Lin Feng, however, didn’t deliberate for long. A faint smile appeared on his lips.

“Of course,” he said calmly. “Taking some time to relax doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I’d enjoy it as well.”

He looked at her more directly, his tone casual yet agreeable.

As they passed by the small crowd still kneeling outside his courtyard, the women with him barely spared a glance, their attention fixed elsewhere.

There was something about that person that caught his attention, but this was not the right time to act.

He made a silent note to return to it later, shelving the matter for the moment, and refocused on the task at hand.

“Master Lin Feng, we can use my flying boat to get to the beach faster,” Yun Wanqing suggested, stepping forward with a polite but confident smile.

Lin Feng nodded appreciatively. “Thank you, Wanqing. That will be far more convenient than taking the carriage. With so many of us, it would be a tight fit otherwise.”

In less than a minute, a sleek flying boat glided out from Clear Moon City, hovering gracefully before them.

Lin Feng guided the group aboard, and in moments they were soaring above the landscape, the wind whistling past as the city lights receded behind them.

Soon, the boat touched down on the shore of a nearby sea, the sound of gentle waves welcoming them.
