I Write Novels in a Zerg Prison

Chapter 351: Extra — The Marshal and An from the Original Ending (7): Whatever Ulysses Is Like, That’s What I Like

  • Next Chapter

The three-star-hour movie had already ended.

An Ruo still hadn’t quite come back to his senses and remained dazed. Ulysses, however, had already sat up and begun tidying himself, while also cleaning up the male.

It was his first time doing something like this, and doing it in a place like a movie theater at that. For Ulysses, it had been an enormous challenge as well.

At first, emotions had gotten the better of him, and he had also been desperate to confirm their relationship. Because of that, he had only known to bury his head and do it, disregarding everything else, wanting nothing more than to coax the male into becoming his.

Only now, after coming back to his senses, did he realize just how wanton his behavior had been.

Hurriedly enticing a male Zerg into mating right there in a movie theater was not something a Female Lord should do.

Society always held Female Lords to higher standards. They were expected to be mature and steady, tolerant and magnanimous, reserved and courteous, knowing when to advance and when to retreat.

Measured against the standards expected of a Female Lord, Ulysses had not done well at all. In fact, he had done terribly.

If the male Zerg had been the one to demand it, he could still have covered it up with, "The Male Lord's command takes precedence over everything."

But Ulysses himself had been the one who started it.

He had been the one to seduce the male first.

Thinking of this, Ulysses inevitably grew uneasy.

And yet, the physical satisfaction and contentment filling his body, together with the abundance of the male's pheromones left on him, made him feel no regret over what he had done.

If he could do it all over again, he would still do everything in his power to seize hold of the male.

He had already completely regarded An as his male and was unwilling to let go. But precisely because of that, he cared immensely about what An thought of him.

How would An see him?

Would he think Ulysses was too wanton and unsuitable to be a Female Lord?

Or perhaps...

Ulysses's gaze turned thoughtful and hesitant. He did not know which direction he should take his thoughts.

His understanding of male Zergs was still limited.

He understood the general bad tendencies common among male Zergs, but he neither understood nor wished to understand those contradictory and complicated individuals.

And when faced with a creature who was not even a Zerg, what he knew was even more limited.

Fortunately, his male was right beside him.

They had just finished having sex. This should be the moment when the male was easiest to talk to. Perhaps the other party would be willing to share how he felt.

Ulysses leaned closer.

The front of his clothes, which had never been fully fastened, slipped open along with the movement, exposing most of his chest.

Ulysses did not pay it much attention. He merely adjusted his clothes with one hand.

Nothing was actually covered.

Instead, the movement only drew the eye more.

An Ruo had still been spacing out and had not noticed much at first, but when he saw Ulysses pretending to casually tug at his clothes over and over, how could he possibly fail to understand his intentions?

No matter which timeline he was in, Ulysses's methods were astonishingly consistent.

Before, there had been black stockings and a deep-V night robe.

Now, there was clothing that somehow simply refused to stay closed.

Should he say, as expected of Ulysses?

An Ruo saw through him but did not expose him. Instead, he took the initiative to lean closer and hugged Ulysses, offering himself into his arms.

He rested his head against Ulysses's chest and looked up at him with smiling eyes.

Ulysses paused slightly.

The satisfying fullness of having someone in his arms soothed him somewhat. His tense body gradually relaxed, but the smile on the male's face made him suspect that he had been seen through.

Still uncertain in his heart, Ulysses became even more proactive in his actions.

He lowered his head and tentatively kissed the tip of the male's ear.

He had discovered that the male liked being kissed there.

Every time he did it, the male's eyes curved with laughter.

This was one of the things Ulysses had learned over these short three star-hours.

Sure enough, he smiled again.

Those beautiful eyes curved, and the faint sound of laughter fell into Ulysses's arms, making his chest itch.

Suppressing the feather-light itch in his heart, Ulysses tightened the arm around the male and took the opportunity to ask,

"Are you satisfied with my service?"

This time, the male laughed even harder.

He buried his face against Ulysses's chest, his entire body trembling from laughter.

Ulysses liked the male's closeness to him, but the male's reaction also filled him with confusion, and a faint sense of foreboding arose.

Was he dissatisfied with his service?

Judging from how closely the male had buried himself in his arms, it did not seem like complete dissatisfaction.

Then...

Had he done something wrong?

Had he not done well enough?

Ulysses's Adam's apple moved with difficulty as he recalled his performance during their lovemaking.

He...

He was not good at these things.

As an adult Zerg several hundred years old, he possessed the physiological knowledge he ought to have.

But that did not mean he knew how to do it well.

And it certainly did not mean he knew how to please a male.

Remembering the way the male had looked at him several times during the act, that gaze carrying a hint of amused interest, Ulysses realized that although his head had been too overheated to think about it at the time, something now clearly felt wrong.

Had he actually been so terrible at it that it was laughable?

Was that why the male had looked at him like that?

Once the thought appeared, it quickly became almost certain in his mind.

Ulysses immediately stiffened.

Only after An Ruo had finally laughed enough did he pull himself out of Ulysses's embrace.

Seeing that Ulysses had practically turned to stone, he hurriedly put on a serious expression and covered the lower half of his face with one hand to hide the smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.

"You did very well. I'm very satisfied. Really!"

This was a Ulysses who had never learned how to tie a cherry stem with his tongue.

His kissing skills were inexperienced enough to be almost pitiful, and every time he kissed An Ruo, he was extremely cautious.

It was rare for An Ruo to gain the upper hand while kissing Ulysses, and he could handle everything with ease.

He immediately felt as though he had become stronger himself and was rather proud of it.

The male had covered the smile at the corners of his mouth, but he could not hide the brightness in his eyes.

Ulysses could tell that An was merely saying nice things to comfort him.

He himself knew perfectly well what level he was at.

Ulysses regretted not learning more relevant knowledge in the past.

He had always looked down on those so-called courses teaching female Zergs how to serve males.

Only when one needed knowledge did one regret not having learned enough.

Who could have imagined it?

Something he had once believed he would never need had actually become so important one day.

Just as Ulysses had never expected himself to fall for a special creature who was not even a member of the Zerg race.

"I can learn..."

Ulysses took the male's hand and refused to let go.

He stared at the male, his voice slightly hoarse, as though afraid of being rejected, yet his gaze was completely serious.

"Whatever you like, I can learn it. Next time, I won't disappoint you again."

An Ruo had never been disappointed.

He gave the corner of Ulysses's mouth a loud little kiss.

There was no lust in it, only extreme intimacy.

"I like Ulysses the way he is. Whatever you're like, that's what I like."

An Ruo was not good at saying sweet words.

He could write them in novels, but asking him to say them smoothly in real life was extremely difficult.

Fortunately, thoughts that naturally flowed from the heart required no skill points.

He merely had to listen to what was inside him.

Ulysses's pupils contracted slightly.

The male's words echoed in his ears.

The male looking up at him was filled with sincerity, and it was astonishingly infectious.

It was as though a planet shining with bright, silvery moonlight had crashed straight into Ulysses's heart, throwing his composure completely into chaos.

That kind of disarray instinctively put Ulysses on guard.

The more something could disturb a Zerg's heart, the more dangerous it was.

He understood that principle deeply.

But under the male's smiling gaze, all he could do was remain fully conscious as he watched himself fall.

Perhaps this was another abyss...

Ulysses pressed his lips to An Ruo's collarbone.

He lowered his eyes and bowed his head, his movements reverent, as though worshipping a god, while committing an act of blasphemy all the same.

He could not resist this temptation.

It was as though he were a square building block born incomplete, and by extraordinary fortune, he had encountered the one piece capable of fitting together with him.

How could he not long to merge completely with that piece?

No individual could resist the wholeness and satisfaction of being filled and completed from soul to flesh.

Ulysses was no exception.

Because of An's arrival, he had become complete.
