Chapter 41: One Punch

Pan Du fainted.

While he was thinking, the door was suddenly pushed open.

Xu Ning walked in confidently.

“Master Chen.”

Xu Ning greeted with his cupped fists.

But there was no trace of humbleness in his tone. He just stood there with his back straight the entire time.

Chen Ren’s eyelids trembled slightly, as if it was suppressing his emotions.

“How is a newcomer so ignorant of proper etiquette? Do you still need me to teach you how to properly salute?”

The strong, bald-headed man stood up and said with a threatening tone.

His name was Zhuang Dingshi, Chen Ren’s right hand man. Through Chen Ren, he had also obtained a ton of bribes from Dayuan Trading Company.

Xu Ning turned to look at him.

Afterwards, Xu Ning smiled faintly and took half a step back. He did not respond, but his right hand behind his back was gripping a dagger.
