This "Soul Body" refers to the soul and the physical body together, not a disembodied Soul Body.

Even if the Pope hadn’t told him this, Su Ze would never have abandoned his own evolution after his Soul Body reached godhood. He wouldn’t just rely on it to automatically upgrade his genes.
