Any spell formation that was perfectly activated would be able to unleash a part of the creator’s power.

The Thousandfold Cherry Slaughter Formation was no exception to this.

The Thousandfold Cherry Slaughter Formation was the most powerful spell formation created by the Witch Matriarch. When perfectly activated, the Thousandfold Cherry Slaughter Formation could even summon the spirit of the Witch Matriarch!

“Do you see now? This is how you correctly use a formation.”

An Lin held the wooden carving with a calm expression.

The two witches knelt onto the ground, trembling uncontrollably, and they didn’t even dare to speak.

Yes, sir, whatever you say is correct, sir!

They were in too much awe and veneration to do anything.

“Little Cherry, keep an eye on them and make sure they don’t go around yelling like idiots again,” An Lin commanded.

The Witch Matriarch bowed and nodded obediently.

The two witches almost threw up a mouthful of blood upon seeing this. The high and mighty Witch Matriarch was being referred to as Little Cherry? And she accepted the name? Who the hell was this man?!

At the same time, Xu Xiaolan released a little white bird that fluttered over to the woman in the kimono on the second story. “Don’t go anywhere, or you might get burned.”

The caretaker had cold sweat pouring down her face, and her heart was filled with horror. Her instincts told her that if she was to move without permission, she would definitely be reduced to a plume of smoke in the blink of an eye.

She was extremely remorseful. These two weren’t some enemy spies, they were unfathomably powerful beings! To think that she was talking about ridiculous things like killing them without spilling blood, all she wanted to do was to slap herself right now!

Powerful beings like them could come and go as they pleased.

She could only hope that these two mighty figures weren’t short-tempered and would spare them out of the kindness of their hearts.

An Lin and Xu Xiaolan ignored the three trapped witches before making their way into the building.

The decor within the building was very intricate and filled with an antiquated beauty.

The entire space was very comforting and inviting with painted screens, beautiful calligraphy, and an incense burner emanating a faint, fragrant aroma, striking one with the involuntary urge to relax.

There were mysterious mutant beasts painted on the walls, and off to the side was a tea table crafted from some sort of unidentifiable wood. From that tea table, one could see through the window and their gaze would rest on the cherry blossom forest outside.

An Lin and Xu Xiaolan were both admiring the decor within the building. The owner of this place had a very good aesthetic taste.

Soon, the two of them arrived on the third floor.

“I detected your aura from this room.” Xu Xiaolan pointed at the extremely intricate wooden door before her.

“Impossible, I’ve never been here.” An Lin slapped his chest.

He was absolutely confident that he had never been here before.

An amused smile appeared on Xu Xiaolan’s face. “I believe you; I’m just curious. I can definitely sense your aura coming from this room, and I just want to see what’s inside.”

The two of them carefully pushed the door open.

They were then both completely dumbstruck by the sight that they were greeted by.

Their minds went blank momentarily.

“This…” Xu Xiaolan was feeling a little dizzy.

“Holy sh*t… Xiaolan, this… this has nothing to do with me!” An Lin’s voice was trembling.

Within the room was a series of shocking images.

High definition photos of An Lin were plastered all over the walls.

An Lin enjoying a meal, An Lin playing games, An Lin in silence, An Lin with his brows furrowed, An Lin with a warm smile on his face, An Lin in battle… These walls were like a caricature of An Lin’s life!

On the table, there was a cup with An Lin’s photo plastered upon it as well as an intricate miniature resin carving of An Lin.

Most shocking of all was the bed in the room.

There was an An Lin body pillow made completely to scale sitting on the bed!

Furthermore, there was even an extremely realistic blowup An Lin doll!

Most importantly and most damning of all was that on the patch of the wall near the bed, there were all types of images of two people embracing one another or engaging in all types of intimate poses. These photos took up almost an entire wall! Both the people in the photos wore extremely content and joyful expressions, as if they were completely head over heels for one another.

What almost sent An Lin into cardiac arrest was that the man in the photos was none other than himself!

He was completely dumbstruck and offered an urgent explanation, “This… Xiaolan, let me explain! I’ve never done anything like this before!”

Xu Xiaolan looked at the high definition photos, and a burst of pure white flames flashed past her eyes before she nodded. “These photos are fake…”

An Lin looked at all of the images of himself in the room, and he was struck by the urge to throw up blood.

In particular, when he saw that massive collection of photos near the bed, his soul almost escaped from his body.

After seeing the woman in those photos, he finally began to understand what was going on.

This room… was Ying Luoqing’s room!

An Lin recalled that night when Ying Luoqing had dragged him away to “have some fun”.

Even though An Lin had rejected her, it looked like her obsession over him was not curbed in the slightest. If anything, it appeared to have become even more severe.

“I can tell that this girl really likes you…” Xu Xiaolan made her way around the room and surveyed the photos on the walls with an indifferent expression on his face.

An Lin’s lips twitched, and he was wondering if he should just kneel on the Lava Jackfruit right now as a sign of repentance.

Xu Xiaolan walked over to the table to discover that there was a crudely drawn image of a man and a woman holding hands, upon which was inscribed the names Ying Luoqing and An Lin.

“Sigh… My An Lin is too exceptional. To think that you can make someone admire you to such an extent…” Xu Xiaolan heaved a forlorn sigh.

An Lin immediately chimed in in an urgent voice, “Exactly! I have so many fans, so there’s bound to be a few really fanatical ones. I’m actually quite bothered about this as well! Just to make this clear though, none of this has anything to do with me!”

A faint smile appeared on Xu Xiaolan’s face. “I get it. Don’t be so tense. Am I that scary to you?”

An Lin swallowed before shaking his head.

Xu Xiaolan made her over to a wooden chair before pointing at it. “I can sense that your aura is coming from this chair.”

An Lin turned to look at the chair upon which he came to a sudden realization. “This is the chair I sat on when playing games with Ne Zha and Da Bai at the Kunlun Mountain crack, so it makes sense that it contains traces of my aura…”

Both of them fell silent.

Just how much of an obsessive fixation did Ying Luoqing have over An Lin to prompt her to bring back this chair that An Lin had sat on all the way from the Hua Nation before revering it like a precious treasure…
