Chapter 127 - 98: Awesome Effect! Office Center Completed

Chapter 127: Chapter 98: Awesome Effect! Office Center Completed

"I have that feeling, too!"

"..."

It dawned on them. The moisturizing cream Zhang Yuan made was indeed incredibly effective. That was why Lin had them compare it with the ones they usually used.

They immediately took out the moisturizing creams they had brought and started comparing them.

The comparison only confirmed it further: the moisturizing cream Zhang Yuan made was actually even better than these famous brands.

Lin Muxue also took her Lancome from Liu Qian to compare.

Zhang Yuan’s was indeed better.

Her eyes lit up. This was the kind of moisturizing cream no woman could resist. Promoting it as a specialty product of the farm would be a game-changer.

Liu Qian and the other women couldn’t help but start praising her:

"Zhang Yuan, this is amazing! I can’t believe you made a moisturizing cream that works this well!"

"Yeah, you’ve really been hiding your talent!"

"What kind of secret recipe did you use?"

"..."

Zhang Yuan waved her hands dismissively. "It’s probably because of the rapeseed oil President Zhang gave me. I’m sure anyone could get the same result with it!"

She knew her own limits. The recipe she used this time was just a common one found online; it couldn’t possibly produce such an effect. It had to be the result of President Zhang’s rapeseed oil.

Lin Muxue and the other women all subconsciously looked at Zhang Lin, their eyes filled with questions and curiosity.

Zhang Lin smiled and gave a half-true explanation, "It is indeed the effect of the rapeseed oil. The rapeseed itself is actually a special variety that you can’t find anywhere else. Besides being more beautiful, the oil from its seeds has excellent moisturizing properties."

"That’s why I thought of turning this rapeseed oil into a moisturizing cream and making it a specialty product of the farm. After all, our 82 acres of land can produce a lot of rapeseed. I didn’t expect the results to be this good when I had Zhang Yuan give it a try."

Lin Muxue sighed with emotion. "President Zhang, it’s more than just ’good.’ The effect is much better than many world-famous brands. If you sell this, female tourists will be fighting to buy it. However, with only the rapeseed from 82 acres, we’ll have to limit purchases. We should only let a few lucky tourists buy it. That would also increase the product’s value!"

"You’re right, Senior Sister. That’s why I’ll need you to come up with a plan for that." Zhang Lin smiled and nodded, affirming Lin Muxue’s idea.

This had been his original plan as well.

Just then, Liu Qian asked, "President Zhang, can we divide up this moisturizing cream among ourselves?"

The other girls also looked at Zhang Lin with anticipation. After all, the cream was so effective, they were all eager to take it home and use it on their faces after removing their makeup.

"Leave some for me. I need to send it to the relevant departments for inspection and approval, or we won’t be able to sell it," Zhang Lin said with a smile. ’A big guy like me has no use for this stuff. I’ll just need to keep about a pound for the inspection, that should be enough.’

Hearing this, Liu Qian and the others stopped being polite and eagerly began to divide it up.

"Leave some for me!" even Lin Muxue couldn’t help but shout.

Zhang Lin, meanwhile, took out his phone and called Lin Yao from Millennium Advertising. To send a new product for official inspection and approval, it needed proper packaging.

As soon as the call connected, Lin Yao’s hurried voice came through, "President Zhang, what can I do for you?"

Zhang Lin said with a smile, "I’d like you to design some packaging for a moisturizing cream. You can just reference standard moisturizing cream packaging. The background image should still be the map of our farm’s rapeseed Flower Sea, and the name will be ’Li Yuan Farm Flower Sea Moisturizing Cream.’ It would be best if you could get me a few finished samples first."

"Of course, President Zhang. I’ll have them delivered to you tomorrow." After hanging up, Lin Yao immediately sat down at his computer and started searching online for standard packaging for moisturizing creams.

He absolutely wouldn’t dare to slack off on this client’s job.

Everyone in You City knew that Li Yuan Farm was a huge deal now. It’s just that most people didn’t know who the owner was, or they would have been lining up to curry favor with him long ago.

He now had the chance to get on the good side of a powerful person, so he had to do the job well and quickly. Who knows, maybe this client would throw some more work his way. Even if not, the man was a major connection to have in You City.

Lin Yao quickly found over a dozen brands of moisturizing cream. He then understood why President Zhang didn’t ask to review a design draft and instead wanted finished samples directly. The packaging for more than ten different creams was all more or less the same: a flat, cylindrical jar, mostly around 100 grams.

Understanding the situation, he immediately found the Li Yuan Farm rapeseed Flower Sea background image he had on file.

Lin Yao worked quickly.

Not long after Zhang Lin arrived at the farm the next day, he received a call from Lin Yao. "President Zhang, I’ve finished the sample packaging boxes you wanted and I’m bringing them over."

"That fast?" Zhang Lin was a little surprised. He had expected it to take at least a day or two.

"For President Zhang’s needs, of course I give it my all." Lin Yao naturally wouldn’t mention that he had worked overnight on it, even treating a friend to a late-night snack just to use his machine.

"Let’s meet at the farm’s service center."

When Zhang Lin got to the farm’s service center, Lin Yao was already there. As soon as he saw him, he handed over several of the designed boxes.

The packaging consisted of an outer box and an inner container. The outer box was naturally made of paper, while the inner container was a hard-shelled jar. It was a complete set, with the rapeseed Flower Sea as the background image.

After all, the main ingredient was rapeseed oil, so they would definitely use the rapeseed Flower Sea for promotion. With that background image, the other design elements weren’t as important.

Zhang Lin was satisfied with it and paid Millennium’s bill on the spot.

"President Zhang, if you need anything in the future, just say the word. We at Millennium will always prioritize your orders," Lin Yao promised as he was leaving.

Zhang Lin knew this was the man’s attempt to ingratiate himself. Plus, he was efficient and they had already worked together three times. He wouldn’t mind giving him a big project next time. After all, once the Flower Sea and the campground were built, there would be no shortage of related business.

Afterwards, Zhang Lin took the packaging boxes to the kitchen.

The moisturizing cream Zhang Yuan had made yesterday, aside from the portion Lin Muxue and the others had taken, was being kept fresh in the kitchen. Now, he had to put the cream into these containers and take them to the relevant departments for inspection and approval.

After packing the moisturizing cream, Zhang Lin went back to his shipping container office to prepare the necessary paperwork. To submit a new product for testing, even under the guise of an agricultural product from the farm, required a lot of documentation.

It was already noon by the time he finished preparing the materials, so he booked a high-speed train ticket and made a trip to Ming City.

You City didn’t have an agency for product quality and standards, so he had to go to Ming City. Fortunately, Ming City wasn’t far from You City, only a 20-minute ride on the high-speed train.

By the time he had gone through the entire process and returned to the farm, it was already evening.

Of course, the testing wouldn’t be quick. It would take at least 20 to 30 days to get the certificate of compliance.

However, just as he got back to the farm, a game-like notification suddenly appeared in his mind:

[Congratulations, the office center construction is complete!]

Zhang Lin immediately looked at the game map in his mind. The cordon around the 1.7-acre construction site for the office center had been removed, and the construction crew was starting to leave.

’It’s finally finished.’

This office center had taken much longer to build than the service center.

And he was really looking forward to this office center. After all, it had attributes like Environmental Beauty +1, Pleasant Work Mood +1, and Warm in Winter, Cool in Summer +1. It also featured a rockery garden, was surrounded by a flower wall, and had courtyards filled with plants. Once it was ready, he would no longer have to work out of this shipping container office.

At almost the same time, tourists near the farm’s Bamboo Culture Park and service center also noticed the activity at the new office center.

In fact, this construction site had attracted the attention of tourists for a while.

But since it was so close to the service center and the Bamboo Culture Park, the perimeter had been blocked off by large curtains, preventing anyone from seeing inside. As a result, the tourists had no idea what was being built.

Chen Ye and his girlfriend had just come out of the Bamboo Culture Park, each having bought a bamboo fan. When they saw the construction workers leaving the site and the curtains being taken down, they walked over curiously.

"Is this a new project at Li Yuan Farm that’s just finished? If I film a video and upload it, it’ll definitely get a lot of views!" Chen Ye pulled his girlfriend along with him. Just as they got there, they saw the curtains coming down, and the scene behind them left him stunned.

The perimeter was a stunningly beautiful flower wall!

Flower walls are eye-catching on their own, with fresh blossoms intertwined, each vying for attention.

But when that flower wall also had the Environmental Beauty +1 attribute, it was on another level.

"What a beautiful flower wall! What kind of attraction is inside?" Chen Ye found he couldn’t look away and quickly took out his phone to start filming.
