Zhu Peng had no choice but to get up and draw the curtains tightly, causing the light in the room to dim immediately.

Duan Rong put down the fur and suddenly said, "Watch carefully!"

As he spoke, Duan Rong made a swishing sound, drawing out his Minghong Saber.

In the dim light, the blade’s glow was like water.

The Gatekeeper led them all the way to a flower hall.

Upon entering the hall, they saw a burly middle-aged man sitting there in casual attire.

Duan Rong glanced at the man, noting his thick eyebrows, high cheekbones, and the strong, resolute lines of his chin.

Zhu Cheng stepped into the flower hall, clasped his fists together, and said with a smile, "Lord Ge, we apologize for disturbing you at dusk and interrupting your rest. We hope you understand!"
