This is the Withering Meditation Palm.

It is said to be a divine power realized by the Sorrowful Heaven Buddha at the brink of his death.

As a person is about to die, they enter a state of withering meditation.

Xu Zimei's palm seemed as if it was expertly executed, not like a first-time realization.

His palm encompassed the entire Firmament.

After this palm descended, even the weather changed. The sky suddenly grew overcast, and a light drizzle began to fall.

It was as if Heaven and Earth were mourning, crying in sorrow.

No wonder he's called the Sorrowful Heaven Buddha.

This palm shocked everyone present, including Song Chang'an, who had just grasped a realization.

He looked incredulous.

He said, "You're cheating. Did you already comprehend this divine power and came to deliberately make a bet with me?"

"Who do you think you are, to need me to trick you?" Xu Zimei retorted.

"You provoked me first, and now you want to welch on the bet?

The All-Heaven Academy is just like that."

"Who said I'm backing out?" Song Chang'an snorted coldly.

"It's just running a lap naked, what's so impressive about that?"

As he spoke, he was about to remove his clothes.

Other students from the All-Heaven Academy started panicking.

This matter, if considered small, would leave Song Chang'an with no face to show himself later.

If considered big, it might even affect the reputation of the All-Heaven Academy.

"Fellow cultivator, it's better to prevent enemies than create them. Why not end this here and propose a new condition? As long as we can do it, we'll agree to it," someone suggested.

"That's right, cultivation resources, or various cultivation techniques and divine powers, we can exchange with you as much as possible."

"I don't need it; those who provoke me must pay the price. He should be grateful he's not betting his life with me," Xu Zimei said lightly.

Upon hearing this, several people narrowed their eyes.

"Mister, you're slapping the face of our All-Heaven Academy. Even if we let it go, others might come looking for you," someone began to threaten.

"That's perfect, I have quite a few enemies. If they all come at once, it'll save me some trouble," Xu Zimei replied.

"Enough, stop talking," Song Chang'an interrupted everyone's words.

"A real man knows when to act and when not to.

We come naked into this world and leave it unclothed in death.

Running a lap, what does that count for?"

Song Chang'an seemed to have a broad perspective and was preparing to undress.

But then a cold, aged voice interrupted.

"Get back here, you disgraceful thing."

Everyone was startled, seeing an old man approaching from afar.

The old man's steps were ghostly; from a far distance, he arrived near everyone in just one step, spanning Heaven Edge.

"Teacher Cheng," upon seeing the old man appear, several All-Heaven Academy students turned pale.

Even Song Chang'an lowered his head, not daring to speak.

"Teacher...I..."

"What are you saying," the old man cut him off, looking at Xu Zimei.

"A teacher's negligence in teaching is my fault. If there is any issue, it is my teaching that failed.

If you have any instruction, direct it at me today."

"Instruction is too much praise, but the bet was his proposal. Now you don't want to abide by it?" Xu Zimei responded.

"Just undressing, my student is still young. Let me be the one to replace him," the old man said.

Several people tried to speak, but were silenced instantly with a glare from the old man.

Xu Zimei narrowed his eyes.

At that moment, a roar interrupted.

Someone directly stepped into the void, crossed over the Inner City walls, and charged towards Xu Zimei's location.

Understandably, in Victory City, aerial movement is forbidden.

Ordinary people daring to step into the void would be shot dead directly.

Yet those stepping into the void were undeterred.

This group surrounded Xu Zimei.

One of them pulled out a portrait, exactly depicting Xu Zimei.

"Are you the one who killed Young Master Yin-Yang?" the leading one asked gravely.

"Are you from the Acacia cult?" Xu Zimei inquired.

"Daring to kill Young Master Yin-Yang, now you'll die with him," said the leading one.

With a wave of his hand, the group pressed forward.

"Soon return to bliss, Acacia for all beings."

This group chanted.

Each held a red string.

When the strings connected, these people's aura shifted subtly.

Neither male nor female, neither Yin nor Yang.

Seeing this, the old man from the Academy changed face.

He quickly instructed the students, "Step back, don't touch the red string.

Or you'll be drained for dual cultivation."

The people of the Acacia cult are lunatics, even described as perverts.

They regard union as the paramount matter of the world.

Whether male and female or same-sex union.

It is heralded as the most important matter.

The cult's doctrine and intent are as such.

Once touched by the red string, it's troublesome.

When these strings bound towards him, Xu Zimei's Tyrant Shadow Flame rose.

Directly cleaving through the strings.

The strings were effortlessly cut through, and the Acacia cult seemed puzzled.

They hadn't anticipated Xu Zimei's strength would be this formidable.

"With such meager strength, you dare seek vengeance?"

Xu Zimei shook his head.

He stretched out his right hand, letting buddha light surge forth.

Withering Meditation Palm exploded directly.

The powerful divine palm struck like dragon and sea, unleashing mighty buddha light.

Enveloping all members of the Acacia cult within.

The rumbling sounded.

The bodies were buried instantly, nothing left behind.

...

After the massacre, an arm suddenly stretched out from the void.

The arm was bronze-hued, incredibly sturdy.

With eyes covering the entire arm.

Countless eyes staring can make one's scalp tingle.

Xu Zimei looked up.

This didn't seem to be the Acacia cult, but those dealing with Emperor Lu's legacy.

Indeed, a majestic voice sounded.

The arm halted before Xu Zimei.

"Surrender Emperor Lu's legacy, and live."

The arm emitted an imposing pressure, at least a Dao Fruit Powerhouse.

It seemed many watched Xu Zimei.

Watched the inheritance.

But no one acted, all were observing.

Now the Acacia cult inadvertently acted first, stirring some hidden forces.

Xu Zimei ignored the words.

He slashed out with the Tyrant Shadow.

Tyrant Shadow rent apart layers of Firmament, striking down upon the arm.

Countless eyes on the arm exploded forth a myriad of lights, attempting to blow away the Tyrant Shadow.

After a brief standoff between energies.

Ultimately, Xu Zimei triumphed, severing the arm.

Without connection to the true form, the arm turned into a wisp of green smoke, vanishing.

Seeing Xu Zimei's prowess, the one behind hesitated, intending to tear open the depths of Firmament to retreat first.
