Chapter 695 392: Half-Demon Human Race

As soon as Qin Yuesheng spoke these words, Elder Huang An and the others all felt their hearts skip a beat. Qin Yuesheng's tone was clearly not a joke; if they refused, it was certain they would not meet a good end.

Being forced to suddenly submit to another is something no one wishes to do, much less those like Elder Huang An who are sect leaders. Yet after witnessing Qin Yuesheng's power, they had no intention to resist at all.

Everyone knew that even if they resisted, they could never withstand a single punch from Qin Yuesheng.

This is the gap between them.

"I agree." Zhenren Wu Feng was the first to speak.

Submitting to Qin Yuesheng was the same as gaining a protective umbrella. From now on, he would be much safer; when facing any enemies, he would have nothing to fear, since Qin Yuesheng would shield him. Wouldn't cultivating from then on be carefree, with no worries?

Zhenren Ci Xin thought for a moment before agreeing as well. Seeing the two Zhenrens concede, Yellow Robe Zhenren also followed suit. In the end, only Elder Huang An had yet to state his decision.

Sweat beaded on Elder Huang An's forehead. He knew all too well the price of refusing Qin Yuesheng, but deep down, he was unwilling to submit to anyone. Leading the Bihai Pavilion's development in the East Sea without any restraint was much more exhilarating.

"I... I agree as well." After a few moments, Elder Huang An stammered out his answer.

"Very good." Qin Yuesheng nodded. Whether their submission was heartfelt or forced by pressure, he didn't care at all. Once they joined the Qin Sect, they would have to abide by the rules. He would not interfere much, but if anyone entered the Qin Sect yet harbored mixed intentions and many schemes, then they could not blame him for being ruthless in the future.

"From today onward, you will each lead your sect to relocate to the shores of the East Sea. I plan to establish a Qin Sect branch here, to be named 'East Sea Qin Sect'. Since you four have submitted to me, you will serve as the four Elders of East Sea Qin Sect, and all its affairs will be managed by you together." Qin Yuesheng said.

The world's Nine Provinces are vast. If all cultivators gathered in one place, it would be easier to manage, but not suitable for growth. Though there are many resources in the Central Plains, before so many cultivators, they are still not enough. It would be better to establish Qin Sect branches in the southeast, southwest, northeast, and northwest regions of the Central Plains, making the Central Plains Qin Sect the main branch. In this way, Qin Yuesheng could implement his plan to root the sect throughout the world.

"Yes." The four of them responded at once.

"Besides yourselves, are there any other sects in the East Sea? Give me a full report. I will visit them one by one."

"Young master, there are a total of seven sects here in the East Sea, and we are four of them. Of the remaining three, if you take action, subduing them should not be difficult. But there are two major problems in this land: if they aren't resolved, they'll become hidden dangers in the future." Zhenren Ci Xin said.

Qin Yuesheng: "Oh? Then tell me."

"First are the sea beasts of the East Sea—the further toward the sea's depths, the more powerful they become. Second are the half-demon people. They occupy certain sea regions, relying on the sea beasts to thrive. Their strength and scale rival our sects."

Qin Yuesheng was familiar with the half-demon people. Over the past months, some humans who consumed Immortal Blood contaminants became cultivators, while others turned into creatures neither quite demon nor human. Some places called these people 'demonfolk,' others called them 'half-demon people.'

Though the names differ, they all describe the same existence.

The half-demon people are born with formidable strength and can contend with cultivators without the need for cultivation, making them a considerable problem.

Since the East Sea is the origin of the Immortal Blood contaminants, their half-demon population is naturally large and much purer and more powerful than elsewhere.

"No rush. Another day I will discuss the half-demon people with you in detail. For now, move all your disciples here first. From now on, the East Sea Qin Sect will settle by the shores of the East Sea." Qin Yuesheng said.

"Yes."

...

Five months later.

With Qin Yuesheng leading at the front and Sanhuang's resources behind, the East Sea Qin Sect's headquarters was quickly built, taking that small town as its foundation. It became a beautiful sight in the region.

During this time, Qin Yuesheng did not rest either. He directly swallowed and merged the last three sects remaining in the East Sea, bringing them into the East Sea Qin Sect. Thus, the East Sea Qin Sect became the largest Human cultivator force in the East Sea area.

Inside the study.

Qin Yuesheng sat at his desk, head lowered, looking at a map spread across its surface.

This map detailed the East Sea—a sea region map—with four X-marks drawn in brush to indicate dangerous areas.

"Sect Leader, these are currently the four most powerful half-demon people factions in the East Sea. Each is extremely gifted and none are weaker than us. They command many clansmen and are aided by sea beasts—they're very troublesome to deal with." Zhenren Ci Xin explained from the side.

This map had been drawn by her and presented to Qin Yuesheng.

Qin Yuesheng said, "It's drawn very meticulously. Now tell me about the respective demon lords of these four half-demon people factions."

"This region is ruled by the Shark Race, who closely resemble sharks. Each clan member is three meters tall, with a shark's head and a man's body. Their biting power is extremely strong; battling them in close combat is very dangerous, so it's best to use ranged attacks.

This region is controlled by the Octopus Race. Many arms grow from their bodies, covered with large suckers on their skin. If they latch onto a person, they can rip off huge chunks of flesh alive. They can also spit thick ink from their mouths, which is heavily poisonous,
