Chapter 226 I’m Only Passing You My Qi, Why Are You Using Your Tongue?
Chapter 226: Chapter 226 I’m Only Passing You My Qi, Why Are You Using Your Tongue?
“Are you alright, Miss Tang?” Lin Feng asked with a hint of concern in his voice.
Although he knew Tang Aining had just used some kind of divination technique on him.
He could have easily known exactly what she had seen, but he disdained peeking into such small details.
From the sudden change in her aura, however, it was obvious that the experience had shaken her quite deeply.
In truth, Tang Aining had been rather fortunate.
Lin Feng had allowed her inspection only because she carried no ill intent and, more importantly, because she was a stunning beauty in his eyes.
If someone else had dared to pry into his fate so recklessly, the backlash from the heavens alone would have been enough to make their eyes bleed or even shatter their soul.
Lin Feng might be powerful, but he also had a particular weakness.
He had always been softhearted toward beautiful women.
And he was not ashamed to admit that.
“I… I’m fine,” Tang Aining replied after a brief pause.
Her voice was steady, but her mind was still in turmoil.
She lifted her gaze and looked directly at Lin Feng’s face again.
For a moment, her beautiful eyes lingered on him, as if trying to confirm that the young man standing before her was truly the same figure she had seen standing above shattered heavens in her vision.
A faint blush quietly crept onto her flawless cheeks.
For someone who had lived for more than three thousand years and experienced countless storms of life, such a reaction was extremely rare.
Fortunately, Tang Aining quickly regained control of herself.
With a subtle breath, she suppressed the reaction entirely.
Her expression returned to its usual calm elegance, her face once again carrying the dignified composure expected from a great elder of the Nine Peaks Sword Sect.
“Thank you for your time, Young Master Lin Feng,” Tang Aining said respectfully. “I can confirm that you are not possessed by some ancient monster attempting to seize another chance at life.”
Her tone was sincere.
“The Nine Peaks Sword Sect expresses its genuine appreciation for your talent… and your good fortune.”
There was a deeper meaning hidden within those words, though only Tang Aining herself truly understood it.
Without saying anything further, she gently turned around.
It was clear that she intended to leave immediately.
Behind her, Xia Xinghe and Yun Luofeng exchanged confused glances.
They had expected some kind of detailed discussion or perhaps even a test of strength between Lin Feng and their elder.
Instead, the entire encounter had ended far quicker than they anticipated.
Both of them had many questions in their minds.
However, seeing the serious expression on Tang Aining’s face, neither of them dared to ask anything.
They simply followed behind their elder.
Just before leaving the stadium, Yun Luofeng suddenly turned back toward Lin Feng.
“Have a good day, Young Master Lin Feng!” she said cheerfully.
She waved her hand enthusiastically, her bright smile lighting up her beautiful face.
Lin Feng returned the gesture with a relaxed smile of his own.
A moment later…
The three women vanished from the stadium, their figures disappearing as swiftly as they had arrived.
Silence returned to the large training grounds.
Behind Lin Feng, both Li Zhiyan and Ye Jian stood frozen for a moment, still trying to process what had just happened.
An elder of the Nine Peaks Sword Sect… had personally come to test Lin Feng.
And she had left almost immediately afterward.
Meanwhile, Lin Feng simply stood there calmly with his hands behind his back, his expression relaxed as if the entire encounter had been nothing more than a brief and ordinary visit.

The three members of the Nine Peaks Sword Sect soon returned to their flying boat.
The massive vessel hovered quietly above the clouds as Tang Aining stood at the front, her gaze still distant as if her mind had not fully returned from deep thought.
After a moment of silence, she finally spoke.
“Lin Feng is not possessed,” Tang Aining said calmly. “His soul is pure.”
Her voice carried authority.
“You two may return to the sect now.”
Xia Xinghe and Yun Luofeng exchanged brief glances.
“How about you, Elder Tang?” Xia Xinghe asked. “Aren’t you coming back with us?”
She had noticed the strange changes in Tang Aining earlier.
In fact, Xia Xinghe had almost expected something like this to happen.
After all, she herself had already experienced how strangely Lin Feng could affect her.
Seeing even Tang Aining react in a similar way oddly reassured her.
It meant that the problem was not with her at all.
The problem was simply Lin Feng.
His charm was truly unbelievable.
Women often grew flustered, aroused and warm around him, even when he had not touched them at all.
Even standing close to him earlier had made Xia Xinghe feel sensations she had never experienced before.
Her heart had raced slightly, and an unfamiliar warmth had stirred within her chest.
The tips of her bosom had even tingled faintly and became hard with arousal all of a sudden.
For someone like Xia Xinghe, who had never allowed a man to touch her before, the feeling had been both confusing and strangely overwhelming.
“I will return to the sect shortly as well,” Tang Aining replied calmly. “There is some business I need to handle in a nearby city first.”
It was a lie.
Without waiting for further questions, she raised her hand and summoned her own personal flying boat.
The elegant vessel appeared in the air with a soft glow.
Tang Aining stepped onto it gracefully.
Moments later, the flying boat rose into the sky and quickly flew away from the scene.
“Take care, Elder Tang,” Xia Xinghe said respectfully, bowing slightly as she watched the vessel disappear into the distant horizon.
Soon, only the sect’s large flying boat remained hovering above the clouds as Xia Xinghe continued staring thoughtfully in the direction Tang Aining had gone.

A little while later, Tang Aining sat quietly in a lotus position inside her flying boat as it moved smoothly through the sky.
Her eyes were closed as she carefully replayed the vision she had seen during her divination.
Again and again, the scene unfolded within her mind.
In that vision, she had seen herself standing very close to Lin Feng.
Their faces had been only inches apart before he gently pulled her closer.
Then they kissed.
