Chapter 184: Please... Don’t Disappoint Me(Fixed)
“BOOM!!!”
“Disintegrating Fists!”
Grant clenched both his fists as an incredible amount of genetic energy converged and gathered around both arms, soaking into his pores.
It was an extremely beautiful sight.
Yet, when some seniors saw Grant’s arms expanding, their expressions couldn’t help changing drastically. Their hearts trembled. Grant was really not joking around, he’s not intending to be lenient at all.
“Disintegrating Fists, the skill that made him famous. It seems like he’s truly not intending to be lenient at all.” Someone said softly said, feeling a little astonished, while looking at the scene.
“This fella is bullying.” A freshman said in indignation. Grant’s strength far surpassed Tyrion to begin with, and he had actually used his genuine skill, that’s simply bullying.
A senior turned towards the student and smiled. “Not exactly bullying. In fact, it’s also a kind of recognition that Grant has for Tyrion. If he’s not going to use his true strength against Tyrion, then that means that he’s looking down on him. Men like them are always concerned about the so-called face, acknowledgement and whatsoever.
Otherwise, why would there be so many of those ‘fights that leads to friendship’, as well as the so-called mutual understanding?”
The first year student’s faces twitched and sneered. What acknowledgement is that, beating the other party into a sorry state is the so-called acknowledgement?
Low voices of alarm spread throughout the surroundings of the Battle Stage. Clearly, many people sensed the formidability in this attack from Grant.
Countless gazes shifted over, towards Tyrion, who was shrouded within a blazing black-flame devil Qi and had transformed into a streak of lightning.
They could all naturally sense the peculiarity in Tyrion’s genetic energy as every singe move he made resonated a dark lightning. However, it wasn’t strange as other people possess this sort of trait.
But, if he wanted to use this to contend against Grant, he’s still too na?ve. freewёbnoνel.com
“Woooosh!”
In that instant, Grant’s arms exploded, rapidly inflating as though it was been pumped full by genetic energy.
In that split second, it had expanded to more than twice its size, becoming even bigger, like a mountain fist.
An incredible amount of pressure descended as he suddenly raised both fists up like a hammer.
The astonishing pressure formed from the fist shook the air to the extreme, making space around a meter radius to literally as the air howled like a wounded beast.
In the next second, the ground within a twenty meter radius caved in as the pressure pressed downward as though a fifty ton stone had dropped at the center.
His eyes locked in on Tyrion who had tranformed into his current abomination and was rushing towards him with a zap of lightning.
“I will make you regret this!”
Instantly Grant roared maniacally and smashed his fists against the incoming streak of lightning!
“BOOM!!!”
Both attacks made contact. At first, Tyrion felt an emptiness behind his opponent’s fists strike, as if his blow had landed on a ball of cotton. Then, a massive force came blasting towards him like a volcanic eruption. This gushing force was a stark contrast with the attack from before, smashing incredibly hard into his blade like a gigantichammer.
“World Extreme Emptiness!!!” Grant’s eyes widened and his body shook. Thousand units of genetic energy gushed out and erupted out towards his opponent’s blade. All his power lashed out from his fists as he pressed forward.
“HAHAHAHAHA!!! Let’s see who dies first!!!” Tyrion fangs bared as he laughed like a true monster. He had estimated the strength behind his opponent’s strike wrongly. His own force had landed on emptiness. In contrast, his enemy’s overwhelming force collided into his attack. Yet, despite his clear mistake, he began laughing madly.
Devil Qi was activated to the maximum as he resisted the invading force within him
“Dual Heavenly lightning! DIE!!!” He roared madly, suddenly released his large saber, and circulated Heavenly lightning with both hearts.
The entire world seemed to turn dark and gloomy. Violent and wild sounds of thunder rippled throughout the skies, causing the might of thunder the fill the world.
Three resplendent and wild arcs of lightning ripped the skies with incomparable power, enveloping a thousand foot radius in the skies.
They were simply too astonishing!
Two streaks of lightning instantly descended from the darkened skies, landing in Tyrion’s body as his primordial cells absorbed, converted and release the energy for Tyrion to use.
Tyrion lashed out with two lightning claw strikes. Grant managed to block one of his heavenly lightning with his entire might but Tyrion’s claw struck Grant’s flank savagely.
Devil Qi and lightning circulated and zapped all over him.
Now, each of them had suffered a strike, one after the other.
Tyrion retreated several steps. A hue of red flashed across his face; he had clearly suffered internal injuries.
Grant was forced sideways for more than ten steps. Blood seeped from the corner of his lips. His long, ape-like right arm hung limply on the ground ; it had clearly been fractured.
“Incredible physical strength!” He could not help but exclaim in praise, even though it was towards his enemy. Grant sighed as he touched his fractured right arm.
“What a pity…”
“SWISH!”
In that instant, a black gleam shot out from his left arm. A black dart came flying towards Tyrion, a black chain trailing behind it.
“Soul killing Spear!” An instructor, who had been watching the fight from afar, could not help but shout in alarm. “He’s still been practicing this evil skill!”
“Concatenate Soul Locking Spear… it’s a top-grade evil relic that can be cultivated only by consuming human blood!” A student screamed and bellowed when he heard this.
“Top 20 in the forbidden relic from the 3rd dimension!” Another first year student screamed.
“Now that Soul Locking Spear has appeared, it’s no longer a fair duel! This battle has to end.” Mr White who had been watching from afar frowned. Tyrion had already bine incredible talent. It would b a shame for him to die just like that.
He was aware if the relic was wielded by someone stronger and ued to attack him, even he would have to be careful. He moved and was about to end the battle.
“Is first elder planning to interfere with this death match?” In the air, the Dean stood before First elder White, composedly with her hands behind her back, her crimson eyes staring at the pair including first elder quietly. “That’s not an action befitting of a senior. Whether it’s orthodox or not, strength is the only thing that counts towards surviving in this world.
Doesn’t old master Argus understand that yet?”
“Athena, are you bent on seeing this academy burnt to the ground?” First Elder White rebuked somberly.
“How can First Elder say that? I came only to be a witness to ensure a fair duel,” She smiled brilliantly and glanced at the battle.
Soul Locking Spear roared and bellowed under Grant’s control. Its ferocity and might surpassed even that of a Leviathan from the 3rd dimension.
Tyrion ducked and dodged. He had no experience facing such an eccentric weapon and was forced into dire straits.
“Swish!”
As he retreated, he pulled out the long saber that had been stabbed into the ground.
“Dang dang dang!”
A series of clangs rang out as Soul Locking Spear hit against Tyrion’s blade like a long black whip with extremely dense force.
In a moment of carelessness, Tyrion was struck on his side and forced backwards. A long streak of injury ripped open instantly across his waist. Soul Locking Spear’s range was too big for Tyrion to get near his opponent. Moreover, it could really mete out considerable damage.
Tyrion glanced at the wound across his waist. Despite his devil scales, Iron Skin, and tiger furs he had still suffered a wound the length of a palm. Blood rapidly seeped out of it, dyeing his robes red.
But only for a second. His wounds quickly closed up, stemming the blood flow within a breath’s span.
“Heh!”
A numbing yet itching sensation seeped upwards from his waist. Although it was rapidly suppressed by his healing technique, it caused Tyrion’s expression to change.
“Not bad huh… to think that it’s actually a poisonous gold relic …”
Grant, however, did not push on in his offensive. Presently, beads of sweat emerged on his forehead. He had put in all his strength into the past consecutive ten moves. Even if he had accumulated all of his strength, it was barely enough for his rate of exhaustion. Just a few breaths’ span had consumed almost all his genetic energy. He needed time to absorb the surrounding ‘dust’.
“It’s too late even if you were to beg for your life now,” a murky breath escaped his lips. “Those struck by Soul Locking Spear will find its poison seeping through their skin and blocking all their meridians and blood vessels within two hours. Not only that, the poison will flow into your heart through your veins, serving up death by heart blockage.”
“Is that so?” Tyrion lifted his saber. His sonic figure overflowing with black devil Qi and dark lightning stalked slowly towards Grant.
Grant’s pupils shrank as he noticed no trace of abnormal changes on the wound along Tyrion’s waist.
“You…” he was about to speak when he saw Tyrion’s body rapidly inflating like a balloon. Arteries and veins bulged out across his bare upper body, and thick bands of muscles emerged. His entire body had expanded to twice its original size. The devil pattern on his forehead turned red.
“This is the first time I’m using this move against a human being ever since I’ve created it,” Tyrion drew nearer and nearer, two different bloodlines rippling out from within him.
“Please don’t disappoint me…”
