Collapsed chunks of earth and stone began to reassemble, drawn together by Yu Changsheng’s power to form a massive, thick shield that covered nearly half the arena and rose up before him.

The blood-red Celestial Saber plummeted from the sky, transforming into a shocking rainbow of light as it slashed down, striking the massive earthen shield.

Earth and stone went flying as the giant shield shattered. Yu Changsheng’s face grew even paler, his aura in disarray. He seemed to shrink, his energy greatly depleted.

The next moment, layers of Wooden Shields materialized in front of Yu Changsheng, only to shatter completely. Covered in blood, Yu Changsheng collapsed to the ground.
