I Have Unlimited Dantians
Chapter 416: Return to Divine Wind City
‘Looks like I still have to find that Teleportation Array from my past life!’
In his past life, he had been hunted by the Divine Wind Empire’s Royal Family. Tie Lan had sent him out of the city, and by a stroke of luck, he had entered a Teleportation Array. It was this very Ancient Teleportation Array that sent him to the Floating Heaven Continent, allowing him to soar to new heights and gain the power to take his revenge!
However, that Teleportation Array could only transport Mid-Stage Ultimate Venerables. He had already reached the Ultimate Venerable Peak, so he couldn’t use it at all.
‘I hope the Void Spirit Stones I got from the Lingxi Celestial Palace will work. If they’re really like the legends say and can enhance the effects of an array, then maybe this problem can be solved!’
Nie Yun smiled as he thought of the nine Void Spirit Stones.
Both the Void Spirit Stones and the Nine Nether Cold Pearl had the effect of enhancing teleportation. ‘If I find the array and add these two items to it, I might really be able to teleport to the Floating Heaven Continent!’
‘Back to the Divine Wind Empire!’
With that thought, Nie Yun no longer hesitated. In a flash, he flew out of the Zihua Cave Mansion, found his bearings, and shot straight toward the Divine Wind Empire.
… … … … … … … … … … … … … … … …
“Have you heard? His Majesty the Emperor not only defeated the Emperor of the Divine Holy Empire with a single sword strike, but he also wiped out the Qianqing Sect, the number one sect on the Qi Sea Continent! He’s incredible!”
“Yeah, His Majesty Nie Yun must be a Celestial God descended to the mortal realm. How else could he be so powerful at such a young age?”
“Ultimate Venerable Peak experts, Secret Realm Powerhouses—they’re all useless before His Majesty! I heard that the Divine Holy Empire’s Emperor got on his knees and begged for mercy, but it was no use. His Majesty Nie Yun just kicked him and sent him tumbling!”
“Haha, with an Emperor like him, how could our nation not prosper and thrive! Now when we go to other Empires to do business, as soon as people hear we’re from Nie’s Empire, they all look at us with respect. It feels great!”
“It’s true! No matter where we go, as soon as we mention Nie’s Empire, they all ask us about His Majesty Nie Yun. They all wish they could become citizens of our nation. Before, whenever we went out, we were met with disdain and contempt. We can finally hold our heads high!”
The streets and alleys of Divine Wind City were filled with excited voices, all singing Nie Yun’s praises.
‘Sigh. To think he’d grow so strong so fast. Half a year ago, he was still following me around… I even thought he was some kind of playboy and didn’t want anything to do with him…’
In a private room at an inn, a young woman with a fiery figure was cupping her face in her hands, sighing with a wistful look.
“Tie Lan, thinking about His Majesty Nie Yun again? It’s too late for regrets now. When His Majesty was following you back then, he was definitely trying to court you. If you had captured his heart then, you’d probably be the Empress by now! Hee hee!”
Next to her, a young girl with a ponytail laughed. As she smiled, two cute dimples appeared on her face.
The young woman was, of course, Tie Lan, the daughter of the Iron Rock Mercenary Corps’ leader and the savior who had rescued Nie Yun in his past life.
The story of Nie Yun following Tie Lan into the mountain forest had long been spread by Tie Long and the others. Now, everyone in the Iron Rock Mercenary Corps knew that His Majesty Nie Yun had once pursued their young miss, but she had mistaken him for a scoundrel and scolded him daily…
When this story got out, countless girls who heard it felt that Tie Lan had failed to seize the opportunity. If it had been them, they would have probably thrown themselves at him long ago…
Clearly, this young girl was also one of Nie Yun’s admirers, and seeing Tie Lan’s lament, she took the opportunity to tease her about it.
“Xue Yu’er, you little brat! How dare you laugh at me! I think you’re asking for a beating!”
Hearing the girl’s teasing, Tie Lan’s face flushed red as she reached out and pinched the soft flesh under Xue Yu’er’s arm.
“Hey! Just because I hit a nerve, you want to silence me by force? You’ve gone too far! See how I deal with you…”
Instantly, the two shapely young women were wrestling with each other. As they playfully grappled, flashes of pale skin were revealed from time to time—a captivating sight.
“Ahem, Tie Lan, are you free?”
Just as the two women were in the middle of their heated, breathless squabble, a slightly awkward voice suddenly sounded in the room.
“Am I free? Can’t you see I’m busy…” Tie Lan snapped, but as she was about to continue, she suddenly recognized the owner of the voice and quickly turned around.
“You… You’re back!”
Seeing the familiar figure before her, Tie Lan was like a different person, standing frozen on the spot, unsure what to do.
“Who’s this? Huh? Tie Lan, what’s wrong with you?” Xue Yu’er didn’t know what was happening and asked curiously as she looked at the young man before them.
“This is… Nie Yun!”
“His Majesty Nie Yun? He’s His Majesty Nie Yun?” Xue Yu’er froze on the spot, her pale cheeks instantly turning crimson.
‘This His Majesty Nie Yun before me is even younger, more handsome, and has more charisma than the legends say!’ Seeing him made all the outstanding young men who had proposed to her before seem like complete trash. ‘They aren’t even worthy of carrying his shoes!’
“Nie Yun, this is my best friend who I grew up with, Xue Yu’er,” Tie Lan said, introducing the young man. Seeing her friend’s reaction, she knew exactly what she was thinking and shook her head.
“Heh, hello,” Nie Yun replied casually and said no more.
He had flown for nearly two months from the Ancient City to return to Divine Wind City. As soon as he got back, Nie Yun planned to tell his friends that he was going to the Floating Heaven Continent, letting them choose whether to go or stay.
So, upon entering the city, Nie Yun had swept the area with his Spirit and found Tie Lan. Who would have thought that as soon as he arrived, he would see the two women fooling around, revealing flashes of pale skin, which immediately made him blush.
No matter how powerful he was, he was still a man—and a virgin at that. It would be a lie to say he could remain calm and composed after seeing such fiery figures with so much skin exposed.
“Your Majesty Nie Yun… c-can you give me your autograph?”
After a moment of nervousness, Xue Yu’er, her face so red it looked like it might burst, stepped forward.
“Autograph?” Nie Yun paused, taken aback.
“Sign your name… here!” Xue Yu’er said, pulling at her own clothes.
If she hadn’t pulled, it would have been fine. But with that tug, the splendid view of her chest was suddenly revealed—pale, full, and a dazzling sight to behold.
“Uh, alright.”
Made extremely awkward by the situation, Nie Yun casually pointed a finger, and a name appeared on the girl’s clothes. He then turned, grabbed Tie Lan by her delicate hand, and said, “Let’s go. I have something to tell you!”
With that, his body flickered, and the two of them shot into the sky, flying toward the Imperial City.
“Hee hee, His Majesty Nie Yun is so cute…”
Watching the two of them fly away, Xue Yu’er’s face grew even redder. She cupped her cheeks in her hands and sat quietly at the table. The thought that the all-powerful Great Emperor Nie Yun could blush just like the boy next door left her completely smitten.
… … … … … … … … … … … … … … … …
In the Imperial Palace of the Divine Wind Empire, all of Nie Yun’s close family and friends were gathered.
His parents, his sister, Yang Yan, Feng Xiao, Tie Lan… everyone was present, listening to the words of the young man in the center.
“…And that’s everything. I plan to go to the Floating Heaven Continent. If you wish to stay, I won’t stop you. If you’re willing to come with me, we’ll leave tomorrow.”
Nie Yun stated his decision.
The Floating Heaven Continent possessed Creation Qi, making it a supreme treasure ground for cultivators. However, he had previously offended that so-called Lord Hua, whose influence was terrifying enough to reach even the Qi Sea Continent. Once they were discovered, they would certainly live the lives of fugitives. Nie Yun explained this in advance: those who wanted to go with him could go, and those who didn’t could stay behind on the Qi Sea Continent as emperors and kings, with no one daring to provoke them.
“Yun’er, wherever you go, of course we’ll go. you will always be our dear son!”
Nie Xiaotian and Nie Ling were the first to declare their stance.
“You guys are the only family I have. I’m not letting you leave me here all alone!” Nie Xiaofeng said quickly.
“Nie Yun, we grew up together. You know my personality. I don’t care for power or politics; I just love to fight. Take me with you! I’ll go with you!” Yang Yan said, standing up and speaking in his booming voice.
His mother had been the only one to dote on him since he was a child. After her death, he had no other ties. The chance to adventure with Nie Yun was exactly what he wanted.
“No need to look at me. Brother Yun gave me this life. Wherever he goes, I’ll naturally go too!” Feng Xiao said with a smile, looking at Yang Yan who was watching him.
“I am your servant. Wherever my master goes, I will naturally follow,” Mu Xia said faintly.
Hearing Mu Xia’s words, everyone shot her a surprised look. They all knew Mu Xia was a good friend of Nie Yun’s, but they had never heard anything about her being his servant.
“I will also go with my dear nephew Nie Yun. Right, daughter?” Luoo Zhanhao sighed, looking at the eager expression in Luo Qingcheng’s eyes.
He could see his daughter’s feelings for Nie Yun plain as day, but he also knew that it would be very difficult for anything to come of it.
Leaving aside the others, just among those around Nie Yun—Mu Qing, Mu Xia, Baihua Xiu, Tie Lan… not a single one was inferior to his daughter. And it was clear that every one of these girls had feelings for Nie Yun.
Originally, Luoo Zhanhao had hoped his daughter would seek her own happiness and not get further entangled with Nie Yun. But seeing the pleading look in her eyes, his heart softened.
He knew his own daughter best. On the surface, Luo Qingcheng seemed gentle and innocent, but once she set her mind on something, not even nine bulls could pull her back. There was resilience in her gentleness, and determination in her simplicity!
‘Forget it. Let the younger generation handle their own affairs…’
He comforted himself with this thought and made his decision.
“My Sect is gone now, so I can only follow you,” Baihua Xiu also nodded.
Soon, everyone had stated their resolve. As for creatures like Xiaofeng and Xiaohu, they were his Demon Pets to begin with, so there was no need to even ask. It was a nearly unanimous vote; everyone wanted to go with Nie Yun.
“Alright then. Since everyone has made their decision, rest up today, make your preparations and arrangements. We’ll set out at dawn tomorrow!”
Nie Yun nodded.
“Alright!”
With the decision made, no one had any second thoughts. They all responded in unison and returned to their own quarters to prepare.
None of them knew that because of the decision made this day, their group would bring such earth-shattering and spectacular changes to the entire Floating Heaven Continent, and even to the entire world!
Also, as you all can probably tell from the plot, we’re about to leave the Qi Sea Continent and head to the Floating Heaven Continent.
The Floating Heaven Continent is a major arc that I’ve spent the most time planning, so all the plot threads I’ve laid out before will slowly be tied up, and the major climax that has been building will gradually be revealed.
Many readers have given me a lot of feedback, for example, about the fight scenes being too short, too many one-hit kills, etc. Lao Ya will start to slowly correct this beginning with the Floating Heaven Continent arc. If you have any good suggestions, please don’t hesitate to share them!
A soldier who doesn’t want to be a general is not a good soldier. Ever since I started writing, Lao Ya has aspired to become a Great God author. After six years of grinding—from not knowing how to write a book, how to structure a plot, or how to conceive a story, to constantly improving—I am where I am today. Although the road to becoming a Great God is still very long, I hope everyone can accompany me on this journey, giving me suggestions and support!
I will repay everyone with my unceasing efforts and write something that you all will enjoy reading.
If these results continue, it’s certain that I’ll never become a Great God!
I hope you can help me achieve this dream, so we can keep moving forward, further and further!
