I am the Clone of a Death Row Inmate

Chapter 605 - 353: Interstellar Migration

The four external legacy sites on Blue Star all have a teleportation function, and each teleportation even comes with a divine skill.

However, teleportation requires a great deal of energy, especially for a jump that crosses countless Star Realms and spans innumerable light-years. The energy consumption is enormous, so the number of teleports from the external legacy sites is limited.

Each of the four legacy sites can be used for teleportation ten times, for a total of forty opportunities.

After the Legend Lin Hua and three Legend-rank experts from the three great families received the external legacy, only thirty-six teleportation opportunities remained.

Once Su Ze fully received the legacy, he would gain the authority to change the teleportation rules. He could remove the restrictions, meaning one would no longer need to be a Legend-rank expert, pass the external legacy trial, or accept a divine skill to be teleported.

But even he could not increase the number of teleports.

He could also teleport directly to Zexing, but each teleportation was limited to one person and could not transport other living beings.

A remnant soul like the Shepherd King’s, residing in a Soul Nourishing Jade Stone, wasn’t much of an issue.

The Mother Tree was also not a true lifeform but a damaged artifact, so it could also be brought along.

But if he wanted to fill a spaceship with people, shrink it, and carry it with him through the teleportation, that wouldn’t be possible.

Furthermore, the Mother Tree’s master was grievously injured and on the verge of death, but since they weren’t completely dead, they were still considered a living being and likewise could not be brought along.

In other words, by using the teleporter, even if Su Ze used up all the remaining opportunities, he could send a maximum of only thirty-six people.

Besides, Su Ze didn’t intend to use up all the teleportation opportunities. In the future, new Legend-rank experts born on Blue Star could use the legacy sites to teleport directly to Zexing and escape the Nian Race’s control.

This was a sliver of hope he was leaving for the future experts of the Blue Star Human Race.

In the years to come, some of the people he knew might even need to use these opportunities.

Su Ze wasn’t worried about the Nian Race following the trail to Zexing.

Mr. Ao had already taken precautions.

Without Su Ze opening a backdoor, the Teleportation Array could only transport Legend-rank evolvers—no one of a higher or lower evolution level would be able to use it.

Moreover, it was a one-way teleportation; you could only go, not return.

If any non-Human teleported to Zexing, they would be instantly controlled and imprisoned, completely unable to send out any information.

With these restrictions in place, the Nian Race had no way of tracing the location of Zexing from Blue Star.

The biggest problem with teleporting to Zexing was that he couldn’t bring many people with him; Su Ze could only take a few of those closest to him.

The upside, however, was that it was safe and fast. The arrival was instantaneous, and there was no danger along the way.

If he piloted the Magic Cube to Zexing, it would simply take more time, and he might encounter danger on the journey.

But he could bring many people!

The Magic Cube had a great deal of space and could accommodate a large number of people. Additionally, the Mother Tree’s Emerald Spaceship could be utilized, and he could cram plenty of people inside it too.

He wouldn’t need the Emerald Spaceship for flight; he just had to load it with people, shrink it, and carry it with him.

Su Ze carefully weighed his options.

’Piloting the Magic Cube to Zexing myself shouldn’t pose any real problems. The Magic Cube is a Sun God-level Spaceship; even Sun God-level experts can’t threaten us.’

’Unless we run into an Ancestral God-level expert. But generally speaking, what Ancestral God would have nothing better to do than play highway robber in space? The chances of that are small enough to be ignored.’

’Besides, the journey isn’t even that long—less than a month. That’s nothing for long-distance interstellar travel. I just need to set the destination coordinates and let the Magic Cube fly on autopilot. I’ll just have to recharge it occasionally along the way. I can spend the rest of the time pondering the path to godhood. A month will fly by.’

In the end, Su Ze decided to pilot the ship there himself.

There was another major reason: he wanted to see the Cosmic Starry Sky with his own eyes.

He had lived two lifetimes and had never once left a planet. If he just teleported, he’d appear on another planet in the blink of an eye. That was no fun.

Just then, Su Ze suddenly felt his whole body lighten, and an extraordinary sense of ease washed over him.

He had also mostly finished processing the information in his mind by now, and he turned his attention to the changes in his Dantian.

The influx of new energy into his body had stopped.

A "golden diamond" had appeared in his Dantian—an incredibly dense crystal that shimmered with golden light.

Su Ze knew that this golden diamond contained the compressed legacy for upgrading his Divine Grace of Evolution skill, as well as the Origin Genes of countless other races.

The golden diamond shuddered slightly, carving a tiny spatial fissure within his body before slipping inside it.

Su Ze was dumbfounded. ’What the hell?’

’Did it just carve out a pocket dimension inside my Dantian?’

’But now that I think about it, this is great. At least no one will be able to discover it easily.’

’If anyone found out I’m carrying so many Origin Genes, I’m afraid everyone would be after me.’

’Mr. Ao really thought of everything!’

Su Ze marveled once more.

That senior, Mr. Ao, had truly thought of everything.

The only thing he hadn’t considered was that Su Ze himself might not be very interested in revitalizing the Human Race.

With that, the process of receiving the legacy was complete.

The contents of the legacy could be roughly divided into four parts.

A vast repository of memories containing all kinds of information;

The legacy for upgrading Divine Grace of Evolution;

A large quantity of alien Origin Genes;

And the planet Zexing, which held a great many treasures.

Although he had finished receiving the legacy, Su Ze still had some questions.

For example, what was the origin of the Divine Grace of Evolution skill?

He knew that Divine Grace of Evolution, like Meteor Impact and Void, was a skill that came from the Divine Blood Crystal, and that they were all prototypes of Ancestral God-level skills.
