Lioe asked when he saw the party coming in. He slightly raised his eyebrows in wonder, but the party just shrugged it off. Since it wasn't the case, it meant that Xiaoxiao managed to reach her god and even got the location of the pyromaniac's strength.

He made a fist and slammed his red steel armor five times! It was the sign that they were ready to fight as not only Lioe did it, but his party followed him slightly after like a perfectly coordinated army.

It was an incredible sight to look at that. Everyone from Kyoya's side smiled and nodded with the resolution to fight against the pyromaniacs. Those monsters were stronger, but with combined forces, their chances of victory were high.

"What about the mayor?"

"As we guessed, he is not home."

It was Lioe's turn to shrug as Yurem was already too stinky in his mind. He also explained that no one was really looking over the mayor's house, and breaking in was possible for everyone.

But if that was the case, then the mayor's house certainly held nothing important. And if by any chance someone saw them, then it would just raise more problems. That was why everyone shifted to Xiaoxiao and asked her to lead the way.

All the way to the pyromaniacs' source of power!

"Follow me, everyone!"

The party then set off on the adventure. Just a few kilometers outside the city was enough to tell Josef and his friends that their location was one of the two volcanoes in the vicinity. Xiaoxiao was genuinely taking the shortest path here by going through the steep lands and dense forests.

She also put aside her desire to help others! It was not proper time to look after others when pyromaniacs bring way more destruction to the people and lands.

Three hours passed as the adventurers ran here! Short breaks were essential on the path, but everyone was ready to fight without any signs of exhaustion that might've come from the running.

Now, they looked at the enormous volcano towering in front of them.

It truly could reach the clouds, but this place didn't stand out. There weren't any vibes or energy radiations at all. Of course, it was an excellent cover for the massive source of fire! There weren't any questions regarding that.

That was why the party didn't stay idle and just headed toward the volcano's insides. In the meantime, Lioe turned his eyes to Kyoya and Xiaoxiao. He was the one to check on the mayor, but he also asked his party to buy the necessary stuff to deal with flames. This was why he took out completely new pills that were endowed with fire resistance. It was a fire-resistance pill from the 15th floor, but combined with their red steel armors, they will be able to endure the pyromaniacs for hours!

That was what Lioe believed and convincingly reassured his new acquaintances.

"We will be the frontline."

It wasn't like their steel belief and equipment was only for the fire resistance and defense, but Lioe knew that this was the most appropriate job for them. They were a big party now and should split up the roles accordingly.

But the fire resistance pills might not be enough for him to close up the distance. Kyoya himself confirmed it. However, he also mentioned that he managed to seal the pyromaniac's hand.

And now, he had Josef by his side.

Soon enough, the sound of lava's seething assailed their ears. It was also hard to move in the narrowed corridor, but the sight of a wide area was just a little far away from the party. They sneaked their way here carefully, but then the lava lake with the humanoid lava creature appeared before their eyes.

Four bridges were connecting to the humanoid creature, three of those taken by pyromaniacs. It looked like they weren't aware that Kyoya's party arrived in the volcano, which was not true at all.

At some point, someone would find them anyway. They weren't willing to stop the process of swallowing up the fire energy particles, so they kept their kneeling posture while absorbing up the power.

"This is a demon, right?"

"It is a demon or at least something that looks similar to it. Regardless of what it might be, this is our best chance to strike them!"

"Yes! We can't waste time here!"

Lioe raised his broad sword, then charged at one of the pyromaniacs. His sword was likewise red, ready to withstand every fire techniques on its path. Followed by Xiaoxiao, both of them aimed to kill one of the pyromaniacs as soon as possible.

They also had assistance from their friends, but most of these began splitting up onto other bridges to stall the remaining pyromaniacs.

Of course, Kyoya was already on the move as well. He was next to Josef as the friend of his had prepared some measure against the lava beneath them. That was why Kyoya had stone within his hand.

Soon, the volcano shook, and the stones located all around them began borrowing the soil to make the floor for everyone. Then, Kyoya and Josef rushed to the fire demon, which was looking like a sleeping princess.

Its body was looking muscular, but those slightly longer and sharper ears were the epitome of the demon race. His body was made from the flames itself, but the tattoos were going all over his arms, and limbs were flashing with a unique, deeper red color. Its eyes were closed; thus, he got the title sleeping princess.

"How much can your earth floor withstand?"

"It should be fine for the battle and others to stomp on it! They just have to use it to come back to the bridges. These look like special material… I wanna steal those."

"Think about this later, Josef! I want to summon my house in case things turn bad."

"Ah… Then I am not sure…"

Xaya was still on his back, so Kyoya had to make some plans in case the sleeping princess woke up or pyromaniacs proved to be too much for Lioe's party. From his peeking, Kyoya saw that Lioe and Xiaoxiao's duo battle was going well, but it was not the case for others. It was clear that if Xiaoxiao and Lioe's battle prolonged for too long, then they would either lose their lives and get forced to do extreme things just to keep the pyromaniacs busy.

Luckily enough, Kyoya was close to the sleeping princess already.

Both of them began swallowing up the creature with their powers. In the beginning, it seemed impossible even to seal this power. It was also evident that the pyromaniac, fighting against Xiaoxiao and Lioe, borrowed power from this sleeping princess as some flames slipped outside like orange threads.

"I can't believe this… My cards just get burned…"

Even the combination of Josef and Kyoya's powers proved to be futile. However, Kyoya's eyes suddenly flashed as he thought about something else. Since the demon's body was too hot, what about the threads that escape him to support the pyromaniacs?

"If we can't seal this demon, then we will seal the volcano itself."

"I am already doing it, though."

"I also have found the origin of the volcano. I think we can actually make the whole volcano explode if we guide the demon's fire toward the origin. It would be a pity, though… I am sure Lord Aron would greatly benefit from it."
