Chapter 1934 - 24.195 Sixth Violet Star - Let’s fight!
Chapter 1934: 24.195 Sixth Violet Star - Let’s fight!
The principal, the rulers and the teachers were shocked by the report they got from Lord Hunluan. This is records of everything that had happened that day and even a recorded spell of the whole class. They watch the whole process of the class gauging for elemental compatibility. The result of the Genius class is as expected, they were all top notch. What left everything flabbergasted is the result from the F-Class. Each compatibility can match those from the Genius class and there are even two with all Elemental compatibility.
They look at Cao Wanji and Xue Laira seated at the corner with burning eyes. It was as if they had found a treasure among the others. Lord An Shizhe stood before his students acting like a guardian that prevented the principal, teachers and rulers from coming over. Clearly, having such talent in your own race is an advantage for your own kind.
Ever since the alliance had been made, most of the other races were more accepting of the other race. However, there are still some who feel that being pureblood is the best. But lately, most rulers thought otherwise. It can be said that the two princes of the beastmen race are proof that a purer bloodline didn’t mean overwhelming power. They can even thrash those who are adults, much less those of the same age as them.
They are already so powerful that for a friendly competition like this, they were entitled to join. Them being included in it, would simply destroy the balance between students.
The class advisers of Class A and Class B felt like their faces had been slapped. They truly thought that like their students, they believe that the students of F Class didn’t deserve what they have right now. Though now it seems like they were the one in the wrong and they no longer have a face to defend their students. They can only stand at the corner acting like mushrooms.
On the other hand, the students from both Class A and Class B still didn’t believe that just because the Class F have better elemental compatibility than they are, that the latter is better than them. They couldn’t accept it, making their parents believe that their children are in the right.
"No! I don’t believe it!"
"Just because they have better elemental compatibility doesn’t mean they are stronger than we are."
"Everything in the battlefield can be used and we believe that we can move better than them during the fight."
"I don’t accept that the F-Class has those privileges!"
The principal, Bing Yilou asked, "What do you want to do then?"
"Fight. Our best six against all six of them!" The students from Class A and Class B said.
Dark Cao Wanji said, "Alright! If we lose we will give you our class territory as for our teacher that is out of our hands. But if you lose... You can either become our servants for the whole year or apologize in front of everyone in the academy. Only these two options~. If you don’t agree, we can see each other in military court!!"
"DEAL!!"
In the end, the students made the arrangement themselves and the adults can only add a few more punishments.
The principal was the most ruthless and said, "The loser will be disqualified for the school competition. You can only join again next year."
All students from three classes had turned mute at this punishment. Losing this competition meant no extra resources from the school and they would be behind the others no matter what. Cao Wanji wouldn’t decide this and can only contact their other classmates.. Thankfully, the competition was halted and they are able to contact their friends.
Long Juedi, Haerin, Nan Jiang agreed, with Xue Laira and Nangong Rui agreeing on the spot with him, Cao Wanji was the first to agree. As for the students of Class A and Class B, they can only use their majority to decide. In the end, the two parties had agreed.
Principal Bing Yilou scheduled these sudden events and it was immediately announced. Since the school competition had been paused, they could only resolve the conflict this way. A temporary stage was prepared by the beastmen race at the outer region of the ancient forest.
On the stage, the six students of F-Class and the chosen students from both A Class and B Class had gathered. After hearing the situation from Nangong Rui, Nan Jiang and Long Juedi didn’t look good as they stared at their opponents. They felt that these people are simply shameless and even dares to drag people down with them.
In the end, all students in the academy heard about it, and their numbers split into two groups. One supporting the F Class and the other thinking that the other two classes were in right. For the judge of the battle, for fairness, they had chosen the principal who had no connection to the two parties.
Principal Bing Yilou explained the rules of the games.
"It will be individual battles. One against one. Number one rule: No Killing! Once you kill someone you will be expelled. No question asked."
"Second rule: Once your opponent says they forfeit or give up, the latter is forbidden to attack the other. I will stop you when you do."
"Only these two rules are important. As for the injuries you will get, if it’s fatal, the match will be forced to end by me and I will decide the winner."
"Alright everyone down the stage. You may now send your first fighter."
After the principal was done speaking, he left the stage for the others to do as they must. The first one to take on the stage from the F Class is Nan Jiang. It can be said that in their class he has the shortest temper among them. He is also the type to use his fist than to think more. An all brawl type of person.
With Nan Jiang staying on the stage first the other side decided to send the biggest and the most muscular among their team. The moment this student from the other side had climbed on the stage, Nan Jiang who is sturdiest in Class F when it comes to body proportion alone now looked so small.
"Nan Jiang of F-Class."
"B Class, Ju Mong."
Principal Bing Yilou looked at two students and reminded them about the rules before starting the fight.
"I want to remind you of the rules. No killing. Once your opponent gave up on attacking. Aside from that you are free to do anything. Of course, interference from off the stage is forbidden. I will stop the match if I find some rule breakers."
"Do you understand?" Asked the principal.
Nan Jiang and Ju Mong nodded their heads, only then did Principal Bing Yilou begin the match.
"Alright! You may start!"
After the principal went down off the stage, the two students immediately jumped at each other. They didn’t bring out their weapons right away and exchanged blows using their fist. Ju Mong was stunned to see someone of Nan Jiang’s size being capable of stopping his force which usually sent his classmates away during sparring lessons.
Ju Mong grins. "Schoolmate Nan! You are not bad!!"
"Kaka~ I need to say the same to you, Schoolmate Ju!" Nan Jiang responded.
The two clashed with their fists, legs and even bumped their heads. Sounds of collision between two hard fleshes can be heard on the stage. The audience was immediately so pumped up by the tension between the exchange of punches and kicks between Nan Jiang and Ju Mong that they even excitedly started cheering at the side.
"Hahaha~ good fist! Do more!"
"God! Are your bones made of metals!?"
"Two muscle brains on the stage! This is so exciting!"
"Slam him! He is small. As long as you catch him it’s over, Senior Ju Mong!"
"Dodge! Run around, don’t let him catch you, Classmate Nan!"
"Fighting maniac versus a berserker!"
"Damn who is going to win!!"
The simple exchange of punches and kicks turned into close combat exchanges which included grappling, grabbing, throwing and slamming. The two men on the stage were laughing while covered in dust and bruises but this fight is enough to show that Nan Jiang is above Ju Mong with his overwhelming strength. Especially when they saw the smaller man grab the big one by his ankle and slam him down on the stage. It’s a human fighting a giant.
Nan Jiang swipes his bloody nose and asks his classmates to throw his spear to the stage. He looked at Ju Mong and said, "Grab your weapon. Let’s fight with weapons!"
"Alright! I will entertain you!" Ju Mong received a morning star from his friend and the two stared at each other with widened grins.
The two men once again clash and are much more intense than the first time they started the battle. However, Nan Jiang had been trained physically by Lord An Shizhe in the last three months. That hellish training had increased not only his strength but also his stamina. The first one to go down is Ju Mong who was almost out of breath and slipped in the end. The spear was pointed on his neck by Nan Jiang.
"You lost!" said Nan Jiang.
Ju Mong raised his hands weakly and said, "I admit defeat."
