Chapter 1409 19.68 Second Red Star - The Beast King and the Elemental King of the North.

With Tun Shizhe dragged by the Hell Creatures at the abyss, the enraged God of Void had somehow calmed down. He sat beside the God of Destruction who is the center of the two domains meditating. He sighed in relief when he saw that his beloved was unaffected when Tun Shizhe tried to devour the chaos energy in the area.

The God of Void asked the other hell creatures in the darkness, "How is he?"

{Milord! He escaped but we were able to injure him badly. Some of us are eaten but overall it's alright. Do we need to chase him?}

"No need. Protect the vicinity of this domain. If someone else dares to intrude, kill them on the spot!" commanded the God of Void.

The Beast Race finally reached the forest region in the north. They were able to enter the Ice forest unhindered, but it is only until they reach the center of the forest where the group of Ice Elementals under the command of the Ice Elemental Wolf King resides. The Ice Elemental Wolf King stood at the rock formation looking down on them. His light blue fur glows under the moonlight as the snow hovers around him. As the proud king of the Ice Elemental Wolf Tribe, he never let his head down even when facing countless enemies.

The words of the Ice Elementals were converted in a language that even the beastmen could understand. It's the same when they speak to humans. So, when the Ice Elemental Wolf King spoke, all the beastmen before him had understood. The chaotic energy in their bodies made them fearless, all they had in mind as a priority is to fight. Fight until death and nothing else. They had never thought of survival.

King Leonhart spoke, "The dog speaks. Hm, you aren't an animal. Your aura and scent is completely different. The fragrance of snow. You are what they call Elementals."

They wanted to jump on the ice elementals in front of them and were already on the very edge of being out of control. As soon as the Beast King saw his kin's state, he somehow believed this Ice Elemental Wolf King.

{Also, do you still think you are different from them? Except for the fact that you can respond to my words, your state is not much different from them.} stated the Ice Elemental Wolf King.

Beast King Leonhart looked at his claws which now revealed its sharpness, but he didn't control them to come out. Even though he couldn't see his eyes and face, he had the feeling that what the wolf king said was right. There is indeed something wrong with them and that it was something out of control and for some reason he gained a bit of rationality.

"Do you know how I can save them?" asked the Beast King Leonhart to the Ice Elemental Wolf King.

"What do you mean?" The Beast King looked angry with the Wolf King's words, but sadly, he had no means to say anything back to him.

After saying these words his kin as if they had gone mad started attacking the Ice Elemental Wolf King. They were laughing like a madman as they tried to swing their claws wanting to cut their enemies into pieces.

The cheers of the beast race all ended up like this and except for the Beast King, almost all of them chanted the same thing. They had all attacked the Ice Elemental Wolf King making the latter summon its subordinates. From the snow under their feet countless Ice Elemental wolves had emerged, they surrounded the Beast Race and attacked back.

Except for the two kings in the area, the brawl between the beast race and the ice elemental tribes continues.

But the disadvantage fell on the Beast Race as Ice Elemental not only had an advantage thanks to the terrain and cold weather. The Ice elementals like other elementals don't die even if they are injured, it would heal instantly as long as there are ice elements in the area.

{Are you a fool? You invaded our world and now you are telling us to stop fighting back? I am wrong, you aren't sane, you are crazy in your own way. If you want them to stop you can only defeat me. Only then will my subordinates ease their actions!} said the Ice Elemental Wolf King.

Angered by the wolf's words, Beast King Leonhart finally attacked. He jumped above everyone else and landed safely at the rock formation where the Ice Elemental Wolf King resides. The two stood before each other and also started to fight.

{Hahaha~ I wonder if you can defeat me! The fox said, I will be able to get my goal this time!} said the Ice Elemental Wolf King as he laughed while exchanging some attacks with the Beast King, Leonhart.

The King of Beast, Leonhart said, "Your goal in life is to find someone to defeat you. Are you too arrogant?"

{If you are able to defeat me I might be able to tell you the way to find answers to your questions. If you fail then you can only die under my feet!}

Their exchange of moves instantly caused the rock formation they were standing too to crumble under their attacks. Those who were below were all affected but the two kings had no intention of paying attention to how dangerous their opponent was. The war on the Federation Star finally began.

The fight between the Ice Elemental Wolf King and the King of Beast, Leonhart had caused too much tremor on the land. That the human race that lives underground was greatly affected by the shockwaves of their actions. With the ground continuously shaking, the foundation of the underground sanctuary was continuously being affected and some cracks started to appear on it.

In the underground, Deep Haven's Territory.

The buildings created underground started to shake, scaring the females, elders, and younglings living in the underground sanctuary. Sounds of fearful whimpers echo in the place and the men of the territory are doing their best to keep the pillars of their last sanctuary intact.
