I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace

Chapter 2305: Miyama Kaito's Birthday Celebration Party Continues ㊾

I got all the questions right, while Kuro got 24 out of 25, missing just one…… That much was already clear by the final question, so what I’m really interested in now is the ranking from this point on.

“Well then, starting from third place, since the comments will get long, we’ll just add brief explanations as I go. Third place…… there’s a tie, so I’ll announce them together. With 22 correct answers out of 25: Tre-san and Eris-san!”

“Oh~~ 22 correct answers is pretty amazing!”

“Indeed. Eris-san used her broad knowledge well, answering the Otherworld-related and high-difficulty questions with a lot of consistency. She seemed to have a hard time distinguishing between Shallow Vernal-sama’s expressions, but she got every question right that was within the range of what a marquis’ daughter could study and learn about.”

Eris-san getting 22 right is something I can understand. This quiz did require broad knowledge, but not necessarily super in-depth knowledge, so it wasn’t just a matter of having lived a long time. It felt more like the kind of challenge where having a wide range of knowledge across various fields was key, and Eris-san seems quite strong in that area.

What was more surprising was Tre-san. True, Tre-san is clever in her own way, and she once mentioned that she has a habit of getting interested in many things, trying them out, and quickly getting bored, so she might’ve accumulated a wide breadth of knowledge that way.

Still, I really can’t help getting this ditzy vibe from her. It might be rude, but it really did feel unexpected.

“As for Tre-san, she basically lucked her way into third place. No, well, about half of her answers were ones she genuinely knew, but for around 10 of them, she just guessed randomly and happened to get them right. She even guessed Shallow Vernal’s expressions correctly by pure chance.”

“Well, luck’s a form of skill too, right~~”

So apparently Tre-san made it to third place thanks to her sharp instincts, lucky guesses, basically. Honestly, she does seem like the type to excel in things that rely on intuition or chance…… she gives off a strong “good luck” vibe.

Well, like Fate-san said, luck is part of ability too. And half her answers were correct through her own merit, so I’d say that’s impressive enough.

“Next, we have a three-way tie for fourth place. With 21 correct answers out of 25: Isis-san, Magnawell-san, and Zwei-san.”

“That makes sense, they all seem like they’d be knowledgeable across a wide range of fields.”

Just as Fate-san said, the people announced in fourth place gave off a smart and well-read impression.

Isis-san has read an incredible number of books, so she has knowledge in a wide range of fields. Magnawell-san also knows a lot of things, and Zwei-san gives off the vibe of an intellectual as well, so you could say it’s a convincing lineup.

“First, Isis-san, her hobby is reading, so she has a broad base of knowledge, but due to her personal circumstances, she hasn’t interacted much with Otherworlders, so she missed a few of the Otherworld-related questions. Magnawell-san, as expected, has great general knowledge, but before he got his clone body, he couldn’t travel around much, so he missed some geography-related questions about the Human Realm and God Realm. Zwei-san was steady overall, but seemed to struggle a bit with God Realm topics. That said, all three got 21 questions right, so these are just minor differences, really.”

It’s true that, unlike Kuro, Isis-san probably hadn’t had much interaction with Otherworlders, so when it came to those topics, she might’ve had to rely on secondhand knowledge.

As for Magnawell-san, that makes sense too. Given his enormous size, his movement would’ve been restricted, and as he mentioned before, after gaining a clone body, even familiar places looked completely different. Originally, with his size, he would’ve only ever seen things from a towering, top-down perspective, so I can imagine he might’ve struggled on questions like identifying tourist landmarks in the Human Realm.

Zwei-san might simply not have had many chances to visit God Realm. She seems busy managing their territory, and it doesn’t look like she has any acquaintances among the Gods, so that’s understandable to some extent.

Still, looking at it overall, the people with high scores mostly make sense, they’re the types you’d expect. Well, there were some like Ein-san who didn’t participate, but if they had, they likely would’ve placed near the top too.

“Now then, we’ll conclude the ranking announcements at 5th place. Honestly, there are too many ties beyond this point, so it would just go on forever. So, tied for 5th place, with 20 correct answers out of 25, we have: Megiddo-san, Lillywood-san, Lilia-san, Blossom-san, Fafnir-san, Chronois-san, Life-san, Gaia-san, Akane-san, Aoi-san, Fors-san, and Chris-san.”

“That’s a lot of people……”

“Well, the average number of correct answers was around 15 to 18, so the people in 5th place did quite well overall. Also, everyone from 1st to 5th place will receive trophies. They’re made of platinum, gold, silver, bronze, and iron, respectively, kind of like the hard currency. And with that, the quiz tournament is officially over. Everyone, thank you for participating!”

And so, the quiz tournament, which turned out to be quite a hit, came to an end. My birthday party, which had grown into a fairly large event, was also finally drawing to a close.
