot. Even the red cape symbolizing heroic glory behind him was shredded apart.

After that brief exchange, Cadillus immediately realized something was wrong.

Meanwhile, on the crimson beast's back, some swollen nodules suddenly burst open, and over a hundred armored warriors flew out from within.

They drew their weapons and charged straight at the entire naval base!

Every sailor's face turned deathly pale.

One red monster alone was already this difficult to deal with, and now there were warriors from some other mysterious civilization as well. How were they supposed to handle this?

At the naval base headquarters, Fleet Commander Douglas, stationed there, stared grimly at the brutal battlefield on the large screen.

He said in a low voice, "Prepare for evacuation. Also, get the space-based weapon ready!"

A young officer beside him asked, "And what about the Heaven-tier weaponry?"

The Heaven-tier weaponry he referred to was, of course, the Love of Death.

Because in the military's classified protocols, there was a clause stating that in the event of an unstoppable hostile invasion, every possible measure would be taken to eliminate the threat at all costs. At that point, the usage authorization for the Love of Death would be fully unlocked.

Douglas's face darkened. He had no desire to destroy his own stronghold.

Otherwise, even if he managed to return to mainland Colombia, his career would be utterly finished for life.

However, based on the intelligence gathered so far, all the civilizations from the underground world possessed terrifyingly overwhelming power.

If they relied solely on their own forces to fight, the likely outcome was still the complete destruction of the Ocean Fleet.

After pondering for a long time, Douglas dialed a communication channel he hadn't used in ages.

"It's time to have Franklin come support us!"

Colombia's capital was located in the Wiler District of Franklin State.

After the apocalypse, the Ocean Fleet had become Colombia's regional overlord, wielding immense authority over its domain.

But when it came to military might and technological power, the core had always remained in Franklin's hands.

If it weren't for an unsolvable crisis, Douglas would never have wanted to ask Franklin for help.

On the battlefield at this moment, Cadillus had no choice but to face the crimson sea beast alone.

Because Canero couldn't support him right now either.

Among the Transcendent forces from Mist Valley, an existence clad in black-and-white armor had appeared, actually possessing White Chariot-level strength! It forced Canero to focus entirely on dealing with that threat instead.

This gave Cadillus a massive headache.

"Damn it, just damn it all! Why do monsters like this even exist?!"

He clutched his forehead with one hand, his eyes burning with resentment.

"If only my [Absolute Dominion] could control an Epsilon-class deep-sea leviathan!"

As he said this, he unleashed his ability across the entire sea!

All around the surrounding waters, massive numbers of mutated sea beasts floated to the surface like boiled dumplings, filling the entire sea densely packed!

"Sea swarms, especially group battles, I've never been afraid of those!"

Cadillus gritted his teeth.
